The woman that I had the misfortune of having to deal with was very passive aggressive. She went out of her way to drive customers over to the other auto parts store across the street, She had no customer experience and was very bad at interacting with people. Horrible experience!

My husband ordered rotors online(that showed were in stock)to be delivered to his garage(as he had done many times before with prompt delivery). He waited about an hour and called to see where they were, as he had a customer waiting for their car to be fixed, and was told that the rotors were with the delivery driver and should be there soon. After waiting another 45 minutes he called back and was told the rotors he ordered were not in stock(after being told in the previous call that they were on route with the delivery driver). He asked if they had another brand of rotors in stock and they did. Rather than waiting for someone to deliver the other rotors(mind you his customer had already been waiting nearly 2 hours for her car and needed to get to work soon) I went to pick the rotors up to save time. I did not appreciate the attitude when I went in to pick up the rotors. Clerk complained to coworker of having to do 2 separate transactions(credit for the rotors that were ordered online and was told in the 1st call they were with the delivery driver(when actually they were not in stock nor being delivered)and charged for the rotors that were actually in stock). When I pointed out that had they told us that the 1st set of rotors were not in stock we would have ordered the other set at the very start and would have saved them from doing 2 transactions(nevermind my customer is still waiting for her car to get to work) Rather than accept the mistep, which would have been good customer service, the clerk proceeded to place blame on us because we should have known those particular rotors are never in stock and have to be ordered. It would have been nice to know that bit of information during the 1st phone call rather being told that the rotors which are never in stock were with the delivery driver.

Went to buy a part they didnt have it they had to order it. It was $90! I found the same part on Amazon for $20. sometimes you need that part immediately and youre willing to spend the money. Its a great place when you have to do that. You pay for convenience. Just seemed a little expensive.

Would be nice if there was someone actually working the front of the store! Literally no help what so ever! Went in to buy motor oil and some intake/exhaust manifold gaskets and literally got 0 service! Not a single sole in the store..... Guess Ill have to take my business elsewhere from now on!

I had to contact this store about my fathers estate, not a pleasant task. However, the associate was so kind and helpful. He easily answered my questions and made it a much easier call than expected. If they are this great about an account question, they must be fabulous with parts.

I needed brakes and rotors that were not in the store and I needed them in less than 12 hours. Sean heard that, helped me out to the best of his ability, and personally got the parts to the store in time. Not only that, but he offered advice on what brake pads to use and helped me out as Im new to changing car parts. Prices were good(better than I was able to find at other stores) and the service was excellent.

I only been there twice. Counterman seem to be nice. I only went there to say hi to a friend, on of the best counterman I know Mike B. If they dont have what you need this man will bend over backwards to help you find what your looking for. I miss him from the kittanning store.

Is zero stars an option? Stopped in to look for help finding brake line fittings. The person behind the counter just handed me a catalog and then did nothing except stand there looking lazy. If she didnt know anything it would be ok but her complete lack of effort was really unprofessional.
