AC was blowing low. The couple who own and work the shop were excellent. Knowledgeable, prompt and reasonably priced. In out 2 hrs.

I moved to Camp Verde 2 years ago from Chicago and was lucky enough to find Pete and Susi when my car needed major brake work. Ive had it back a few times since then for other repairs (its getting old) and they charge exactly what the parts cost them, no upcharging, plus labor. They are honest, kind, speedy in their work, and I only trust my old car in their capable hands. I couldnt ask for a better mechanic. A++

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. Pete so-called fixed my problem, but when I returned to tell him that the problem was only fixed for one day & came back a few days later, not only did he REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, but became extremely belligerent, putting the blame on ME for being mildly upset about the fact that I had just spent good money for repairs that lasted only a few days. I tried to speak to his wife to apologize, since THEY were blaming ME, but instead of accepting my apology for something I actually was not even guilty of, she shouted over me, stepped forward to block me from entering the shop and reiterated that they were not going to do anything about it. Now Im not sure about this, but he reminded me of someone who, due to circumstances not chosen by me, had crossed my path years ago after being released from jail, & wouldnt take no for an answer from me. This is the only explanation I can think of for their aggressive, rude behavior.
