The experience I had at this location was one of the best I have had in my 6 years of being with T - mobile. When I decided to go I knew it would be busy because of it being a Saturday but it was honestly the only time I had and I was just hoping for the best. They honestly exceeded my expectations. When I went in I was immediately greeted with questions asking how they could help, what they could do, and made the experience a lot easier than expected. The guy that helped me was so patient, understanding and all around just made me feel comfortable. His name was Gavin, he was one of the best and most time efficient salesman I have ever meet and I would highly suggest if anyone is looking into going to a T - Mobile store that you stop at this location and ask for him. He was amazing and I would highly recommend him over any sales clerk available

Although I wasnt able to get the phones and smart watches I wanted due to not being promoted on the Military Max plan, my mom and I had a great experience. First, with Susie, who wasnt able to add me to my moms plan due to the closing date of the bill cycle was that day, so we had to visit the next day, and she wasnt there, so Gavin helped us, but we still had to wait another day to bring my son and his trade-in phone to get inspected, and when we went that Friday, Gavin was who we worked with bc he had helped us, too, and although Susie was there, she was still pleasant and did not show any signs of jealousy that Gavin was helping us. Gavin was awesome, and we thought everything was great, until 2 days later, my mom and I realized that the phones and watches were not included on her plan as a promotion, so we went back to the store and both Susie and Gavin were there, and Susie even stood by to talk and wait for Gavin to finish the cancelation. There is no air of competition and it seems like more of a family working together to make the customer happy. Very pleased with the service at this store. And, we did eventually get support online to add lines... they couldnt do it at the store bc the cancelations had to go through, first, and so I ordered the smartphones from Samsung on promotion and will be able to add them to my moms plan, once they arrive. The watches were able to be added, too, and were on promotion, so everything all worked out for the good, and so happy bc T- mobile has the best plans with cost including taxes and fees in the price, so no guessing, and other perks out there, such as free Netflix and free stuff every week, as well as fastest speeds, and are growing more and more and will eventually likely beat Verizon in coverage one day, soon.

Probably 2 stars, but Im being nice. 7pm arrival, 20 minute wait until asked what my needs were, rep was not able to answer my questions. Store was clean and reps seemed happy to be there.

The store was very clean and well organized,but what really makes me rate it 5 stars is the level of professionalism of one of the employees in particular,his name is Antonio.i saw him help a handicapped(blind) person with such a patiences that blew my mind.Not to mention he was not going to make any commission helping her because it was just an update on her phone based on what I heard.This young man is store manager material without a doubt. Keep up the great work Antonio!!!.

The customer service here is good but sprint has horrible coverage here in Calhoun. It is 100% not worth the price. I’m also not very satisfied with the selection of phone cases. It’s very small and most of them are cosmetic instead of protective.

Although I dont like sprint tactics the lady manager was very nice and upfront with everything she was doing and was going to do

My husband and i had AT&T for long time we went to new Calhoun store to checkout their deals decided to go with them told my husband we would get hulu free with our plan that was nothing but a out right lie we never received hulu so if they tell you your getting that dont hold your breath because it sure didnt happen for us. Their plans are sneaky to they make out like your getting such good deals but your not about the same as the rest of them.😡

These huys are friendly, accommodating, and genuinely a lot of fun to deal with. They an array of service plans to choose from. So whatever youre looking for in wireless service, Sprint is your go-to network. And this authorized dealer is the place to go.They specialize in Sprint whereas other bulk variety stores (i.e. Wal-Mart), leave you in a heeping pile of confusion about what to get and how much it costs. And Sprints wireless service is always improving. To the point where unless youre on Mars youre service is vitually gauranteed.
