I went in yesterday to buy a car, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience as they exceeded my expectations. Ryan Rivera my sales man knew every answer I had for the car as well as being professional and understanding. One thing that I would say about this dealership is that you won’t feel like a fish in a shark tank like other dealers. They really seem to care about your best interest and definitely have a great team that is willing to work together. If you decide to come in I would definitely ask for Ryan Rivera. Besides that I love my car and here is a awesome photo I took on my phone in the Malibu canyons.

I purchased a used BMW i8 from these guys, I am an out of state customer so we had to do inspections and everything remotely. I am writing this review as a customer but also as someone that has been in the dealership world for years. they were very polite and accepting of all of my odd requests. the price was more than fair. the main reason i am writing this review is because in the process of getting the car shipped to me it was damaged. nothing major but it also wasnt something small. i had been fighting with the shipping company for weeks to get the damage repaired with no resolution. they would not report it to insurance or pay out of pocket for the damages. when I made the dealership aware of my struggles they PAID for the repairs. because they did not want a customer to suffer, even though it was not their fault! these guys will truly go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. 10/10

Was sold a car with wheel locks but no wheel lock key. As luck would have it I got a flat. Tire shop would not attempt to remove lock because of liability. Understandable. Drove on the flat to BSBMW to buy a key but they couldnt help me. But for $380 and 5hrs labor they would be able to help me.

Really impressed with the process from beginning to end. Sam Straus was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and not too salesy. There was very little negotiating due to the current market conditions, but I feel it was a fair price and I wasnt pushed to buy any of the pricey add-ons (that we all dread). The car was fueled up, charged and cleaned throughout. All in all a very pleasant experience - even the coffee is tasty!

If you’re bringing your car in for service, do yourself self a favor and tell the receptionist you don’t want Rob to be your service advisor. Completely neglected to communicate with me about the service being done on my car, and was easily the worst experience I’ve had at Bob Smith.

STAY AWAY! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Our 2019 X7 have issues like no other car we ever had before, yet this is not what bothers me.When coming to Bob Smith service department it’s a nightmare every single time! They will make you feel like they doing you a favour and will help with anything and will keep try to sell you things for a 2 years old car with about 20k miles.Not only im not going to buy any BMW again, I’ll make sure to spread the word keep all of my friends and family away from this dealership.

I was in the market for a CPO X6. Recentely one came available @ Bob Smith BMW via Auto Trader. I reached out to an internet sales representative there, and I felt he was coming across rather condescending and rude. I was starting to become disappointed as I was really in love with the car. But I no longer wanted to deal with this associate. I decided to search Yelp reviews for Bob Smith BMW, and a sales associate by the name of Nancy Camacho held most of the best reviews at this location. That day I reached out to her, explained my recent experience, she immediately took over the sale, was kind, professional, and I drove home my dream car that afternoon. People ultimately buy from who they like. Nancy was simply outstanding. I am grateful for all her help.

My car gave me a notification that it needed more coolant and I knew I must have been overdue for having my car serviced so I took it in to Bob Smith where I bought the car. When I called I told them I wanted to see if there was a leak because I had to put coolant in twice in a few months, and that I also needed a service. I picked it up the next day and when I drove off the coolant light was still on. I mentioned this to Kurt and he told me I could just add some coolant and bring it back in. I felt nervous about going back there, so I went to Rusnak instead. They found a leak, fixed it, and everything was fine. Just 8,000 miles later I have been hearing a scraping noise when I brake, so I brought it in to a different dealer and they showed me that both of my rear brakes are worn down and scraping the rotor. I am not an expert I just cant imagine that the brakes got this bad without it being detectable at the service I had in March at Bob Smith.

Always place your order online because the dealer has differece prices I mean big difference.I always buy online except 🙃 this time and I notice my total they gave me at the dealer was way too much. For oil filter antifreeze and thermostat was $414.76 and online was only $245.00 big difference ah well they gave me my money back always check prices with this dealer because it is a rip off. I happened to call Thousand Oaks Rusnak BMW first and they were the worst. In the middle of a pandemic Mark couldn’t give me a price on a car over the phone, was playing all the typical dealership games, wasted about a half an hour of my time all while Mark talked pedantically to me. It was a shockingly bad experience. Their loss.I then called Bob Smith. Antonio immediately went over his current inventory and listened to what I was looking for. Within 15 minutes we had identified a car & worked out the financing.The next day I came in & picked up my car & everything was delivered as discussed.Fantastic experience!

I have just placed an order with your dealership with Stefano Balbusso. I want you to know that you have a great employee in Stefano. He was very attentive and more importantly got me through the process of ordering my very first car. I traditionally just buy off the lot but this new X5 x45e, which will be my second X5, was very hard to find along with the features I wanted. Had thee worst car buying experience with these crooks. I made a formal complaint with BMW USA. It’s a shame because I went to a BMW dealer to have a quality car buying experience.Bob Smith BMW Sales representatives, ALEX Rustamov, CAMPBELL DAVIS and PAUL NEMA were all unpleasant to work with. From terrible costumer service, false advertising and absolutely disrespectful staff. My husband and I drove from Las Vegas to test drive and purchase the car. I then had the car shipped home to Vegas. Once my car was delivered, I noticed the horrific back seats that were completely ruined/ car seat marks and hard glue substance all over the back seats. The seats were not shown on the advertisement photos in that condition, nor were they like that when I went to look at the car. They did nothing about it and didn’t get any follow up from the manager.Paul said he car pay $100 for it to be detailed, as if that was going to fix the problem. He knew the seats needed to be completely replace. Paul Nema should be a shame as the sales manager, he knew that was wrong, unfair and condescending.They were all very rude, dismissive and showed no sense of costumer care or concern. These people delayed shipment of my car delivery by 3 days and picked a transpo service that had no credibility.

My whole experience was amazing, fun and easy. I worked with Amir Azizi. He was great to work with and gave me a lot of confidence that I was getting the best deal on my M240i, which I LOVE! He was really patient and answered all of my questions before and after the sale. He even helped me to return my previous BMW which I had leased elsewhere. Ive been trading cars a lot (BMW is my 10th car) so I always have negative balance. I have a repo on my acct (car under my name, ex did stopped paying for the car). My credit score was NOT excellent. All bad for a luxury car. But staff at Bob Smith BMW made it happen! Theyve negotiated with the bank to get me approved! Elham my sales manager is so genuine and honest you can feel her sincerity about helping her customers. It was a long shot for me to be approved even for a used car but shout out to Elham and to her supervisor Paul for his magic in getting me a deal! I highly recommend this place!! Lovedexperience!

I was very impressed with the level of service I received from both Nasir and Justin when I stopped at Bob Smith to check out a CPO BMW I had found online. I called 30 minutes ahead of my arrival and asked about the BMW I was interested in. When I arrived I found the car parked out in the front ready to go test drive. Justin was very knowledgeable about the car and showed me the ins and outs with tons of proficiency. He also made me feel very comfortable while test driving and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Nasir, the sales manager, took his time to explain everything from financing options, to CPO coverage, to maintenance packages in detail and was able to answer all my questions. I never felt pressured by Nasir nor did I ever feel like he was using typical car salesman tactics. He even spent time showing me all around the dealership and took me to check out the service department. And WOW was I impressed by how clean and organized the shop was!After leaving Bob Smith, I continued on to the next BMW dealership in the area that had another vehicle I found online. I was no where near as impressed by the level of service.I returned the next day to Bob Smith and purchased the BMW I test drove the day before. I couldn’t be happier with my decision.If you’re in the market for a BMW, you’d be wasting your time if you go anywhere else other than Bob Smith. These people are on it. My service guy Rey, has helped me out so much with warranty repairs. I have a 2011 328I, with 101,500 miles on it. BMW factory warranties are amazing. 150,000 miles or 10 years. Over the last year, they have repaired or replaced the following at NO CHARGE!!! Valve cover gasket, ignition coils and new radiator. At least 4 grand in parts and labor. Always check with BMW before taking your car anywhere else. Lots of things under long term warranty!!!!

Called for a simple oil change request and been promised to be done in one hour if I will arrive at 8am. Upon checking in with service advisor, he informed me that it will take around 3 hours. After one hour exactly and several promises that Uber is “coming” or “cancelled on me”, I ordered my own Uber in one minute...Amazing and clean facility, but completely careless staff.

Living in Calabasas I decided to lease an 8 series from them a month and a half ago. You would expect them treat their loyal customers with little respect.I returned back to lease a second car from them.Very unprofessional salesperson. I tried dealing with JUSTIN RUBIA and he was rude from the getgo. I test drove the X3 and waited for 15 minutes for him to show up. He clearly didnt care about making a deal. I asked if it was better for him to call me with a quote and he said yes. 6 hours with no call so I followed up with a call and left a message. 9 hours later he decided to return my call and only say sorry the car is sold. I asked why it took him 9 hours to call me back and he said he was with a customer. I said that was very unprofessional attitude and I need to speak with the general manager. He said you can speak with whoever you want and hung up on me.I will never step a foot in this dealership and would take my 8 Series for service at another location.

I have purchased 4 cars because of Greg Huber, through the internet fleet sales, who gives me the straight answers with no pricing nonsense. I go back there over and again for service, driving 45 minutes, because I trust the team. Now my husband purchased his first BMW and is VERY happy. Greg, once again, does it right.

TL;DR - I bought a used M4 convertible from halfway across the country sight unseen for a very competitive and fair price, with a streamlined and honest/fair process. If youre in the LA area (or even if youre from out of state), go see Nasir Khan at Bob Smith for your BMW needs! NO outrageous hidden fees. Fair pricing on used vehicles (YMMV obviously)Details: My specific desired trim of M4 convertible happened to show up at Bob Smith after months of waiting. It was listed at a very competitive and fair price (esp considering used car prices during the pandemic). I called Nasir and found out to my surprise there are no hidden dealership fees or exorbitant/useless add-ons which are way too common in car sales these days. Just standard CA dealership fee, my state TT&L, and a small fee for a third party company hired by Bob Smith to handle all paperwork between the two states for said TT&L. Nasir was very efficient in scheduling the car to be delivered to my independent mechanic for pre-purchase inspection, and it is something that Bob Smith actually requires for out of state sales, which in my opinion shows trustworthiness. Everything went smoothly, car reported to be in great shape. There were no problems with my bank financing and fund transfers. Nasir also arranged a fair priced enclosed transport. Car arrived in great shape and has been a blast. The one slight hiccup was that title/registration took somewhat longer than expected, but this is not completely unexpected due to interstate dealings and the ongoing pandemic. Overall extremely happy with how straightforward everything was.

To be brief:1- Avoid Bob Smith BMW, they are rude and useless!2- Go to Center BMW, they are professional and helpful!Asking why? read below.My wife and I had decided to purchase a 530 we had seen elsewhere. Before heading out, a friend (who is also looking for a 5 series) pointed out three 540i options available at Bob Smith. We said fine, let’s go there and check. We tested the first one, and man we loved it! So, already decided to check the two others to choose the one with cleaner interior and smooth drive.As soon as we sat in the SECOND car, the sale manager, Alex Rustamov, opened the driver door and yelled at us:GUYS YOU CANNOT DRIVE EVERY SINGLE CAR!Really?? Who buys a car without test-driving? Is 2-3 cars “every single car?” After explaining, he allowed us a “few minutes” to test a second one. But not anymore! He said because he pays the person who accompanies us for test drive. (Surprise, surprise!)We had a short conversation on prices, but long story short, we didn’t even waste more time and went directly to Center BMW in Van Nuys. It was around 5:00pm on a Sunday then. They were nice enough to allow us to test-drive the one we had chosen (for a second time, just for a peace of mind) and were super nice to stay OVERTIME a couple of hours to finalize the sale and finance process. We drove home happily with a beautiful car!At Center BMW, staff were helpful and professional. They spent quite a bit of time to adjust price and rate to help us out and to make the buying experience easy for us. Highly recommended!Thinking of what happed at Bob Smith, I am seriously wondering who gave the guy ‘Alex Rustamov’ his job!! We faced the rudest and the most unprofessional sales manager ever. He basically lost clients who had already made their mind to purchase. And also lost a potential client! I can imagine not all staff at Bob Smith are like him. Otherwise the dealership would have gone out of business already!I already shared the story with close friends/colleagues. I am writing this review so that any future client knows there are far better BMW dealerships with staff who not only know how to talk like a human being, but also exceed expectation in meeting customer needs.

Matt Smith and Greg Huber are both amazing and fantastic to work with!! I really cant say enough good things about them!! I have been leasing my cars for years through them and will continue to do so. My lease was up during COVID and they helped to get me into an amazing new car with zero headache or hassle while being quarantined.
