Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The care to keep the facility in good condition is noticeable.I would like to see a graded ramp on the threshold of the indoor storage building. Currently theres a small 1-inch step-up from the outside. For most people they can can drive inside the facility to drop off their items, but in the event that you have a large semi trailer to unload from the outside, a ramp would be nice for the dollys and carts to traverse over.

It was a terrible experience. It took 45 minutes to rent a unit and I had to guide her through the availability of units via website. When signing for the leases the tablets didn’t connect and became extremely frustrating for all. I would highly recommend retraining the clerk who helped me. Such a kind heart but needs coaching. Invest in your people and technology!

They are a tad pricey, but well worth it my stuff is in a temp controlled storage which is great. I have had my storage for close to a year and a half. Very pleased with them.

I really like the controlled climate atmosphere. It is a very secure location where you are able to pull your car in to unload plus you have to leave through an additional gate. The staff is very helpful and eager to answer any questions you have. 10/10 recommended.

Easy process to get a unit. Always plenty of carts and two elevators for easy movement from your car to the unit. Great prices as well for climate controlled storage. Only leaving because we are moving to a new state.

The staff are friendly and they breakdown questions so I could understand them. also the unit is indoors which makes it very nice I can go through my stuff in a warm area. they provide dollies and cart for me to transport my things to the unit for free. The facility is very clean and well put together. And the price is really cheap compared to other facilities.
