Eddie was my service advisor. He was professional and attentive. He took the time to show me features about my car I was not aware of and shared that Mercedes has a you tube channel to explain other features my car has. He is an asset to Mercedes Benz. I highly recommend him to other customers.
Jason G is excellent. Very polite, thorough, and professional. Going into it I knew the team was going to fix my issue; what really impressed me was how well Jason communicated with me, took care of issues and prioritized customer experience, and had an amazing attitude constantly. Very professional service members, well explained for the cost and why my tiers need to be changed when I have only 13K on the car. The fact is Im enjoying driving my AMG car with high safety because of my tires, so I pay for what I get.
I brought my S class for service, they offer a cleaning service with the regular maintenance of the car. The cleaning ( and it s not the first time that it happens ) was done very badly, my 10 years old could have done a better job. If you are Mercedes and provide cleaning services on cars over $100k, you should provide a great service or if you are not able to do so, it would be better not to do anything.
I set up a schedule to replace my auxiliary battery and had scheduled a loaner car. However, upon arrival they informed me that they didnt have the loaner car for me. Instead of just stopping there like most businesses do, they made it right by placing my car at the front of the line, worked on it first. I also noticed that the front desk was very attentive to my needs. Thank you.
Took my C300 in because the exterior mirrors would not open, or unfold. Eddie is great. Greeted me as he always does and stayed in contact throughout the day. In the end, my vehicle only needed a software update at no charge:) Plus their coffee machine is awesome!

Absolutely amazing experience! I left feeling like I forgot something the process was soo smooth. I didnt have to feel out any paper work, no one asked me any questions like typical oil change, they have top notch record keeping. Even the wait was great. Nice clean lobby area, with expresso an all sorts of beverages, WIFI an the icing on the cake a cubicle with office chair so I was able to get some work done, very comfortable vibes is exactly the experience I couldnt have asked for more. Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas customer service is over and above the benchmark in the Automotive Industry. Ive never received better service and thats why now that I moved from Woodland Hills I drive all the way from South Bay to still have my car serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas. I have bought two cars there and also my service Rep Kyle is such a pleasure to work with along the entire Team as well as Paula & Team that always help me with loaner cars. I highly recommend them, they are a truly stellar Team. They really care about their customers and take pride in their jobs!

Mercedes Benz of Calabassas offered very professional service I did not feel like they were overselling me. They picked up my cars and delivered them to my home which was quite convenient! I feel like they give me honest answers and didnt push to sell extra things like many other dealers.
I had to come in after my car hit debris on the highway and destroyed my tire and cracked my wheel. After being towed to the wrong location, and then having to be towed again, I ended up at the Calabasas service center -- an hour from my home. The team was kind and professional, and went out of their way to accommodate me. They gave me a loaner for an extended period of time, and even helped once my insurance unfortunately denied the ability to get the repairs done at the dealership. They completed a regular maintenance, and then helped get me to the service center where my wheel and tire were fixed. Thanks again to the team for going above and beyond.

My appointment I made was easy over the phone, my advisor Kyle kept me updated with the progress of the repair and the notes and recommendations from the tech George. While visiting the Calabasas area recently, I had a system notification of an Auxiliary Battery Malfunction. Id just had the E350s regular service done a few days earlier in the Palm Springs area, so I was surprised by the issue arising (turns out theres no way to anticipate this).I called Mercedes of Calabasas first thing the next morning and Mira not only got me in, but arranged for a company shuttle to transport me to and from an appointment that had been previously scheduled (the shuttle was immaculate and the drivers were friendly and courteous). The Tech Advisor, Andrew Tiangco, was knowledgable and professional and the car was ready by the time the shuttle brought me back to the dealership.Id highly recommend this Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas Service Center.

I cannot say enough good things about Calabasas Mercedes Benz and their service department, especially Jason Grijalva. My purse along with my car key was stolen and I was dealing with the aftermath. I was looking at between $150 and $600 to get the stolen key deactivated and/or a new key. Something glitched in my car and Jason not only gave me a free luxury car loaner but when my car was ready, he gifted me the two reprogrammed keys! After experiencing a terrible week, he totally made my day!

This dealer did not provide the 2nd key to my car nor the manuals. The salesman quit 3 weeks after selling me the car and the manager left me out to dry. Asked me for proof I didnt get the 2nd set of keys. Right, how does one prove that?

If your car is having a problem and you dont like it, then dont buy a Mercedes - Jason McCann, Assistant Service Manager.Our 2019 GLC has been brought in multiple times due to a glitch with the center display. This glitch has been happening various times but there seem to be no fix from MB because they blamed my phone. Granted that might be true if I didnt have 2 other GLCs in my procession as well and this is the only vehicle that his this problem. I brought this to Jason to help resolve this technical problem and his resolution was blaming my phone. When I told him it was not my phone he replied because well thats your opinion smirked, and then walked away without explaining the problem. I had to wait another 20 minutes to go inside his office to get an explanation regarding my car and he said we are a private business, call Mercedes directly about the problem. I further told him about the inconvenience the car is causing us and he ended the conversation with then dont by a Mercedes. Overall, this was terrible service ultimately very rude and poor branding. In the future, I will make sure to advertise Dont buy a Mercedes coming directly from Jason McCann Service Manager. To Angel Quinonez (Director), if you do not believe what I am writing, feel free to put myself and Jason McCann on a call and Ill be more than happy to chat with you both if Jason Denies this situation that happened 10/20/21 at 1:45 pm pst.

Do not even consider buying or leasing a Mercedes until youve gone to Mercedes of Calabasas. Jeremy Israel-Tombs made my first time getting a Mercedes so amazing and stress-free. I came in to the situation fully guarded ready to be harassed like I had been at the other dealerships. Jeremy was patient with me, broke everything down for me but more important than anything, he sensed when I needed space to think it over and gave me that. Something non of the other pushy sales people at the other dealerships would do. He never tried to push me into something I didnt want and treated me like a person. Not only that, its been over a month and he still reaches out to me to check in. Go to Mercedes of Calabasas and ask for Jeremy. I promise you wont regret it!

I was selling my used car. Initially, the person that handled most of the deal was great! We did it by texting and I was very happy with the process. So we scheduled a time for him to come to my house and sign the papers and he was going to drive the car back to the dealer, since I didnt have a ride home, excellent service I thought. This person did not ever show up to my house! After waiting an hour I called the dealership and found out he was off and wasnt returning for a period of time. They told me if I wanted to, bring it by to expedite the process which I did. The manager that finish the deal was great but I couldnt get a ride home on the shuttle. Had to wait almost 2 hours to get an Uber home for a 20 minute drive. Overall, think this could have been handled much better!Just an update. Got a response from the G.M.after posting my review that he would like to make this up to me and I called him. He seemed to understand my frustration and agreed that this could have been handled much better and he would get back to me. I got a call from a nice lady wanting some info. She said she would call me back later which she did. She told me that the check for my car would be sent to my house by Monday. This is Tuesday and still no check. Apparently just no follow-up at this dealership. And sure didnt make it up to me. Pretty disappointing...
Shout out to Mercedes Benz of Calabasas. Out of all dealerships within Los Angeles (and I went to 4 or 5), they were able to provide the best deal and even throw in some goodies for me. David, was my sales person and honestly made the experience easy and stress free. David alongside his GM made the deal happen within 30 minutes. There wasnt any haggling, and going back and forth which is something I have experienced with other dealerships in the past. They want to make you happy and have you drive off in the car you love, with a payment you love. I took my S-class for warranty related repairs recently. Here are some of my thoughts with my recent experience.Service Greeters: 5/5Everytime I brought my car here the service greeters were very friendly and helpful. They were definetly one of the nicest that Ive experienced compared to other dealerships.Service Advisor (Andrew) : 5/5Andrew, my service advisor has been very helpful and friendly. He is been very responsive with phone calls and updates about the repair through out the process.Loaner Car Dept: 5/5Lady that works at the loaner car department is very nice and helpful. She is very quick about setting everything up and it was hassle free.Service Tech: 2/5I was originally going to give 1 but at least they made it right the second and third time so Im giving them an extra star.The warranty repair shouldve required only one visit however, the first time tech forgot to plug connectors on my glove box which made the fragrance system and the lighting inoperable and the glove box didnt open completely. They also broke the wireless charging panel trim during the repair of the center console. So I had to wait three weeks for them to get the part from Germany.Couple days ago, I brought my car in to get their mistakes corrected and this time the touchpad on the center console was loose. I had to wait about 30 mins to get that done again.I know we are all humans and we make mistakes but mistakes over mistakes are disappointing especially from professionals.Overall, MB of Calabasas is a decent service team however, they really need to check their repair before releasing it back to the customer. It is not ideal if the customer has to see if their work is 100% and come back if it isnt.
