Great at fixing the obvious. Will try to sell you products ya don’t need which is pretty typical. Truly diagnosing tougher issues and only fixing what needs to be fixed was the problem here. Example: Had code reading problem with injectors. Said possible oily harness was issue but could also be far worse (injectors). They said they’d inspect and get back to me with estimate of cost to fix. Got estimate for harness and injectors.$$$$$ Yikes but understand that’s what it is with big shops. Said no so I could take a look. Harness was oily but could tell was never inspected as I had had inspection cover off before and had arranged it in a specific way. I cleaned it and inspected. Also check battery terminals as with anything that runs on juice, if you don’t have a solid connection, you’ll have some funky problems. Main positive cable was super loose and looked as if it had been jumping on and off. Tightened it. Never had an issue with it since. Saved myself over 10 bills. Obvious fixes - Great. Shop/Office/Shop communication - Questionable. Truck ecm problem diagnosis - whatever code reader says, replace everything that touched it without asking why. Interested in moving parts, not truckers pocket book. Honest opinion.

OTR flatbedder, had issues with high transmission temp. Was able get truck into these guys, within a couple hours they isolated the issue and determined transmission replacement required.Within 8 hours of company approving repairs these folks had the transmission replaced and ready for the road.Seriously the BEST Volvo repair facility Ive ever had to use. BZ!

Wanted to say thank you for getting my business back on the road. Had a engine light on my dash. Called and found out they were a week out but told me they could look at it and see if it was something simple. Turned out to be a temperature sensor and got me out the door in under two hours. Thank you for helping me.

Helpful staff. They were full up but took the time to get me get me in quick. Got me back on the road the same day.

Mason was able to help me over the phone and get me fixed up.

Limped into Minneapolis under a load, w/bad injectors. Called them cold, & they fit me right in. Took very good care of me, & got me back on the road the same day. Theyre professional, courteous, & have very good facilities. Recommend. Thanks, guys.

Called them in a pinch. They were backed up but said they would get me in. Turned out to be a sensor. In and out in less then 2 hrs. Great people.

Bad customer service and bad leadership. the employees are okay but the management is horrible please leaser be aware.

It’s a waste of time and money to go to this location. An employee kept saying they will have time to look at my truck. Took them 3 and 1/2 days for them to charge me for something that wasn’t wrong with the truck. Lazy workers, looks like management is the same. Go to Roseville Nuss.

Dont go there, they will replace parts that you didnt ask them. went in for simple cruse programming. They replaced parking valves, and adjusted my turbo boost, Why? to save my turbo, ok. 1 week later 2 failed injectors, turbo pressure at 9 psi max at full throttle, any speed any gear. Why??? cruse still not working. Bad people, not a place to have your truck even washed at.

Absolutely Poor customer service .and they dont care there customers .I dont know what else to say .but that was a bad choice !!!!

They charged me $120 a tighten up my fifth wheel plate. 10 minute job turned into 45 minutes I cannot believe it unbelievable
