Tow truck driver was EXTREMELY RUDE and NOT HELPFUL to my daughter.Towed the car after an accident without her consent, then initially wanted $900 for the tow. Questioned the bill and ended up paying $350. My insurance would have towed for free to my bodyshop.

My first experience using B&E was excellent I needed roadside assistance for a flat tire and I received speedy service and John fixed my tire in no time and I was on my way. The second time was for my Toyota needing a tow to B & E Auto Repair Shop they replaced a hose and I didn’t have to wait a long time for service. This shop is truly professional to the max. Very NICE man that came to tow: however be SURE to have receipts EMAILED and NOT sent to your phone. Mine would NOT OPEN and when BOTH my husband & I called their office to ASK for the receipt to be resent; the man did NOT seem eager to assist...and receipt was NEVER SENT (2 calls). The moving division of B&E Auto (located in Burr Ridge) was a great help to me recently in disassembling and moving office furniture. With only a 2 day window and a very busy moving weekend, two of the owners of B&E were willing to help. When other moving companies reprimanded me about the short notice and the fact that it was the end of the month and a holiday weekend, B&E owners asked questions and figured out a way that they could be of help. They showed up exactly on time, did great work, were nice guys to deal with and their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them, and I will call them first the next time I need moving help.

I have a Toyota Camry push start car. I happen to lose both keys to my car . And I took it to Toyota to they told be I had to buy a new key and it was $130 to program the key. Okay i did that what was supposed to be an hour job for $130. They could not do the job and wanted to charge me $1400 for 9 hours of labor to remove my dash board and replace an new ID Box. I could not afford so I had B & E Auto pick up my car. John who owns this shop asked me my story I told him. He asked if he can take a look at it. So I took a leap of faith and said OK. Long story short what Toyota could not do B & E Auto did and got my car up and running with out removing my dash board and replacing the ID box. Of course for a lot less. John and his works were great and did a fanatic job on communicating with me. They definitely went above and beyond to get my car drive able and I could not be any happier. I will go back to them moving forward and trust that they would do a great job and it give it their all. Thank you B & E Auto and HUGE thanks to John. Thank you!!!!

John at B and E auto was the most honest mechanic I’ve ever dealt with. He did the rear brakes on my Mercedes and went out of his way to call and let me know that the price was going to be $10 more than his original quote because I needed bracket pins. Most mechanics wouldn’t bother to make sure it was okay prior to picking up something that inexpensive.John and the other mechanics at B and E were phenomenal! I would recommend their service to anyone looking for quality work at an affordable price. He saved me over $600 compared to other quotes I received. Thanks again B and E!

I called my insurance company for a tow and they sent this company. I called at noon and was told that someone would be there to get my car within 60 minutes. Two hours later the car had not been picked up. I called and was told the driver was in the way. An hour later the insurance company called to ask how the tow was. I told them I had left but it had not been picked up before I left. They called B&E and were told my car was at the mechanics. I called the mechanic and they told me it wasn’t there. I called B&E and they said they would call the driver. Then they told me it had been picked up and was on the way to the mechanic. My dad went to check and 20 minutes later it was still at my house. The tow guy came while my dad was there. He had another car in the truck and told my dad that one would be dropped off first. It took 5.5 hours to get my car towed 15 minutes away from my house. But the worst part to me is that they lied every time they were called and kept saying it had already been picked up. I can never trust a liar and I will never use them again!

In a time of desperation, this company was very professional and courteous. My tire popped and shredded while on my way to work on i55 near rt 83 (kingery rd). They were extremely busy today because of the weather but they did show up in the timeframe they stated. I was really impressed by that. The prices are reasonable and very fair. I have used a towing service before and I was charged double the cost for a comparable service. This will be my go to towing service, especially if I could request the driver I got today, John. Going forward I hope I don’t have a flat or any tire damage but if I do I have stored their information on my phone and won’t bother even looking anywhere else !!! Highly recommend and I wish I can give them 10 stars!! Thank you guys so much again! FYI I THINK THEY ARE OPEN 24/7 FOR TOWING!

I always hear that everything happens for a reason. After wasting time waiting on one tow company only for them not to show, then having another too busy for me, B & E was to the rescue. And based off the customer service I received from B&E, Im actually ok now with the other 2 companies not helping me. My tow guy John, was so dope! He showed up on time, and although it was an early morning call, he still displayed a pleasant attitude. He had no problem driving from the suburbs, then to the city. Getting my car on and off the truck was done in record time, and he wasnt all rough with my baby(car). Now while I hope Im never stranded again, if so, Ill definitely be calling B & E again looking for John.

I recently had my car towed in for repairs to find new owners, they were wonderful from the towing and the repairs, highly recommend (especially as a female handling car repairs herself)

They are scammers its like a highway robbery, they towed my car less than 5 miles distance, less than 18 hours storage after a friend was driving it late at night, it was parked by the side of the road, long story short they took advantage of the situation and over charge me to release it, if this happened to you dont take it, i filed a complaint online after contacting them and they refuse to refund me the overcharged amount this is a free online consumer complaint you can file online or print the form fill it include all documents and mail it.definitely not recommended rude scammers

I called towing 7 pm on 1 31 2018... sent the address... no call no show.. later driver answered and said he had another police tow and he will not gonna show up.... waiting in the cold and find out that towing not even going to show up was very devastated experience ...

I called for a tow at 4:40p and my car wasn’t picked up until 7:10p. When the fat man arrived never spoke and he didn’t even get my car on the towing bed.

The worst towing company I ever dealt with, theyll lie about mileage! Had my suv towed by this company and they told me it would be 70.00 to hook and 3 per mile. So i went to mapquest just to do an estimate on how many miles it would be and it told me 27-30 at the most with taking two different routes.Ok, when the driver makes it to my house he tells me the route he took and it was one of the routes I pulled up on mapquest so I said fine. This is when everything went south, the driver told me it took him 42 miles to get my place and I asked him how and he said it was a lot of construction. LIAR, I took the same route and there was no construction!!!!!!!!!!. I ask when I called for the tow, if they accepted credit cards and they said yes but when I went to pay the driver he told me to write all of my credit card info down on a piece of paper and I refused to do it. Then to add to it, when I called in to make payment over the phone to his dispatcher; whos name is ERIC: WAS THE RUDEST PEICE S@#T!. I asked him to explain to me how it took his driver 42 miles to get my place when we both took the same route. He went off stating that he goes off of his drivers odometer not mapquest and thats fine but how do u factor in 12 extra miles. He threatened to call the police if I didnt pay and I told him fine ill pay but this would not be the end of it. Im placing reviews on every website possibe, this place is a ripoff so dont bother calling them unles you have money to throw away.

My car got towed and was there for not even 96h(4days) but I paid for 5 days.After that I waited for almost an hour for the guy to drive me to the yard where my car was located.Not recommended to anyone
