Absolutely love this specific (Burnsville) location store. Not only is their selection super, they also have excellent customer service. It’s always a great experience shopping here.

No sooner than when I got out of my car, the employee doing carts says to me sir sir, are you able to read? What does this sign say I mentioned I was a delivery driver and he said since you cant read, this is for curbside, not doordash honest mistakes cant happen here.

This store is always great. When shopping in person staff is always friendly and helpful. I love being able to order ahead online and curbside (parking lot) pick up. It is super convenient when I want to get a whole case of wine.

Worst customer service ever. Even if they carried everything you could ever imagine, I would never return.Note to Total Wine Management: dont bother leaving a feedback asking me to call your store unless youre willing to reimburse my time and money.

I love this store. They have everything I could ever want. They even give out samples from time to time. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is also very helpful.

5 stars for the gentleman employee that recommended a really good Riesling (wish I had caught his name). Minus 1 star for the cashier that looked like she was about to die or fall asleep because of a migraine (according to her). Unpleasant to say the least.

This store is huge. Tons of options and brands and incredibly knowledgeable staff. This place can be a little overwhelming due to size and selection but you can usually taste a brand of liquor and wine before you buy it.

When I go to Total Wine & More, I feel like a kid in a candy store! The selection is absolutely RIDICULOUS (in the best way possible)! Im a huge fan of the beer selection and the fact that you can buy single beers/ciders/seltzers (bottles/cans). Ive purchased both local craft & imported brands that I had never known existed! Its excellent for trying new beers to check into on untappd. Lastly, the prices are excellent. Check out their app/rewards program. Its impressive that the app keeps track of previous purchases.

What an outstanding place for all adult beverage shopping. From the ordinary to the unique this place had it all, including accessories. The staff is so knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. If they dont have what you want, they can usually get it very quickly.

LOVE Total Wine stores. Only giving a 3 star at this location because of the workers knowledge. Stopped in mid-late January and asked if they had any hopslam. I got a response that baffled me. I was told that hopslam is not in season and no one has them until next year when it is in season. Correct me if Im wrong, which I dont think I am, but they release around mid Jan no? BTW they never told me when they thought it would be in season.

The worst website for purchasing wine ever! Horrible Customer Service!I tried to use this company because Drizly does not work in the state I was trying to send the gift to. Order was cancelled without any explanation and when I try to contact the Customer Service Center, I could not have a worst experience. I prefer to buy the wine and fly to another state and delivery it personally then go through this experience again!

Cheaper prices than Lakeville liquor stores. Friendly staff unlike gestapo-style, mask fear mongers at the Lakeville stores that want to dictate your “type” of face covering.

I think the store could use an update regarding the layout as it is hard to move through the aisles but certainly was due in large part to the fact that theyre always spot busy. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They always have plenty of checkout lanes open to keep the wait time down to a minimum.

This is one of my favorite liquor stores to go to if you can call it that being that its the size of a warehouse! LOL I get so excited going in there, and they always have different wines and beers for you to sample. If you go go with the designated driver! LOL

I head to Total Wine and theyll generally have it. Free wine and spirit tastings. Very helpful staff. And, better prices than most to boot. A wide range of products. Most employees are nice and helpful. Some are really rude and mean. Theyre now closing earlier than usual, understandably, but one guy just came at me and blocked my way as I was going to the front to check out then shouted at me to leave the store because it was 8:58pm and they were closing at 9pm. It does you no harm to be kind and not treat customers like that.

This is my favorite liquor store. Many different selections of liquors, wine and beer. Always helpful. They have wine tastings all the time which I love as it has pointed me to a few wines I would have never bought without trying them first. Great rewards program as well and if you buy their winery direct wines you get 8 times the points which goes for a coupon for money off your next purchase. Great selection! This place is the mother of all liquor stores and has just about everything you could want. The only downside is Ive found the staff here less than helpful if you want to find something. Dont expect help if you arent sure where to look but if you know what you want and what shelf its on, youre golden.

This location is a thousand times nicer than Bloomington. Very nice and polite help . They leave you alone as you shop but let you know they are available for assistance. And best of all its not jammed with vendors who block the aisles.

If Total Wine wants to *occasionally* ask all patrons for ID even if they are not buying, a sign should be clearly posted before the entrance as such. Are they going to ID a 15 year old without an ID? Since my own mother was buying alcohol for her purposes and I was along for the ride on other errands of the day, I had to go in with her (it is December in MN). I also typically carry her alcohol since she is in her 60s and Im a spry 22. ;) The man at the register said that it was Total Wines policy to check all IDs in the party. However, he did not check my mothers, who clearly indicated she was the one buying. I am a 22 year old, but did not have my ID on me. I didnt expect it to matter since Ive been to many liquor stores with my mother and wasnt planning to buy anything anywhere. In fact I didnt have anything on me with which to buy the alcohol either. I was along to run errands, not get my mother to buy her of-age daughter alcohol. The man at the register was a bully about it, without an once of professionalism. He almost refused to sell the alcohol to my mother as well (without even consulting the manager about the situation). When we complained to the manager before leaving the store, he had no further information or explanation. Strange that in all the times we have been there before they have never asked to ID me (the non buyer). Nor has nearby Costco or MGM. Because once I say I am with my mother who is buying her own alcohol, it should not matter what age I am. They were not selling the alcohol to me (again, a 22 year old). They were selling to my mother, who can choose to do what she will with her alcohol. This is a private right. Of course, she was planning to serve it to all her of-age relatives on New Years Eve, but they need not know her private intentions either. Tl;Dr: not only is the policy to check IDs of all patrons ridiculous and ill-followed, this was an extremely unpleasant experience that should give you all the more reason to shop local for alcohol, even if it costs an extra couple of bucks. We shant be back.

Clean and organized, the staff where helpful but not intrusive or in the way. Saff where abundant on the sales floor and noone was standing idly by.
