Incredibly disappointed in the products, return policy, and customer serviceMy husband and me bought a toy for the bedroom. 20 minutes after we bought it, we realized that it wasnt the correct one we were looking for. The package was in an unopened box, havent seen it out of the box even.They said they wouldnt accept any returns even though we got it literally less than 20 minutes ago and the box was still unopened. On one hand, I understand the need to not accept items back, but this was bought 20 minutes ago, with the receipt, and the box wasnt touched!We got home and tried out another item we got, and it didnt even work! We spent $120 on 3 items, and never have been so disappointed in service. One didnt work at all, one wasnt what I was looking for and never shown it prior to purchase, and finally one that was honestly okay at best.The item that didnt work, they said we have to come back in for a manufacturer return. So placing the work on us for selling us a product that they didnt even test.Just down the road there is a place called lingerie and more. They allow you to see the product out of the box, MAKES SURE IT WORKS, more helpful with questions, and never have had such an aweful experience with them.

I won’t come back here or shop online! Trust me there are WAY better shops than this run down place!! Just go to The store a little ways down! It’s better and better prices!

Have been shopping here for years. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Great assortment of items. Wish there were more of a selection of shoes though they usually only have a few styles in your neutral colors like black and white. Also would love if they carried more professional stripper clothing as most of the large amount of clothing is more lingerie style. I come here for my dance wear for work and would love even a bigger selection of items for professional use.

Do not come here if you have a medical condition! They will refuse you service!!! I will never come back here!

I was in there for less than 30 seconds and the lady st the front desk told me how to wear my mask which was on my face. Overall not pleasant experience...

Both ladies working were super knowledgeable and whatever they couldnt find they helped me look up online. They were both very helpful and especially having someone there that could speak Spanish with me so I could be more discreet because I was shy, this being my first time going into a store like this, was VERY helpful. Definitely will be going back when these ladies are working!

Amazing store--and Ive been to several around the country ranging from Oregan, Wisconsin, and Illinois. This place is tastefully done, well organized, educational, and I LOVE the display they have to taste test different lube flavors and touch the premium vibrators. This is a must-go-to adult store!!!!! The ladies here are so kind, helpful, and always willing to assist!!! I will be recommending and raving to everyone I meet from now on!

I have been in this store about seven times and each time the staff has been amazing! They make what could be a horribly uncomfortable situation both easy and pleasantly informative. My questions have always been answered knowledgeably and confidently by the staff. It is always a great experience!

Dont look like a douchebag I guess.Besides the staff comments about me showing up to this location with a suit and the associate whos pushing 60 who has to read product boxes to tell me what I already know in a manner akin to: You are wasting my precious time, leave. It went alright other than that. Ill be going elsewhere, but the place was very nicely organized and the younger clerk was very knowledgeable about all of the stores products.

The two lady cashier treated me as if I was a thief. Kept their eyes on me the whole time and made me feel awkward!
