I have been to Calabasas Audi for the last year after I purchase my Audi A8L TDI. I drive 40,000 miles per year as a executive chauffeur and I can tell you each time Ive come in Lindsay or Angel have always taken very good care of me and given me upfront pricing and were very clear on what was going to take place. As a result of my experience with Audi service here I will probably go through this dealership for my next Audi.

Do not go to this branch to purchase Audi. they will change your numbers on final paperwork. Very sneaky of doing business. i do not think it is Audis behavior, but the branch and the sales person.I purchased Audi Q8 with prestige package on 02/09/2020, yesterday. and at the same time, i traded in a Handa accord, the agree value for trade in car is 7500USD, and Audi Q8 is 84000USD, but on the final paperwork, they changed the 7500USD to 7000USD. and my husband did not catch this sneaky. it is not about 500USD, it is about the bad business practice. i tried to call them, but they do not answer the phone.I would like to cancel all future service. Please refund the service pay I prepaid.
