If every auto repair shop conducted their business like Camp Verde Automotive wed all be better off. These guys diagnosed my Vans gas leak in roughly 3 minutes. They are as good as it gets. Fast and honest and I would highly recommend this fine shop to all! Thank you Camp Verde Automotive for being straight shooters !!

Our family has taken our vehicles for years to Camp Verde Automotive. The Mechanics are all excellent. Alan was so amazing. We miss him. I walked in today at 7:30 like we’ve always done for an oil change for over 11 years and the lady said they haven’t done that for months. Although we just took our other vehicle July 17. She told me they are the cheapest around, but it costed us over $60. She was not very professional and unkind.

I stopped for lunch nearby and when I came out my vehicle wouldnt start. We tried jumping it and got nothing. We thought something was going on with the computer because we were getting strange messages on the dash when attempting to start the vehicle. We called these good folks because they were nearby and they said if we had it towed there they could probably look at it Monday or Tuesday (this was Friday). Everyone else we called said it would be 2 weeks before they could even look at it. We asked who they recommended to tow and they recommended Firebird Towing. When we called for a tow we were told theyd be there in 5 minutes - they were there in 4!!! Within an hour of discovering we had a problem we were in the parking lot of Camp Verde Auto where they quickly discovered the battery was toast. They got us running and on our way and charged us NOTHING! A few minutes later the local OReilly Auto Parts put in a new battery and we were good. Best experience ever with a new-to-us auto shop. THANK YOU!

These guys were fast and friendly. They got my fuel pump changed out and me back on the road quickly. Highly recommend them if you run into vehicle trouble on the 17.

Traveling along the freeway on a hot day we developed an emergency need for radiator fluid. After being turned away from other auto repair shops closer to the freeway, Camp Verde Automotive LLC took us in on the spot, fixed our problem, and didnt charge us! This is an amazing automotive shop.

Engine light came on during a vacation exploring the area. They diagnosed and addressed the problem quickly and we were back on road within 1.5 hours. Great service and extremely efficient and professional.

Not very efficient. Kept my car 6 days for a 45 minute repair. The do an excellent job though.

Loved this shop, the owner was incredibly kind and fair. They got our truck in and out quickly and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend.

Great local shop with friendly knowledgeable staff. Had my truck towed there in the middle of the night and they made sure to look at it as soon as they opened. Turned out my engine had seized up and there was nothing they could do but they allowed me to stay onsite and drink third coffee for a few hours while I waited for another tow truck.

Prices are the fairest you can find at a mechanic shop. They dont try to make an upsell, they just fix your problem and make your life easier.

We were staying at an RV park in Camp Verde on our way South. I had a rear brake start making noise. Called late in the afternoon and was able to get a 7:30 am appointment the next day. I was shown the problem and an estimate was made. I have a dually so it wasnt a simple brake job. The axles had to be pulled. The work was performed professionally and fairly priced. While I was waiting, between the phone calls and walk ins there schedule fills up quickly. From what I saw they probably work on just about anything automotive.If your travelling through the area and need work done its a friendly small town environment.If I am ever in the area and need work done, Ill go back to Camp Verde Automotive.

Passing through from Phoenix, heard a concerning noise from under the hood -- immediately accommodating and friendly. They explained and solved the problem at an INCREDIBLY reasonable price, and we were back on the road within 25 minutes. Highly recommended.

We wanted to use a small local business for our simple tire repair, I love the reviews this shop has, I called and left a message during business hours understanding that they are probably busy. Unfortunately that was a week ago and they never even bothered to return my call, it makes me feel like they have enough business and they dont really need my simple repair. Wish this would have turned out differently I enjoy leaving good reviews instead.

Great place that doesnt give you the run around or charge for stuff you dont need. Extremely fair pricing and fast work. If you need something fixed minus the BS come to this place!

Thought my battery was dying, called to ask if someone could check it without an appointment(which another shop wanted to do), he said come on by. He went straight out to car tested battery all was good. Great service with no charge. Ill certainly return if I need auto work.

Was passing through and needed a lil help.They jumped right on the job. Got R Done and did a great job.End of day they offered a spot to camp.Just nice folks, not overcharging for superb work.Oh yeah, they have a cool dog rescue with I think 38dogs. The water pump went out on my old suburban at the top of the hill going West out of Camp Verde. It is the day after Thanksgiving and I am now home in San Diego. I called the shop as I coasted back down the hill and told them of my problem. Because they are a great shop they were closing in thirty minutes so their employees could enjoy the holiday weekend. Upon hearing my dilemma they told me to bring it on in.This happened today, Black Friday the day after Thanksgiving! Not only did they fix the truck with Napa parts but they did it ultra quick. The service I received was friendly and super fast. These guys know what they are doing. I was back on the road within an hour with a new water pump and coolant.Right about now you are probably thinking, this guy probably got fleeced and paid a fortune to get back on the road. You would not be correct, The price of parts and repair was way less than I would have paid here in San Diego.I cant say enough good things about my experience with the guys working today at Camp Verde Automotive. Thanks again for getting me and my crew back on the road in record time and for a great price. 5 stars is not enough.

It was a Sunday and we had a problem with our Volkswagen bug and we happened to be parked next to Alan( I think that was his name) at a convenient store. He had a mechanic logo on the side of his pickup and so my husband talked to him and he told him to bring it into the shop there in Camp Verde. We being from Montana and full time RVers were staying at a local resort here. We were lucky to have them fix our vehicle. They were all very nice and had it done a lot sooner than expected. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a mechanic.

These guys rock... Kind of stumbled on them by accident. Had gone to NAPA auto parts asking about speedometer repair. They suggested that I take next door to CV auto so they could run diagnostic test on car at no cost... Found out that speedometer sensor needed to be replaced. They replaced at a VERY reasonable price... As a woman they didnt try to tell me that other work was going to be needed, as a lot of places are known to do... Very honest & trustworthy. This will be where I take my car whenever I need to have work done....

Took my wifes Geo Prizm here with a leaking fuel tank. They patched it up, but the tank popped again. They took it back in, and figured out what it was. The part was very expensive, but, the guy Alan, the new owner, managed to find me a deal that cut the part cost in half. I would recommend Camp Verde Automotive LLC to anyone. Thank you

Last month, our car broke down on the way to Flagstaff. Mike and his crew went out of their way to pick up my family at a nearby restaurant since we couldnt fit in the tow truck. Though they werent able to repair the problem, they were very honest about it and we didnt get charged a a single cent. We waited in the safety and convenience of their facility for another ride to Flag.

Camp Verde Automotive does not tolerate tourists - dont go here if you are a visitor to the area and need your vehicle serviced. I am a local and I was appalled at the way a tourist and their vehicle were treated at this shop.
