3 months ago I went to this dealer in hopes to obtain the car of my dreams. They told me they could do it, that it would take ~ 2months. After paying the transportation and the person that would inspect the car was as I ordered. They have not given any updates. Only: we ordered it. No date of order, no confirmation number. Ive been trying to reach a manager to no luck. The sales person has been very polite, and available. But their management has failed them.

Will never go back, talked with the salesman over the phone and told him About our needs. He told me he had three cars of the model we wanted and when I arrived he only had one. Kept me there all afternoon. Do not go here to buy a car.

Terrible service, we had almost two hours waiting for an employee who happened to be in a workshop or conference. So that later another employee told us to leave the information and that he would send us a photo. Run away from this place, they do not know how to give good service and their cars always have problems.

I arrive at the dealer (in Caguas, I come from Ponce), I meet the saleswoman, I tell her about my appointment to see X vehicle ... and she notifies me: Ah. That vehicle was sold YESTERDAY. ......... If I could give him less I would give him, the place has high prices (too much), the vehicle had damages which in the photos they sent did not have, and I asked two employees and both gave me different versions and making false promises to fix it. I felt so harassed that I had to BLOCK the employee number. The employee constantly lied and tried to force the sale as of place. However, talk to a vendor named Edwin Velez and it was a totally different deal, quite the opposite. I do not recommend it but if you still want to go and get it, Edwin will thank me.
