This store is absolutely my favorite Cricket store! The two associates who helped me out, Grace and Daisy went above and beyond for me and my daughter. They are two of the nicest girls I have ever met. Their manager Monica is a sweet young lady as well. She was coming in as I was leaving but she was so friendly as well. Definitely hope they keep these three young ladies in the store for a while!

I absolutely love how customers that have been with this company for 10+ years get treated unfairly, but let a new customer come in and they have the best deals ever. Maybe if Cricket had better deals for their returning customers they wouldnt lose so much business.

Not this location but the whole company I had two lines taken off my account and they took 3 off and wouldn’t fix the issue after I told them it was 2lines to be removed I spent all day trying to fix it and after talking to many supervisors was told I’m out of luck and have to pay $40 to reactivate the line they took off by mistake and another $87 in a few days this company is so bad when you need costumer support it’s a joke because they don’t support there customers.I have been a customer for years and up to this point was ok with the service I got but after going through this I see as a customer they don’t care to fix something they did.Wish I could give a thumbs down instead of one star.

Heres another cricket store that I happened to be associated with and their service is outstanding. Ive been with cricket for quite a while now and it seems that each store that I go to they are fully equipped and stocked with all that you need in telecommunications.

The service is great but to add a line they charge you 25 dollars plus the price of the phone and the first months bill...now I have been a customer for a long time and I am on auto pay as well. Why treat me like you wont get your money?

I dont know how their service is but I do know that their people is extremely rude and obnoxious! At a local festival not 30 feet from the stage their blaring music drowns out the stage! What happened to courtousy and respect for others?

Very dissatisfied with my whole experience....... Swapping my service the first chance I get....... Swapped service and bought new phone paid $240 I a friday...... And on Saturday morning my new $240 phone wouldnt work...... Got run around half a day and got screwed out of new phone and almost $100....... The people in the store very rude and wouldnt help said they dont want to get involved......R.O.T.F.L
