Our associate was very helpful & explained everything we asked of him. We were happy to make our switch from T-Mobile to you guys.
The first sales person we dealt with was friendly and helpful. But they did not have what we needed and suggested we go to Walmart to get it and come back to have the new phone set up. When we came back the second rep we worked with did not say more than 6 words to us. He has to change the sim cards to set up the phone. And the one that came with the new phone I had to stop him from destroying it. To which his attitude was it is just a prepaid card. But if something had not worked then we would have needed it.
The reason I gave it one star is because I couldnt give it a negative 5 stars. This place is horrible!!!

Do not trust what you are told! I was straight up lied to multiple times by the manager Eddie and assistant manager Tyler. Led to believe the galaxy s8+ was worth $700 trade in vs the actual $350. That clearly states online after I done my own research. I was told by another location that this is a common issue they hear regarding the Calhoun location. They stated customers come in a lot saying they were given misinformation about a current promotion. Do your own research before you go. They also tried to make me believe the trade in promotion was for new lines only when I first arrived as the advertisement said other wise in the same store. Also some of the phone cases are twice as much as every where else. I purchased a Speck case from Best Buy for $25 vs $40-50 in the ATT store. Felt more like going to a shady used car dealer. This is just the highlights of my issues.
This At&t store and the company as a whole has been the biggest nightmare for the past 2 weeks. Their lack of organization and information being spread to their customers is horrid. I had originally gone to the store on December 10th to order a new phone for myself for Christmas. Everything about ordering it was perfectly fine. However, I was sent the wrong color phone, this was a mistake made on either the store or warehouses fault. Therefore, I took it back to this At&t store to have them take it back and to order the correct phone. Apparently this is not the way you return a phone, so they explained that I needed to ship it back to the return address and then they will take me out of the contract. Now, I was not informed by this store that before I gave the phone to USPS that if I had called and gave them the serial number to the phone they would have gone ahead and shipped me the correct phone. This has been infuriating because now the phone that I have shipped hasnt even returned to the warehouse and they are unsure of when it will return to the warehouse and now there is no telling when I will receive the correct phone or if the phone I had originally wanted would be in stock. I will not return to this store for any reason as their customer service is atrocious.
It was busy and qbout 45 mins to closing time but they were super nice about everything and managed to take care of all of us right before closing with just two workers. Great store!
I had a couple of questions about my IPhone11. Alex was the representative who assisted me. He was very patient with me, answering my questions as he worked on my phone. He was very professional! He was so very courteous! When I got up to leave, he walked to the door and opened it for me! I was very impressed with this young man! He is definitely an asset to the Calhoun AT&T!
My wife and I recently switched from Sprint after 6yrs. We walked into the Calhoun Store and walked out extremely happy new AT&T Customers. We couldnβt be happier with the customer service team there. They were extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable and made our experience there great. We will absolutely recommend them to friends and family. Our Sprint service was horrible pretty much everywhere especially at home and around our property...well it was horrible everywhere we went here in Georgia, parts of Tennessee and NE Alabama....After switching over to AT&T our phones worked Great and finally I can use my phone in my home and around the property. Hope they continue to improve in rural areas like ours. Best.
I was recently in the store to work on recovering my account from identity theft/fraud from my iPhone being stolen. I went into the Calhoun AT&T location not knowing if Iβd ever get any kind of handle on the situation, but was very surprised at the concern shown by the employees and the eagerness to rectify and resolve my issues shown by Julie. I recommend this location above all the surrounding AT&T stores! Thanks, guys! :)

Austin, Taylor & Blake were awesome! They were helpful and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions and were able to switch my service with no issues at all. It was a great experience and I actually had fun doing it!!! Ill definitely be back to that location for all my cell phone needs!!!!
Kevin was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I decided to upgrade 3 lines. He was able to tell me about each phone, operating systems, memory storage, battery life hours and even compare details like camera quality and talk time WITHOUT looking anything up! I was amazed at his kindness. He made my mom and I feel like we were important and appreciated customers. There have been times I wanted to leave AT&T due to customer service issues, but Kevin made up for it.Thanks Kevin!

The representatives were extremely patient and very helpful! Best experience ever.The only thing that could have made the experience any better is if they could have told me about any sales promotions that I was eligible for to save some money.
As I waited I observed the employees, all but one seemed nice and proper. To my bad luck she attended me. I noticed her rolling her eyes at customers, being rude and seemed miserable to be there. She did a big sigh when walking towards me I went to upgrade phones and left almost two hours later, the entire time she complained about her job and gave me a story of her life and boyfriend cheating on her. I remember her name was Macy. If anyone goes to this store make sure you donβt get her. Everyone else was kind, I donβt understand how she was hired but it has been the only time I had a bad experience. Next time Iβll just wait for another one of the employees rather then to have to deal with her.

Sales person could not answer questions about paying a bill said she was unsure & that the app was not functioning properly. Which I already knew that was my reason for driving to store
This store is great at selling you something and not standing behind what they tell you when you buy it. When I bought my i-phone I had a gadgetguard put on it and sells person said not to worry about registering it, they had it in their system, just bring it back to the store and they would fix it under lifetime warranty if anything happens to it. Today, manager Amanda couldnt even find on theyre computer system where I had bought my phone. She would not help me at all. Good at sell, not helping.

A staff that is very knowledgeable. I drive over 20 minutes whenever I have a problem. I always leave very content. I dealt with Lisandro last time and he was very patient with me and fixed my problem. Great crew!
We have been AT&T customers for the last 20 years. However, as many phones we currently have and the upgrades we do, the service my husband received yesterday in the store was very disrespectful and horrible. My sons phone has completely shut down so he was upgrading. Remind you he is only 17. So they went in looking at phones, the sales man that was there kept handing $1000.00 phones to them. My husband asked if there was something a little cheaper, the Sales persons response was how cheap you want it, really how cheap. If you want cheap go to Walmart, he then said yeah just go to Walmart. Not an appropriate way to handle long time customers. Not happy with this situation at all. My husband walked out. I hope this is not how they handle their customers on a regular basis.
Lisandro was a great helping hand in my experience with the AT&T store. My brother had a ton of questions about certain phones before buying them. Lisandro knew every detail of each of the phones and sold us the phone that best suited us. He had great knowledge and was very patient. Outstanding customer service!!!!!

Amanda was fabulous. Went to and a wifi box to our account and she gave us all the information and recommended what we needed. Thought we had an issue so we took it back the next day and reassured us all was fine. Easy to get along with and fun to shop with. We need more Amandas in this world. Lifes to short to not enjoy it.

The knowledge of the staff here is absolutely inexcusable. The employees dont even know the difference between GSM and CDMA. This store is the most poorly run AT&T store Ive ever visited.
They never really assist as you present AT&T products from another store......consumer do not know which is privately owned or franchised....we just want you to honor the products you sell

I go and have time added to my phone every month I pay $65 a month so I can have extra data I never get my data my phone lags it slow I cant get on Facebook I cant get on the Internet or anything

They are very friendly and helpful until you need to make a return. They wouldnt help me at all when I tried to exchange a phone and just acted like Im stupid or something. They had a fill in manager from Dalton named Jackie that would rather talk to her friends than help me. The next day I went back after AT&T said the phone was definitely the problem and the actual manager named Casey was there. She was slightly more helpful but wouldnt listen to me and still wouldnt exchange the phone. Finally after calling customer service and threatening to leave AT&T they finally mailed me a new phone. From now on Ill purchase online or at least go to a corporate store.

The Calhoun branch is not a corporate store and so cannot help you with many aspects of at&t service. They do their best, but really their employees could be trained better and know more about what their company offers.

There was one other customer in the store and 5 employees sitting around playing on their phones. After the associate determined my phone was messing up because I needed an update, plugged my phone into a table where the only 2 chairs were filled by 2 associates playing on their phones. Neither one offered to let me sit. She tried multiple times but my phone wouldnt update and I was told to hook it up to a computer at home. I was actually prepared to buy a new phone (Im due for an upgrade on my plan) but no one ever took a look at my account, even after I mentioned I needed a phone with more storage. Poor customer service and lost out of potential business. Will be going to Dalton or Cartersville from now on.

This store is an absolute joke. They treat there customers as a burden. People stand around the store clueless as to where to go in order to be helped, and employees hide in the back from disgruntled customers. My wife was here trying to switch one phone to another with a different size sim. Simplest of tasks, the supposed manager disappeared in the back while my wife awaited me to arrive for approval. After waiting for her to come out and actually knocking on the door we finally got one of the employees to go back there, and find out what was taking so long...GET THIS, They back out without her to inform us that she was on break. SURPRISE ridiculously unbelievable
Went to store and waited 45 mins for 3 staff to greet me and ask if they could help me. 2 staff were helping people while the 3rd staff member was just sitting waiting. There were 2 people in front of me and they were waiting just as long. Was greatly disappointed in store. When i finally got to talk to someone...it was quickly known that they couldnt help. Just a sec of acknowledgement when a person steps in door wod be nice. So we can tell them our issue and or they can tell us if they can help or not. Me waiting for 45 mins to find out in 1 min after waiting for so long that thwy couldnt help was very unprofessional.

I live in Plainville, which is right outside Calhoun. 15 minute drive.AT&T U-Verse gets me 350kb/s download speeds compared to using my PHONE as a hotspot for 6mb/s. Verizon phone. Ill be cancelling my AT&T plan, and Ill be switching to Comcast. Weve had AT&T way too long to be paying so much for so little.
