Over all good place to get car work done. I got an alignment and tires balanced. They did a good job on both and found my tires to be way out of balance even though I had just gotten them balanced at another local tire shop. There are no appointments, so first come first serve. I recommend calling first to see if they are busy. The prices are comparable to other shops and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a waiting room and bathrooms while you wait. Some places dont offer these amenities. They sell a wide variety of tires, rims, wipers, batteries and can pretty much get any parts you need. Wheel chair accessible and covid friendly.

I had a low tire warning. Called the shop and they were able to take me right away. Sure enough, there was a nail in my tire and they were able to repair it. I was in and out in about an hour. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. The waiting area was clean and nice. Overall this was a great experience. I HIGHLY recommend Executive Park Tire.

I was not expecting the exceptional service I received. The employees are polite, punctual and very professional. Have used this business multiple times including front end work on a heavy duty F350 4X4 and it was done excellently. Today I brought in for a diagnostic on an engine problem. They had it figured out, and explained it to me without a big sales pitch. I have recommended them to others, and will continue to do so.

These guys started out very friendly and concerned about my issues with my van. They charged me $2grand for a tuneup than they noticed I needed tires (me being a woman) I said okay another $400 than the check engine light came back on a day later, they said I needed an oil change (just got one a week ago) but okay… if that’ll fix the problem🙄another $40 bucks. A week later my battery light comes on 😳 they check it and it’s my alternator, they were very kind and not charge me $350 to fix it, if I take it and have it rebuilt…so did..$80 and than $150 labor😖 I go to start the van and it turns off immediately 😒 the nice mechanic comes over and says bring it back in the morning😢 I had to press down on the gas pedal in order for it to stay running, while he walked away I noticed my a/c was not blowing cold. I immediately called him back over and said “hey my a/c is not running” he shrugged his shoulders and one of the receptionist guy said to bring it back in the morning. So this morning I bring it back the nice attitude was gone and the atmosphere was very distant and disturbing. But, l left my van to get fixed. 4-5 hours later they call to say it would be $400+ to fix the a/c because it was spilling out Freon while the mechanic was repairing my other issue. 🗣something doesn’t smell right. Come to find out my line was broken . They told my husband and I to take them to court😩I really don’t want to do that. I really like the initial atmosphere and the lady there is nice. It’s a family owned business and mistakes happen. Just make it right and keep the peace and love that I know you guys have in there. My van matters it helps people get to work and elderly people get to appointments. Fix the A/C your mechanic broke👀😢😩

While traveling out of town my truck overheated but luckily it did so near these awesome people! They took wonderful care of us, didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services, and took time to find the underlying issue even close to closing time… I had to leave my truck over the weekend but the owner was nice enough to drive us down to the Mexican restaurant himself ((so we didn’t have to pay for an Uber)) so we could eat dinner and wait on our ride to come pick us up ((over an hour away from home)) I guess if you are going to break down wile out of town, best to do it near Executive! Had a driver broke down with a tire problem. Because the truck was a full service lease, the lease company was responsible for the tire. Our people made the contact to have the tire replaced. 12 hours later they let me know what was going on. I asked where he was broke down? They said Carbondale. I went in today for an oil change. They not only got me in and out very quickly, they also checked all my fluids, my tire pressure and tires, as well as my brakes. They were incredibly professional and very kind. The waiting room was very comfortable and clean. Went to a hole in the wall place to get my alignment done and he was so lazy to adjust the brand new parts so i came to executive and they are not the cheapest but DEFIANTLY worth the little more cost to the great service i will be back and recommend this shop to every one . thank you for the great experience .

My wife was traveling through the area today, and had a tire go flat. Executive park went above and beyond with their service. They sent someone to her, removed the tire, took it to the shop for repair, and reinstalled it on the car. I was joyfully surprised with how fair they were with pricing for this service. This took Less than an hour and allowed her to miss afternoon traffic in Atlanta. I want to thank them for the excellent service.

Best service EVER. I was traveling from Atlanta to Chattanooga when my tire decided to have issues. This shop was the closest off of exit 310. They were kind 30 minutes before closing. They were sweet. I didnt know that my tires needed a key. They took their time and searched my trunk and found it. They didnt try to get me into the most expensive tire. They understood without me saying anything that times are tight with money. If I get the money for new tires, I will travel the hour and fifteen minutes to have them install brand new tires on my car. Promise.

Hubby and I were traveling with our 42 ft 5th wheel, when we pulled into a rest area we noticed a tire separation on one of the trailer tires. I called Executive Tires and spoke with Sarge and he said he had tires for us. When we arrived, he meet us in the parking lot and immediately had two mechanics change our tires. We experienced top notch and friendly customer service. Hubby and I couldnt have been luckier that they were just two exits up on our route.

My tire on my travel trailer blew out on a Sunday evening. I parked my camper in their parking lot and got a motel room. I was there when they opened and they took me right in. They had my tires replaced in 15 minutes and I was back on the road very courteous very professional

Great friendly customer service! After a blow out on the highway, I called to see if they had a tire for my car. I was able to put my spare tire on and drive over to Executive Park Tire and they had me in and out in know time at all and back on the highway.

Took my truck in for an oil change. They worked quickly and got the job done. But I noticed that there were oily hand prints on the hood of my truck. I’m pretty disappointed in that, this was the 3rd time I’ve been there for an oil change and have never had any problems.

Traveling from out of town, and noticed my tire pressure was low. Concerned about a slow leak, I called Executive tire, they were able to fit me in and take a look at my car right away. They determined that all tires were good, no leaks, just low on air, they filled up my tires, and I was in and out of in roughly 20 minutes!! Everyone was very friendly and followed safety protocols for COVID. Would highly recommend Executive Tire!!

I picked a bad day to get my oil change with a couple of technicians being on vacation and one sick. It took longer than I expected but I could have gone somewhere else.They pointed out a few additional services I could add on for necessary maintenance. I called Executive Tire at 4:50, and Eddie told me he would come to my house and jump start my car vs having it towed. Took my truck by because I had a screw in my front tire. It wouldnt have been able to be patched because of the location of the screw and my tire would have had to be replaced. Ten minutes later they come back to me with the bent screw and fist bump me because it didnt leak and I was good to go. Didnt charge me a dime for taking care of me. Honest people!

I could almost justify $25.00 to repair one leaking tire. A lot of time needed just to set the car up to remove the tire. But I had two leaking tires, car was already in the air and they not only charged another$25 but also added parts and a customer convenience fee. One and only time i will ever go there. Also said I need a new tire ($100) and rear brakes ($180). I couldnt help but think there would be additional charges, so I just got the hell out of there.
