Bought my RAM from them a couple of months ago. The purchase process was excellent. However the service has a lot to be desired. Took my truck for its first service a quick oil change, and the service personnel scratched the paint of my 70 grand truck.

We bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee here. The process was okay. A bit on the aggressive side, but that’s to be expected. Had the car back a couple of times for warranty work (dead batteries—new Grand Cherokees have two) and a cruise control not working problem. Both problems were resolved to my satisfaction, but both instances took entirely too long. Two trips each problem and an all-day affair each trip. Four whole days without a vehicle. Regardless, I’m grateful they replaced my dead batteries free of charge even though I probably killed them. Everyone involved treated us very well and made us feel at ease. If they manage to get the repair time under control, they will be “five stars”. I recommend this dealer regardless of the excessively long repair times.

This car dealer is the best that i have been in Puerto Rico. My sales man Mr. Joe Hernandez did a super excellent job. He has knowledge experience carisma and did the best customer service that i had. Everybody of the staff were smiling and very polite. God bless you all. Puerto Rico does it better. ! Unacceptable service with insurance full cover and extra insurance for wheels n tires and now they are charging me . I was told I was going to get a spare car... and that was another big lie..For all of you buying a car here watch for the schemes... a good case for BBB ( Better Business Buro ) not for Daco of PR.If you were told like they care is all BS.Ill work out the real publicity of Autocentro thru radio, TV and web. So never give a fool a second chance.

Great dealership nice place to see! But on the other part the service department never ever but never tell you what they did to the vehicle. They dont explain you the invoice, you have to figure it out yourself, and doing that I find out my self that my vehicle has an oil leak.

Sadly they are not pro sale. I asked for a lease and they tried to make me finance the full price and still have a residual.Theyre not respectful of your time either, holding your Ids hostage. I couldnt leave, making me late to work by 2 hours .The worst part is that I was up front with my needs and budget, and they discarded it. If this how all dealerships here work, theyre stealing. 😡

After having had a horrible and negative experience at the Kennedy Jeep dealer, I accompanied a friend to Autocentro in Bairoa Industrial Park. There we were attended by BRENDA LEE QUIÑONES. This experience was out of league. If we compare it with that of Kennedy, it was from heaven to earth. Brenda worked hard to please my friend, who ended up buying the Jeep she wanted and in the color she wanted. These Kennedy employees should take classes on how to sell, please the customer and be helpful to the client, with Brenda. I have no words to positively continue speaking Brendas beauties. To sell cars they are mega helpful but when it comes to vehicle maintenance they are the worst. I made an appointment, took my car early and they told me to stop by at noon. I followed their directions, I wasnt ready yet, they told me pace later. I return at 3 in the afternoon, the vehicle was not ready either. I received a call at around 5 in the afternoon that the car was not ready and they would deliver it to me on Monday. No way do I need my car but if its not ready I have no choice. On Monday I waited all day for your call. On Tuesday morning they called me that it was ready. I couldnt go looking for him that day because it happened early on Wednesday. When I arrive and sign documents, etc., I go out so that they give me the car, I wait and wait. Then they tell me that the keys do not appear. I had to wait for a copy. I missed my work day. These folks dont know what good customer service is like. Mega disorganized.
