Sent my mother there because theres not a lot of trust worthy mechanics in this town anymore but........after the repairs were made her truck was STILL making a grinding noise and someone there told her I dont know why its making that noise but just dont hit your brakes real hard read that carefully and look at the picture. I cant believe that went out the door like this. not only did I replace the pads I also had to replace the rotor.

I was headed out of town with my trailer and showed up at 8:00 a.m. needing 5 new trailer tires.All I can say is that I was on the road with the new tires at 8:45 a.m. The staff was very professional and the service was exceptional. I went there because its the closest tire place to my apartment, just across the RR tracks. Really friendly and funny guys. Ill wont mind driving further (after I move) to go back to Robinson. I went there for a tire and then my car wouldnt crank (again).🤦They were genuinely concerned about getting my car to crank and they got it cranked. The other tire place where I use to go didnt care AT ALL!

I ordered tires, and was told to be back the same day that evening. When I arrived they took the tires off and realized that they didn’t have new tires. That wasn’t a huge deal. I went back Saturday morning for almost 2 hour wait because they were slammed. Then got my tires. I had vibration in the front left tire that I had noticed before I changed the tires. However it was still there. Also I had a sensor alarm for my tires on the dash. I went back early Monday and waited another couple hours. They said they balanced and gentleman said that he found old weights in on tire. They reset the alarm, and I was on my way. As I pulled out alarm came back on, and vibration continued. I dropped it off Tuesday morning, and asked for it to be looked at. They were too busy, and couldn’t get to it. I’m going to go somewhere else. The entire process seemed hurried and chaotic. I understand being busy. I don’t believe the vibration has anything to do with their service. I just wish after waiting several times someone would have drove the truck and gave me some insight as to what the issue was. Does it need alignment? Is it suspension? Bad wheel? Or simple say, we don’t know. I’m taking it to someone else tomorrow to see if they can trouble shoot and fix sensor.

I spent $1241 dollars there last week. Scheduled for alignment this week. I was told an appointment was available at 5pm on 9-3-2020. I explicitly asked, because I did not get off of work until 5pm, if 5:15pm would be okay because I am going out of town to Colorado on Friday so I had to get it done. They said it was okay. I just called them to confirm and was told my appointment was scheduled for 10am. No bueno.

Its been a few years ago, and I know we all have our own opinions, but had one of their tire techs strip out a wheel lug stud, NOT a big deal, but because he repeatedly kept denying it, and I wasnt asking them to replace it just take responsibility for his actions, I have not done any more business with these people, in this business stand behind your employees against your customers lose CUSTOMERS but give your customers the benefit of the doubt ESPECIALLY if its not gonna cost you, then NOTHING is lost and trust AND REPEAT business is gained!! I buy elsewhere now pay a little more, but have GREAT customer service!! Maybe give Tirequest a try? They actually called a week after purchase to see if we were happy with tires, AND customer service!!

These were the nicest people!! I was given a tire set price for my husbands 4×4 f150 AND my car, the price for the tires for BOTH vehicles was LESS than anywhere else who gave us a price for tires for his truck!!! Scheduled both vehicles for tires and will update on this later, but, as far as Im concerned they have us as customers FOR LIFE!!! I do want to add, as I was waiting for a tire quote, they brought keys out to a lady having her brakes checked because she heard a noise. The mechanic had driven her vehicle, pulled off her tires, put them back on, fixed a bad patch on one of her tires and only charged her for patching the tire. WHO does that anymore???? Perfect opportunity to be dishonest and RIP her off. Told her she still had a little more than 50% pads on her brakes and he couldnt find any issues. Impressed.. .YES,YES,YES!!!!!

Great service! Got my tires aligned, they got my vehicle in right on time and it was done within an hour. Prices are very reasonable and location was easy to find. Definitely a family owned business, as someone whose is always trying to support local business, I was pleased with the service and will be coming back!

I trust them enough that I sent my 17 year old son there by himself to get tires for his truck. Awesome service, I bought four tires and they had it done pretty fast. Two days later my battery died and I called them. They sent someone to where I was to rescue me with a new battery. Cant beat that. Two Thumbs up. Highly recommend giving them a call.

I unfortunately had a flat on 75 at 7:00 at night on 3/24/16. With nothing being open I had to wait the next day for a new tire (my tire was beyond repair). Anyway, I waited till the next morning for service and found a diamond in the rough. Robinson Tire were very professional and met all my expectations. I do not know much about cars and I have never been to robinson before today. but Andy went COMPLETELY out of his way to help me fix my rotor. These guys are life savers! I was driving my daughter up to college in TN from GA on July 26 when the tire on her car blew out while we were on I-75. We ended up spinning all over the interstate and finally stopped facing oncoming traffic full of semis and speeding cars.We were in such distress that when we finally got to Robinson Tire, out came 5 guys eager and willing to help. They asked what had happened, asked if we were ok and if we needed anything. They not only were able to put a tire on and get us on our way, but they went WAY ABOVE and beyond and settled our nerves, this mammas pounding heart of being in a bind and needing to get my daughter safe and sound to her destination.The assured me the rest of the car was ok and safe for my daughter. Her back bumper one one side had been ripped off and unable to be clipped back together. They were able to screw it back in place allowing us to drive safely until a new bumper could be replaced.I cannot thank these angels enough for being there for my daughter and me and for getting us safely back on the road! Roger inspected all the tires an finally found the last one had a nail in it .... did a very good job an took care of my tire an got me back on the road quickly

Just had new brake pads installed and rotors turned, all done in 1 hr. 45 minutes. This was done for a very reasonable price and was less than what I had expected after checking the internet. I needed tires for my utility trailer. It was freezing cold outside but they installed the tires I needed and Im very happy with the tires and great customer service. Ill definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them.

$20 to get a leak repaired. Worth it to know that it was done right. The owners are there to make sure you get the best service.

Had a front end alignment and they are supposed to check the front end when doing so and missed a crucial parts that was needing to be replaced and had even took it back a second time and still missed it had a different mechanic look at it and found out what was wrong and I had to replace the front end sway bar stabilizers that they had missed whys that needed to be replaced and it was very obvious that it needed to be replaced and they missed it theyre supposed to check for this stuff when they do front end alignment I even ask the person in the office what all do they check and she said they check everything when they do a front end alignment and they missed it twice.... if they had done the alignment properly they would have seen it but instead they missed it twice and said it was my tires that needed to be need to be switched out and we could have had a serious accident if these parts had broke completely but then they missed it twice I repeat twice.....

Absolutely amazing service, the woman at the front knew exactly what was wrong with my car before the mechanic looked at! Mad fast service, great place, definitely recommend.

We spoke with this company over the phone and talked to them about accepting a warranty we had on our tires. They said it would be accepted to just bring the car in, we had it towed to their store and came to pick it up the following day at 5pm. When we get there they tell us they couldnt accept the payment the insurance company was providing them as it was over the phone after telling us they could. We never received a call back from these people. Then I asked if they could just patch the tire since I was already frustrated we had it towed to this place and they went back on their word. The woman told me they hadnt even looked to see if it could be patched. The car sat there for a full 24 hours without them even looking at it after it was told they would fix it first thing in the morning. We had the tire patched since there was nothing else I could do but have it done. We were very upset with the whole ordeal. Just a warning to anyone, dont trust what they tell you over the phone.

My new tires are great

Stripped one of my O2 sensors saying it was the heats fault. Made ME buy one for $135 and then charged me half of what the O2 sensor was for the install, so $57.50. It was supposed to be $125 at first but it came up to $202.50. That’s ridiculous, you guys should’ve gave me $10 because YOU stripped my O2 sensor. Do not go here.
