I stopped into the office today for some information on how to run some equipment and was extremely impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Willy, Darren and Patrick were absolutely awesome to work with!!! If I ever need anything, I’m going here first.

The battery indicator said it was full. I only got it to go up once and it labored the whole way! Once I plugged in the lift said it was only 25 percent charged. Bri was super to work with, she said to let her know when I take the lift back in case it is longer than a day, she would work something out! Pedro was accommodating and checked battery and said cca failed on test. He went and got a new battery so we could use right away the next day. The gentleman where I picked up the lift was nice and helped me hook up. Overall very happy, just bummed when I needed lift, it was not working!
