Since Tuesday, 09 June, my vehicle was towed to their facilities and up until today, 17 June, no news on the status, but because I called to check. Starter motor was ordered rush thru FedEx and still has not arrived in P.R. Maybe is coming from Japan. Oh, sorry is re-conditioned for $832.00 + labor. New, is $1900 and change. Calling is useless. Attitude is like nobody cares. There are 8 units in same situation, they tell me. And...? The part on Ebay is $299.99 NEW. Disappointing service.

Great service, however, in comparison with other Honda dealerships like San Juan and Bayamon this one is less modern and outdated. The parking is cramped and you have to maneuver in between cars and people.

Waited over 2 hours yesterday and could not even get a quote to see how much it would cost to replace my broken antenna on the roof. Ended up leaving after 2 hours with no answer. It was a simple request: do you have the part? And how much does it cost?Update: March 24, 2021. New car purchased from the same Bella dealer in San Juan. We called to make an appointment here in Caguas for a leaking windshield washer fluid system. The said ok, but we have to do a recall on the steering wheel. After 4 hours of waiting I drove back to the dealer and my car was sitting in the parking lot. Not a phone call, not an email, nothing. To top it all off they did not address the reason for my visit at all. All day wasted. No understanding about customer service or warranty service either. They simply wanted to punish me for not servicing my car at their shop.AVOID this dealer at all costs. We certainly will.

To sell you they are excellent, but for service they are mediocre.An extended warranty was bought, a year passed that we did not receive an insurance payment book, and despite a thousand attempts, the seller never resolved. It got to the point that he didnt even answer calls or text, because of something that was badly managed on his part.Ultimately we had to contact the funder and insurance directly to resolve.Never more.

Honda brand cars are excellent. Staff is very good and pleasant, the only thing I understand that must improve is the way in which the shifts work for service, they take a long time to provide basic maintenance and one loses a lot of time. If they will improve the way they do the work and the shift would be very good for professional people who work and we cannot be there all day so that they simply and simply make an oil and filter change.

Attentive and very kind employees. Large mechanical workshop to change oil and repair. As well as cleaning the Honda. Office waiting comfortable and with air conditioning. One of the largest workshops in Puerto Rico. The vehicles displayed in showcase area is comfortable and wide. Five stars for the location and quality of their vehicles.

Terrible service. On 2 occasions they have forgotten to inspect my car for maintenance. Last time they didnt call me when I was ready and they told me I was washed when it wasnt. After being ready, they left me waiting 1 hour waiting to pick me up being 5 minutes from the Dealer. To top it off, when I called the driver, I didnt know he should pick me up

Yesterday I took my car to Honda de Caguas, because the air was not cooling; Soon after, Irmaris Rodríguez called me; that he was in charge of my case and indicated to me through an estimate with an RO Number 47367 and Tag T2076 that the air in my car had damaged the magnet, the air clutch and the compressor relay and that the total value of the arrangement was $ 992.15; I charge $ 150.00 more to check my air.I informed him that it was too much money, that I could not fix it at this time. I went to Albert Auto Air in Caguas and fixed the air for $ 160.00. The worst part is that I have been taking my car to the Honda dealers for 11 years.😱😱

I went to check a car they asked for our drivers license and when we left we forgot to ask for it and call to ask and they told us it was not the dealer and I told him to look in the office and he said he was not there but he gave me a copy her. They were only holding her so that we would not buy in another place and the next day they called saying that the seller was on vacation and had sent her with someone as it is possible that they have an official and confidential document in their possession minutes later the seller calls that he found her In the office you do not agree to lie.

As owner of Hondas more than 20 years ago I can say that they are not very friendly and apparently they are not interested in selling. The times Ive been there, I ended up buying the unit at Kennedy where the deal is much better. It is the third time that happened in these years and you have to look for sellers pq seems to hide. A shame because Im from Caguas.
