Absolutely amazing car buying experience here on Saturday. Jesus was so easy to work with throughout the entire process. He was not pushy and did not use any of traditional “salesman” techniques. He answered all of my questions and was extremely thorough. I highly recommend contacting him if you are looking for a Toyota. Also, Matt from the Finance Department was also great and extremely helpful with my situation. This was my second trip to Diehl and every employee that I interacted was beyond friendly and helpful. The whole group at Diehl made my purchase entirely stress free.
We where visiting from Florida and the radiator seal on our Sienna van went bad. Placed a call to Diehl Toyota and explained the situation. The receptionist was able to get us an appointment the next morning. Arrived for appointment and greeted right away. The service technician Tim diagnosed the problem. He explained they would have to order the part in from California. With being disabled and having a motorized chair that is fit for the van, I had to leave everything there. They gave us a loaner vehicle that would be the best fit for me. The service department took it upon themselves to have the part overnighted. They worked on the van the very next morning and got my vehicle back within three days. I truly am thankful for the care, compassion and timely service. I highly recommend this dealership.

So laughably rude when inquiring about potential new vehicle inventory. When it was disclosed I had looked at another dealer and was weighing my options the convo was basically done on their end. I inquired about price and they told me sticker. Well what’s the sticker price? I don’t know 🤷♀️ was her response. Good luck with your business.

This is literally the best place to buy a vehicle and have it serviced. The staff is so friendly and the service department helps you out and does not try to upsell repairs. We bought a brand new 2018 Sienna 3 yrs ago from them and we will continue to buy all our Toyota vehicles from them in the future !! Great experience!!

The Diehl Toyota Service Department was wonderful, completed the work on my vehicle in a timely fashion, communicated with me very effectively, and were professional from beginning to end.
Worked with Mike to choose my new Toyota Highlander. He listened, was respectful and was very helpful with helping me find a great car that met my needs and negotiate a deal. Mike wasnt available when I finalized the sale, but Chris picked up my case and seamlessly helped me finalize everything. The financing went smoothly and efficiently. The team worked like clockwork and it was done in about an hour.
I went in for an oil change. The tech came out and said I needed a transmission fluid change. Which is fine except I had a transmission fluid change in January which was expensive. When I told her this she checked her file and said something about sometimes for some reason transmission fluid needs changed sooner.Now I can’t trust them because I feel scammed. So I’m going back to my old mechanic.From what I see you should have a transmission fluid change every 30-60k miles. I wasn’t even close. So annoyed.
They did a good job and had me out on the road rather quickly.I would recommend this dealer.
This is the second time I had my vehicle in for service at Diehl - they have been great both times!
We had our 5000 mile checkup and when we got our toyota sienna back which we love and the lift gate would not work. We called the service department to get it quickly looked at since we were still in the area and they said we could bring it back tomorrow which is not bad except that we live 45 minutes away so it is not a short round trip. We were also told there is no way it was from our checkup. That was not true as it turns out.
Great service there today for oil change and 10,000 mile check up. I arrived early and they got me in sooner than my scheduled time so I didnt have to wait around.
10,000 mile service Oil, rotation, filters, and recall on fuel pump. There was a strong smell of fuel in car after service. The mechanics explained the gas is on top of tank, can’t be helped changing pump. But fast and efficient service. I’m sure the smell will disappear in a few days. Update. The fuel smell was gone in a day. I parked it outside for the night. For safety. Next day the smell was gone.
They forgot about my truck until it was time for it to be done. They said my sheet got stuck to another one. Waited from 9:15 - 11:30. Then they started working on it. Finally got out of there at about 12:30. All that needed done was an inspection, tire rotation, and 4wd service.
Chris was very helpful through the entire process. He kept me informed and up to date as to where we were in the process. I recommend folks work with Chris to get their new vehicle.

I find the service department to be staffed with nice people who are trying hard to treat you right. I am consistently surprised by customers talking rudely to the staff when they are offering additional services (that will certainly cost money). Im impressed with how patient the staff is when people are rude to them.Im grateful to have my car serviced by a professional shop. I drive away feeling safe and confident that the job has been done well.

Waiting an hour and a half for a tire rotation and fluid change. Shouldn’t happen. Also, SUVs should not be parked in a spot when finished that is only big enough to fit a smart car.
Service was excellent! The team at Diehl finished my service ahead of schedule and kept me posted along the way. The professionals could not have been more pleasant to work with and made sure I fully understood the work completed and went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I live about 30 minutes from the dealership, and despite having closer options for service, it is well worth the drive for me to get the peace of mind I received from the team at Diehl!

Greg Gallagher is, by far, the best senior salesperson I have ever had the pleasure with whom to do business. Since 2009, I have bought 7 vehicles from him for myself and my family members. I refuse to work with anyone else. Additionally, I have always been very satisfied with the service department for Jeep vehicle. Mitch Czech, the new business manager, is polite and very knowledgeable.
We were shocked to get an estimate of $1000 to change the alternator on our 2008 Sienna, as other places quote around $400-600, and our other van had one done for $350. However, since we needed to get it done quickly, we told them to go ahead. The bigger problem came when in the course of changing the alternator, they broke my radiator and had to replace the whole thing, bringing the total to $1992. I would never have expected to have to pay that amount for an alternator light coming on. Service person became very defensive, insisting that the problem was that I was driving a 13yo car, and insisting that I touch the plastic to feel how brittle it was. The fact that this whole thing happened is inexcusable. Either the service personnel broke my radiator and should have covered the cost, or if this is normal for a 13yo Toyota, then the Toyota is poorly made and I should not purchase another one. A different garage had no problem changing the alternator on my 14-year-old Honda van several months ago, without breaking anything else, for $350.
Great dealership! We worked with Rich, Jeff, Greg, Dominick, and Bill to determine which vehicle and lease was the best deal for us out of all of the Diehl Auto Group. We just picked up our 2021 Tundra and it was the best car buying experience we have had. Definitely recommend the folks at Diehl, they went out of their way to get us into the vehicle we wanted when other dealers in our area wouldn’t budge on pricing. All the personnel at Diego were very welcoming and friendly. My salesman, Greg, was very professional and friendly and worked with others to find the type of auto and color I wanted. He explained everything regarding financing and arranged for a time for final delivery and purchase.On the day of purchase, he explained everything I needed to know about operating my auto and connected my phone to it. I was very happy with the service I received at Diehl Toyota of Butler. My van began displaying a number of warning lights halfway through my 6 hour trip. I left it on a Friday night hoping they might be able to tell me if it was safe to drive. Though they were fully booked and I didn’t have an appointment, they ran a diagnostic and were able to get my van running safely in time for me to make my return trip. Thank you!
Went to have state inspection. The people were respectful. The waiting area was nice. They told me about how long it would take when I arrived. They also took care of a factory recall while I was there that I wasnt aware of. Pleasant experience overall.
I had labor charges for a Customer Service Agreement. I asked to speak with the manager to explain why I was being charged. The service manager was very loud and arrogant when explaining the reasoning for my charges. Will not to go back for service.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and the salesman, Bruce was absolutely fantastic! He made it very easy, no pressure and most importantly he listened to what I had to say. On the other hand, the finance guy and other salesman were not so great. My fiance went and looked at the car earlier than I did and he specifically told the Bruce and the finance guy that I had my own bank and was not interested in any financing that Diehl had to offer but they still continued to badger him about their financing and how great it was. My fiance told the finance guy that when I show up Im not interested in any financing I want to use my own bank and sure enough when I showed up I was badgered about using their financing even after Bruce told them repeatedly I had my own bank. Diehl had received the check from my bank and I called to see when I could pick up my car. I was then told by a different salesperson that I could not pick up my car and had to wait for the next day because Bruce, my original salesperson was not working that day. the salesperson told me they work off commission and if they werent going to make any money from the sale then they werent going to deal with a customer that wasnt theres. I told them that I thought that was horrible customer service and asked where the teamwork was. Ive worked in customer service in the past and have never thought to treat a customer like that even if it wasnt mine. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership again!

Would have given 5 Stars but the mechanic left grease marks all over the interior of the truck that I had to clean.
I was ahead of my daily schedule and I showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment assuming I would have to wait. I was surprised to hear them say “no problem” and they took my car right away and began working in it. They finished within the promised time of one hour. I paid my bill and was on my way before too long with 30 min to spare. I appreciate the prompt and polite service.

Scheduled using the online site. Showed up at dealer to be told my appointment was not in their system. They quickly fit me in and preformed scheduled maintenance. However, asked about fixing drivers seat which “shifts” back and forth - was told that tech did not find the seat issue. I can move the seat with my hands - obviously didn’t look for the issue. Typical dealer service center.
My Prius was in for a 40k service. I was in and out in no time. Very nice!
I totaled a car I bought here was going to buy another one here but this is week 3 of hassling them to get refunds on my warranties just bought a car somewhere else... they just called and said it will probably take another week to cut a check.

I will not go back to Diehl for anything. Free inspections are never free. They always find something. Is it because I am a woman that they try and cheat me every time? They said my tires had issues. Took my car to Highland Tire who said my tires should have passed. I refused to buy tires from Diehl. Their tire deal was laughable. We bought tires from Highland Tire. Had to take my car back the same day so I didn’t have to pay for my “free” inspection! Then they said they had to reinspect my car which took about 45 minutes. Again laughable. I will pay someone local to inspect my car next time instead of going to this dealership.
I brought my car in to get a second opinion as the previous mechanic I went to quoted me for expensive replacement parts that Toyota said I didn’t need during an inspection. What a relief! The staff was nice and honest with me and just all around professional. I felt at ease knowing that my car would be taken care of properly without being quoted for things I didn’t actually need. I definitely will be bringing my car back here for regular routine maintenance and any other work.
Went in for oil change left with a brand new car with a better payment than I had before. Jesus was an excellent help gave me my best options, and he made it happen with help from Susan Gessler. Susan did a wonderful job and did all she could to get me what I wanted at a price I was happy with. Im very happy and owe them both a big double thumbs up.
The service was good but over $300 just to replace a TPMS sensor is highway robbery. Another nearby Toyota dealership lists the same OEM part for $63.17. Diehl charged me $104.37 for the sensor and almost $200 to install it and program it.
Not real happy after my oil change yesterday. They suggest fixes that did not need done, like a throttle plate cleaning and an engine filter. My husband can do both in 10 minutes or less, He checked them both and it didn’t need done. Also specifically asked for the tire pressure to be left at a certain number and all 4 tires were adjusted to a different pressure. Lastly, at my previous oil change was told the transmission fluid need changed for $300+, didn’t do it and they didn’t mention it this time. I don’t feel like I can not trust them....
I came to the dealership with a challenging request regarding a very specific vehicle that I was in search of. Update: I did reach out to them per below and they did absolutely nothing!-----Worst sales experience ever! My wife and I have bought & leased numerous vehicles over the years and have dealt with many dealerships. The sales rep we dealt with was terrible at getting requested info and details to us. Non-responsive, wrong quotes, etc. The off-market Tonneau cover they sold me was junk and leaks like crazy. If you dont get the factory cover, dont waste your money because they wont stand behind the product nor let you return it! Just because there is high demand for your vehicle, doesnt mean you shouldt attend to your customers needs and questions. Very dissatisfied!

We wanted to trade in 2 cars and price out a rav4 and a corolla or camet. Saleman didnt want to really help us. Priced out a car that wasnt on the lot and wasnt even interested in looking at our Honda and pricing out a corolla. We will be taking our business else where. Very unprofessional had ear buds in the whole time and wasnt to knowledge about the vehicles either.
Everyone in the service department was very helpful. They noticed that my state inspection had expired and added that service to my appointment so I did not have to make another trip.

Just had my Tacoma truck in for 5,000 mile service. The service team had me in and out in under an hour. They as usual are professional,knowledgeable and very customer oriented. Working in retail for over 20 plus years, that 3rd point is what keeps me coming back. Great job as always
Service Department is atrocious. They arent very helpful. They make buying the vehicle easy and they are all for helping you. Its after you make the purchase and need warranty work and service they dont really care... Luckily Im in the market for a New Vehicle and will most likely be staying away from Diehl and potentially Toyota all together...
Service manager was professional and kept me informed on the progress of my car repairs. I feel that the repairs made were justified.
