We spoke to Emilio on the phone before arriving to make sure the parts we needed were there since our van was being towed - he was courteous, friendly, and helpful and made sure the parts were waiting for us at the front.When we arrived we were helped by Kevin who was also extremely courteous, friendly & helpful. He even lent us tools to use.

Only had to wait a few mins to return an item. The cashier was fairly new but everything went well just like he had been there for years.

Typical parts store nothing fancy

I almost always have a good experience here. No matter how obscure the part I need they always somehow seem to have one in stock. The only issue I ever have here is when I need something paint related. Theres only 1 paint guy, and he never seems to be there when I am. I guess its a still nice have a local auto paint place available though. All in all I love this place

The parts I ordered didnt fit my car, but they allowed the return so it worked out money wise. I still wasted a day changing parts that didnt fit right, but the staff had no control over that.
