Pharmacy was very helpful and went through their stock before they had started to put it up so I could have my script and wouldnt have to come back in bad weather....until this week and yet again I wouldve had to return twice for the same script.This has happened 5 weeks in a row.Taking my buisness elswhere.pretty ridiculous

Its rite aid. The pharmacy that never gets any respect. They are like the unpopular kid in school in the pharmacy world. Last I was in this rite aid has been a couple years. Then it was dirty but offered decent deals on certain items weekly. I like the location on the not so busy corner that makes it easy to pull in and leave.

Last night, needing a specific brand of candy to complete a Christmas project, and being close to the Rite Aide store, I stopped there for my item. I was totally shocked at what I encountered. Spotting the item I was looking for, I noticed it was 50% off, (got a little excited). Taking it to the register I found that the candy was $8.99 for an 8.8oz. bag (regular price. When I questioned the 50% off, was told I needed to have a rite aide card in order to receive the discount. I presented the card for the discount. (This product sells elsewhere for between $3.74 and $4.49.)Upon leaving the store I noticed that the discount they gave me was for $4.00 off, which isnt even 50%. Sorry to ramble, but just want to say people beware of their shoddy ways of doing business.

Had to give one star because you cant put 0 stars or I would...Terrible customer service...rude lady in drive threw...prescription still not done with multiple tries and being told. Will be ready in 30 minutes. And their phones dont work!!!
