Their selection of TV antennas, mounting hardware and accessories is second to none - with great prices too! The vast majority of what we install comes from Ness - Televes and some Sky Blue models too.

This team is Great at what they do. I called thinking I need a new motherboard for my TV but they educated me on what part I really needed. I ordered my part and it came quickly. They lead me with easy to due video that took me step by step to install the part. They help me get my 82 inch TV back to its Best shape ever. No mote white dots or black lines thanks to Ness team. So thankful for the friendly and knowledgeable customer service!

When everything goes right with a transaction that is great and what you normally expect, however its when things go wrong you can really tell how a customer is treated and see the values that make up the company. In my case, through no fault of Ness Electronics, UPS did their best to trash the Televes antenna I purchased. It could have been handed off the UPS as a damaged shipment, but instead Michael Ness was quick to respond to the incident and quickly sent me a replacement antenna element for the damaged one. Great communications, and Ill certainly look to Ness in the future. As an aside, the Televes antenna is the highest quality one Ive ever seen and its performing great.

I went in yesterday, looking for a part for my soldering iron. While that part had been discontinued they gave me a really good deal on a new one and Im super happy with it! (Im sad to give up my Hakko 936, but the fx-888d is actually pretty great)The staff was super friendly and diligent! While I was sad that I couldnt browse, the will call approach during the pandemic makes it a very safe place to shop.Ill definitely get supplies from here in the future!

I was so very happy to have found out about this place, the best are extremely rare. They sell you the parts you need to fix/repair your own equipment and are more than happy to help! They are the best! The staff is extremely friendly over the phone, they are probably even better at the store! Keep up the great work.

These guys know their stuff and are very flexible. I highly recommend them as they bend over backwards for their customers. Their new Sky Blue antenna line is second to none.
