Hunter, our salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, and made our experience an enjoyable one. His sales manager was just as wonderful as well. They met us with an offer we were expecting with our trade in and then also got us to the number we wanted to be at for our new SUV purchase. I took my car to this place for a recall. This took an hour, not bad, but after a printed out paper of lies, I do not know if they did the recall part.When they finished with my car, I was told and handed a print out of things my car needs. The girl even said we can do it now. Well, when I found out what and how much there was no way at that moment. Did not have the money to do everything on the list. My list : Serpentine Belt- $192.95 plus tax.License Plate Bulb ( burned out ) -$28.35 plus tax.Passengers Side Marker Light Bulb -$27.95 (burned out)Drivers Side Marker Light Bulb-$27.95 (burned out)Replace Spark Plugs- $208.00 plus tax.I went and got second opinion on everything, Nothing needed changed. All, lights worked ! Serpentine Belt was great !Total Rip off with Tax - $514.32This place was going to rip me off. Please think twice before dealing with these people. There are way to many car places to go to. Get 2nd opinion. Also, beware they are all starting to do this to make more money !!

I was able to buy a brand new car, MY FIRST EVER, with a payment that works for me and a warranty for a great peace of mind. Found a lease deal on line, When we went to get the car it was $100/month more with no explanation. I texted the sales person my wife emailed and no response.
I really like tawny because she isnt one of those pushy sales people that want you to buy the car they want you to buy. She asked me what price range I wanted to be in showed me the cars that were in that price range until I found the car I wanted. Super easy, laid back experience and when Im ready to get another car I will be back!

I was sick and tired of buying beater used vehicles so I decided to go out and see Tawny Butler to find a newer used car. She found me a newer lower millage car and helped get me the financing that I was comfortable with. There was a minor problem with the vehicle the 1st week I had it and she took care of it for me on her day off after I left a vmail @her office. Took vehicle in for recall on brakes. They recommended an oil change (I have a sticker that said I was only 2000 miles since my last one), a fuel injector cleaning for $150 (which I dont think I need since the car has 60,000 miles on it), and brakes and pads all the way around. I made a reasonable decision to do the least amount of work necessary. They tell me it will be ready in a few hours, and then we hang up. Closing time is coming up and no calls. I started calling them 1 hour before close. Could not reach anyone in the service department. I talked to 3 different people who said they would leave a message and then while I was waiting for them to leave a message for me I got a call and it rang for 2 seconds and hung up from the service department. I was instructed they might still call after hours do not worry. Well guess when they called? The next day, around 2. The was work that I did not authorize on my bill, and they quickly removed it. At the time I thought it was a good gesture. Would maybe consider going back eventually.Its now a month later and every problem I had has now returned with the brakes. My family mechanic takes it apart, and what does he find? Both calipers in the back are broken and one was leaking. The manner in which these were broken is not something that happens while driving, most likely from somebody frantically or carelessly putting everything back together. I live in Butler. I will drive to Hermitage before I ever drive back to this or any of Kellys dealerships. Not only did they try to rip me off, lie, avoid, but they also did something that made my wifes car unsafe. She commutes a half an hour one way. Unacceptable, unsafe, and down right fraudulent. I have let all of my family know of this, one who just this past January bought from them, know of this experience. I will tell everyone I know, anyone who will listen. I dont want any money, I dont need anyone to call me or contact me, and the last thing I want is one of Kellys team of buffoons touching my car ever again.

We went to great lengths to identify exactly what we were looking for and negotiate a price and asking for any additional βclosing β costs be identified ahead of actual closing. We were traveling from hour away and did not want surprises. We were promised the color that we wanted. However, only upon arrival, Kelly said that it would cost extra (approximately $1000) and they added approximately 3-4 thousand in closed door financial room. I WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND Kelly!!!

We just purchased our second Kia from this dealership. I was impressed, the motor blew up in it at 12,000 miles and Kia took very good care of us. Because of the service, we traded that sportage in on a new 2020 in March. I wish I would have waited and Iβm glad I did not purchase the service plan. While I have never agreed with Mike Kellyβs political affairs, i felt his dealership was top notch. I will never give him another dime of my money. Waisting taxpayers money in fake court cases and he took money set aside for small businesses. Why does a multimillionaire need a $1,000,000 small business loan to stay afloat while actual small businesses are going under? Donβt support his greed, plenty of other dealerships out there

I drove over 1 1/2 hours as their web site sad they had 11 tellurides- no they had 0!! Said they had all been preordered & were sold- no one offered to order one for me!! Then blamed it on the Kia?
My car has been at Mike Kelly Kia in Butler since Dec 29th. Ive called their service department every day since it got there and only once got through, was told Id get a call back- didnt. Left a voicemail every other time asking for a call back.. Have contacted Kia customer service at least 8 times trying to figure out whats going on, was told the case manager hasnt heard from them either, and that I should hear from an escalation manager in two business days. Nobody has any idea whats going on with my car, if its been looked at, when it will be if it hasnt, etc. They had me take it there because they think the issue might fall under one of their current service claims.. But had I known it was going to be such a nightmare trying to even get it looked I would have had it towed somewhere else..Update: Been waiting 10 days for a call back about a loaner vehicle after being told 2-3 days. Called today and was told it should be available tomorrow. This place is a mess.
Just purchased a new forte from Mike Kelly Kia in Butler. Great experience dealing with Eric Grenci and Steve Akins who crushed the competition from Wexford with a better deal and much more pleasant to deal with! Will return again for the next one.
Never thought Iβd leave a review about a car dealership especially when I didnβt buy the car (!) but Steven and Eric deserve recognition for treating my husband I professionally and kindly the entire time. They tried really hard to make a deal for us but we just felt we needed to wait for financial reasons after understanding the full costs. We will be back to see them when we are ready to purchase a new car.

Went in for a recall on my Kia, once I finally found somewhere to park and figured out that Kia service was consolidated into their Hyundai service, I got to talk to someone. They were just altogether rude for no reason. I had an appointment, was on time (a few minutes early, even), and had all my information ready. Even so, I got attitude and a condescending man asking me stupid questions. I get it, recalls donβt make you any money. Not my fault. Iβm working a service job during COVID too, Iβm not rude to my customers. At least I know Iβll never come back to Mike Kelly to buy or service a car!
I came across Mike Kelly Kia via a Facebook group. Ive been searching for a Telluride for months with little luck. My hometown Kia in Orlando, FL are selling Tellurides (the Selluride!) at $7k-$10k over MSRP. I dont know about you, but paying over MSRP for a vehicle sounds like crazy talk.I exchanged texts with Chad Gibbons and he was constantly professional and reassuring that everything would be taken care of to the exact terms they were presenting to me. No bait and switch. When I went to pay for the Telluride, it ACTUALLY CAME OUT CHEAPER per month than originally quoted.Working with Mike Kelly Kia was a dream car buying experience. It was quick, honest, and well worth the $58 plane ticket from Orlando to PA.After getting the Telluride, Im convinced its the perfect vehicle. Do NOT service your car here! Took my car in for an inspection at 1:45. Didnt get any results until 5! They said the following failed: windshield wipers, filters, ball joint, brakes and rotors.Once I told them my dad owned a garage and I want to have him take a look, the girl mechanic told me that the rotors are probably okay and dont really need replaced. She said they may need replaced soon. They told me I needed $500 worth of repairs.Took my car and scheduled at another Kia dealership only to find out that the only thing that failed was a LIGHT BULB! $19! Stay away from this place unless you want to fix things that may need repaired eventually.
Made an appointment for emissions and inspection. I got a conformation text that my appointment was for 8am. I had my Kia Optima there at 7:30. I had to drop off the keys on the other side of the building. Which, I was worried that they even got my keys. I called around 10:30 to even see if they found my keys. They told me they had found my keys and my car was being assigned to a technician. Ok, so it was 12ish when I called to find out round about what time my car would be done. The service department told me it would be after 5:30 pm. This is unacceptable...I live an hour and a half away. I had a prior appointment and will be unable to pick my car up till the next day. Im not very happy..π€¬π‘π€¬π‘
Any time my wife and I bring our Kia here you might as well figure on being here for several hours or more. For example had an appointment for 8 am. Got here and was told that maybe, maybe get my vehicle in at 9. Still waiting at 10. Vehicle hasnt been taken back. This seems to be the norm. Wife and I love Kias. I do not think I will be buying my next one here. Will be looking for another Kia dealership in the future and service department. Would be more than happy to talk to someone about this.
Service department was extremely rude
In all the years that we have been dealing with service on vehicles, this is by far the worst!!! Trying to get in touch with someone in service, is nothing but a sheer miracle. I wonβt get into all of the details other than the car was supposedly repaired for a couple of issues, but continued to have the same problems. We took the car back over to be serviced and they called us within 10 minutes of leaving the car there and told us that it was out of warranty by 5 days. Maybe if they would have returned our calls, the car would not have been out of warranty! After several more calls with no return calls, we were able to reach someone and they told us it would be $8000.00 in repairs (for something that should have been fixed in visits prior). We are pretty confident after several conversations with the service manager and Kia that they wouldnβt repair under warranty because we didnβt buy the car there or take it there for maintenance. Wouldnβt you want to treat any customer as a brand new customer? Doesnβt that keep any customer new or old coming back? If the customer was treated right, they would want to buy a car there. I guess they have enough business and donβt care about future business!
After a great experience last December at Mike Kelly Automotive when we purchased our Malibu, we went back again looking for a Kia Optima. We liked Lisa Phillips so much last time, that we requested her again. She was busy helping another customer, so we looked around the lot until she finished up with her current customer. Well worth the wait! Lisa knows so much about every car, is so personable and friendly, and is willing to do whatever it takes to make her customers happy. We left with a new Kia Optima and another super satisfied visit. I would recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a new or used car. Pap came in to get car serviced. Made an appointment to check the calipers to see if the rear two were sticking and to see if its covered by his extended warranty. He dropped the car off at 9:15 and its now 12:30 and in that time they finally said the calipers are bad. He already knew that BEFORE we got here...So not only was nothing done yet. We are still just here waiting for the car. At this point my pap told them to just get him his car. The service writers arent very good with costumers. They dont explain anything or say how long things will be. Two hours ago he said it shouldnt be long. I WOULD NEVER BRING MY CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. Unless you have 6 hours of your time to waste.

Knowledgeable, patient, detail oriented.I learned so much about functions in my car that would have make me nervous, but with his patience, and calmness, I now use functions of myvehicle, which I never would have. He also was so great at setting me up in my NEW 2016 Kia Soul, which I love. I didnt stress about a thing, because Michael handled everything.HE;S THE BEST.

I will never buy a car from them again. We had such a hard time with our loan that it is a wonder how the guy still has a job. He lied to our face about a lower interest rate from our credit union telling us that he checked it out and his rate was better which was a lie. Then he apparently cant wright down phone numbers or emails down correctly since he had to email us something for the bank loan and emailed it to the wrong address and then called our phone number when we didnt relpy which was wrong also. It was a horrible experience and we will never be going back.

They have nice vehicles but their service dept rips you off big time. Tried to charge over $900 for fixing emergency brake cable then after we complained they knocked it down to $400...over 50% off? Thats crazy...part of the reason I dont like these conglomerate dealerships
Like other commenters have mentioned, this dealership should be shut down for being a scam. They will do whatever it takes to sell you a vehicle. Listen to the poor experiences this dealership has left upon our neighborhoods. I cant believe they still have their doors open. Wish I could do more and I hope that you never decide to take a chance with them.
When I write a company review I try to start with the positives. At Mike Kelly Kia, there are very few. Dennis in the service department is great and very attentive to customer needs, and Jordan that schedules customer needs is also great. These are the only positives that I can say about the dealership. I have bought two cars now from the dealership and the whole experience has been less than stellar! When you buy a vehicle from Kelly Kia, you will receive a ton of calls from their sales managers who want to βthank youβ for visiting, looking, whatever. When you have a problem, no calls back at all. I was recently at the dealership and they damaged my Kia Soulβs passenger side front tire. When I called, sent pictures, etcβ¦.they REFUSED to call me back. I left several messages with the service manager that never called me back. I called and asked for a general manager and he never calls me back! The truth is when they want you to buy something, they will never leave you alone, but when thereβs an issueβ¦.NO ONE WILL GET BACK WITH YOU!!! The only time I will return to the dealership is for my free inspections for life. Iβm very happy to take my business elsewhere! Buyer beware! In all fairness I have done a lot of business with this company. Spent over $40,000 with them, and still treated like rubbish!

This is the place to go for NO haggling and sales pitches. The salesman, Judd Covert, started off by saying, Well work with you to put you into that car. (Awesome yellow Kia Soul by the way!) I told him where I wanted to be for a monthly payment, and they actually did better than that!Judd was so knowledgeable! He knew every inch of the car and could answer all of my questions.Also, when I picked up the car, it had extras in it that I hadnt even discussed or requested, like a cargo net and mats!I will definitely go back for my next car!
I had a great experience at Mike Kelly with sales consultant Lisa Phillips. I was searching for car between $8,000 and $10,000 with my first real car buying experience. Lisa was very helpful and informative on a 2004 Jaguar X type sedan that caught my attention. She had been a previous owner of the vehicle and did an excellent job explaining the features. She allowed both myself and father take the car for a test drive and look over the entire vehicle. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase and thought about buying the vehicle that night. The next afternoon we returned to Mike Kelly and Lisa helped us finalize the paper work. I would definitely recommend Lisa to any family or friends that were interested in purchasing buying a new or used vehicle. I would also return to Mike Kelly in the future.
I always have a problem here. Either it is a quality issue or a staff issue. I went in for a Inspection, emissions and oil change. Found out I needed brakes and a few other things. Sat for nearly 6 hours to wait for my car because this dealership is almost an hour away from my house.
I would recommend them to anyone. I had my 2014 Kia Sportage serviced and the process was quick and painless! Scott D. did a fantastic job of making sure everything was taken care of. He even put my carseat back in (with a piece of plastic underneath it). Best service around! :)

Horrible. Run dont walk to any other dealership. From the beginning we told the salesperson, Brady that we were looking for a 2015 or used. He only wanted to sell a 2016. Wish we could afford that now, but we cant. Then Mike Kelly comes along and makes everything worse! In the middle of the game, he changes the rules..... did he think we couldnt keep up? They dont know their ads. Really they dont know their ads or any other Kias ads.Low class & uneducated.My daughter is driving a Kia Soul and is very happy.........from a different dealership!

I purchased a new Kia Sorento on 2/28/14 with Jason Zurawka and was very happy with the experience that I had there. Especially with Jason who was very helpful and pleasant. Salesman was great, but finance man Mike Kelly was rude..We bought out our lease, and he was instantly annoyed with that..I wont go back to Kelly KIA for anything, unless its mandatory by KIA...He also made a remark that PNC, with whom we financed, inflated our interest rate...He said had you gone through us, PNC would have given you a 2+% interest rate...Goodbye Kelly KIA...Dont NEED to deal with you...
I got a stain on my seats in my new car. I talked to Jeff Elkhalili who suggested I go to my car salesman. Jeff was very friendly and knew exactly what direction to point me towards. So, I went to Joyce Burka to find out how Kellys could help me get them out since I had coverage for stains. Joyce was extremely helpful in pointing me to the right location and telling me what I needed to do in order to get it taken care of. I went to the detail shop at Kellys and they handled everything with my claim and setting up an appointment to get the stains out. When I took my car in the wait was not too bad and all the staff were very friendly. After they cleaned my car I looked and the stains were gone! Not only did they take care of the stains but they also cleaned my floors, cup holders, steering wheel, dashboard, and every other inside part of the car. It literally looked like a brand new car when I bought it a year ago! And not only did they clean it Joyce called me and was happy to hear my car was above and beyond my expectations!

Prior to visiting Mikes dealership, I had a very disappointing experience at another Kia Dealership with a pushy, defensive salesman who made me very uncomfortable.Lisa Phillips was the sales associate I was so fortunate to work with at Mike Kelly Kia. She could not have been kinder and made buying my Kia Sportage a pleasurable experience. She answered all of my questions without hesitation and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. By the end of our time together I felt like I had known her for years! I cannot say enough about the positive experience she provided me, and I will not hesitate to recommend her to others looking for a car and look forward to working with her again when the time comes that I need another vehicle. Update: after a rough start I am very happy to give Mike Kelly Automotive hearty 5 star rating. If you are interested in any of their vehicles I highly recommend working with Mike Pesci as he, and sales manager Joe Bratkovich, ultimately went above and beyond to ensure we received a great vehicle. Initially we had worked with Dave Chism and Nic Gailot via emails and telephone since we donβt live near the dealership; we put a deposit on a 2015 Kia Sedona that was listed as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, but after driving 210 miles (one way) to finalize the sale we found several issues with it including missing headrests and keys, plus it had 4,000 more miles on it than it was advertised at. Once we started working with Mike and Joe they communicated with us honestly and addressed all the issues with the Sedona, even arranging to deliver it to us (thank you, Pete!). Now that everything works and looks as it should, we are entirely satisfied with the purchase.

I absolutely loved this place. We were helpedy a guy named Brent and he was super friendly and helpful and best of all not pushy in the slightest! We came In leasing a 2013 Jetta and left BUYing a new Kia Soul and it was the smoothest and easiet car buying experience Ive ever had. Both getting out of the VW and getting into the Soul. I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage from Mike Kelly Kia. The entire team, from sales to management to financing were thorough, kind, unpretentious, and helpful. I am a repeat customer of Charlie Kindigs and when I thought about purchasing a new car, Mike Kelly Kia and Charlie were the ones that came to mind, I didnt want to deal with anyone else. Traded in my 2011 Sportage for a 2016 Sportage and Charlie made the transaction flawlessly. He listens to you, doesnt pressure and answered all questions. Service dept is also great -- my husband took my 2011 vehicle for regular maintenance and has no hesitation about taking the new car. Highly recommend the dealership and Charlie Kindig and I love my Sportage!

If you are looking for an dealer who knows how to sell cars on the Internet, then dont come here. When I showed up in person they gave me a quote that did not even give me the Internet discount even though I told them I got a price from their Web site.In addition, even though I was very clear that I was still shopping and was going to check prices elsewhere after my visit, two different salespeople used the line What price would it take to make you buy this car right now?, which I have not heard at a car dealer for over 20 years.If you want to buy a car like they did back in the 80s then this is your dealership otherwise look elsewhere.

Purchased a new kia in 2012, sales gets an A+, ran into problems with the car, service was terrible, give service a D- and that is being generous, took car to another dealer and was promptly fixed where Kelly attempted 5, yes 5 times and failed, highly recommend Joe B. for sales, he was absolutely great
