Great selection of bracelets. I visited for my girlfriends birthday. I purchased a beautiful emerald stone piece. She was delighted with the piece. Superb assistance from the staff to help this Clueless boyfriend. Thank you Kay Jewelers for helping me express my Love to her!

For what we paid for our rings we feel they should take responsibility when we send our rings off to be fixed we get them back in better condition. We received my husbands ring back with scratches and dents where a diamond had come lose.

Helpful patient service. Found what I was looking for. I think its neat that they sell bears, proceeds go to St. Judes. And you can donate the bear as well. They were so cute I bought one to donate and another to bring home😁

Ordered a pair of diamond bands to go with wifes ring off their website. I even offered to prepay which Angel said no, not until they come in (which was gonna be 2 weeks). 6 weeks later were in to pick them up but theres a problem......theyre $400 more combined total. Apparently the previous sale had ended and the new sale was not discounted as much. Oh, and the 2 week time frame to have rings joined together as we were originally told by Angel is more like 4 weeks. You find me a wife thatll allow her ring to be off her finger for 4 weeks!!!!Bait and switch, deception, inaccurate service times etc. Stay away from Kays, theyre just not an honest business.We walked out without the rings disappointed! When we got to the car and looked online the rings are still the original sale as it was when I ordered them.

Very rude over the phone. I called to ask a question and the lady working, Angel, was very harsh and treated me like I was a child. I had a simple question about the warranty on my ring. Instead of answering a simple yes or no question she belittled me and never even answered my question. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wouldnt know anything cause hes new and Ive been here longer. Ok...first off thats very unprofessional to say to a customer and rude to talk about your boss that way. Ill drive across town before I go to that store for anything.

Got my ring set at a great price on black Friday. took them in to get sized 2 months ago. I got one back after 1 month, wasnt sized. Still havent heard back about the other.

I went their with my family to get a custom necklace made and we talked with Angel about ordering it. She told us that they have to order online and she would call us within 24 hours. She told us she worked the next day but she never called us back. We called after 24 hours and this angry guy answered the phone and wouldn’t tell us anything. After a week we called again and she finally talked to us. We were in a time crunch and had to order the custom necklace before a certain time period and she finally talked to us a couple of days before the time period. She told us that she didn’t add enough detail so it didn’t go through. And messed up our whole plan.

I used to like Kay Jewelers but they recently tried to rip me off!!! I had an item on layaway that was $650, now 70% which would bring that down to $195. Anyway, they lady told me that I owe $81.88 and insisted that the last payment made was Feb 2019 when I know I made a payment recently....I know for a fact that I only owe $46 on it. Whatever. Getting my item and never buying from them again!!!

My now husband and I went into Kay when we were shopping for my engagement ring. The lady behind the counter asked what our budget was and when we told her, she asked if we were serious, laughed at us then walked away to start helping someone else. Needless to say, we left and went to the jewelry store across the street and had a wonderful experience. Dont go to this store folks.

Terrible Customer Service after the sale. I received a nice watch for Christmas and wanted to return it but we were 10 days past the 30 day return window so they basically said to bad. I called Kay Jewelers customer service and they said the same thing. I understand policies and why they are in place but with Christmas and gift giving I think policies can have some exceptions too. No one in the company cared and were very rude to my wife in person and me over the phone when we kindly asked them to return the watch. I will NEVER shop with Kay again and highly recommend you dont either.

I went in for a simple watch battery and one of the managers,Matt, took my watch and said he would see what he could do. I knew the watch was old, but it was my grandfathers. He came back with the watch working, time set, which is what I expected, he then said since they were not busy that he had something else he wanted to try. He spent almost 20 minutes cleaning each link of my watch, then polished the face and everything. It looked amazing. I offered to pay for the battery and even tip him for the cleaning and he said no. He said it was on the house because it was an heirloom piece, and it was no big deal. Well it was a huge deal for me! What Matt didnt know was that I needed an engagement ring to propose with. I told him I was in the market. He asked me standard questions, but then he started asking about me and my fience. I had been to other jewelers before, but nobody had seemed to care about us more than to find out what we wanted in a ring. Matt explained that the hobbies my fience enjoyed or her profession might effect the style of ring we should be looking at. He also told me I dont care if I sell you a ring today, thats not my job, my job is to find you and your girlfriend not just a ring, but the ring. He really seemed to mean that because We spent almost two hours looking at different ideas and styles and he found me something that was perfectly in my budget, and was something I knew my girlfriend would love. Well I proposed and she said yes. She laughed when she examined the ring and said it was the exact one she had picked out when she had been shopping a few weeks prior, but never told me about. We went in to see Matt to have the ring sized and he greeted us like old friends. Gave us great customer service again and my Fience and I have decided we will go back to Kay for everything.

Dont bother returning something and getting your money back anytime soon. I returned an item, they told me 7-10 days. Called on day 12 she said it was already mailed out. After nothing, I Called on day 16. He said it went out yesterday . I am on day 18 and still nothing. Buy used to avoid over priced half assed jewelry!

My husband purchased my wedding band from this store. The morning we were suppose to leave for our honey moon one of the diamond stones fell out. When we got back from our honey moon we brought it in to get it repaired. When we received the ring back, I noticed the stone it was replaced with was a small stone not matching my setting. When I let Kay know about this they basically made me feel as if I was seeing things. Every other jeweler I asked about this took a look at the ring and stated the stone was not replaced with the appropriate stone but rather a cheaper smaller version. Now, after seeing what Kay is doing to people, I dont think I am crazy anymore and realize they did in fact cheat me! We will NEVER purchase from them again. We are also in contact with our attorney to see what can be done.
