One star due to poor google directions and poor signage. If you are coming from the south west on 42. Google will direct you to the lower parking lot, which is on the wrong side of the building and too low. What looks to be the best buy is currently an older best buy store that is being converted to something else. The Best Buy phone system puts you into a call tree that is totally automated. You can hear that the location is open, but you cant get a person to actually tell you how to get there if you miss the road that will take you up to where the store actually is. I got a ring on a couple of attempts, but on each one that seemed to get through, I was disconnected before talking to anyone.I actually left, had dinner, calmed down, and called somebody who knew where the store was really located, found it on google via satellite view and then was able to find it.On my second attempt I did finally spot one very small sign which pointed vaguely in the direction to the store entrance. When I got to the store it had very few shoppers in it. On the upside I did get the part that I needed and the staff were helpful.
Andrea is the best! She helped us with our phone for 3 hours and even stayed passed closing for us. She was more helpful than anybody from the other t mobile stores we went to! She’s was kind the whole time too and made the time pass by fast with good conversation. Thank you so much Andrea for all your helpful! She deserves a huge raise!
Very helpful staff! We left happily with our purchase that was in our set price range we had decided on! We were shown different options and given the reasons why they were slightly different!
This is a best buy like inhave neve seen been in before. It is a watered down version of the old best buy with all the top trending electronics. I was greeted at the door and pointed In the direction of the cell phone cases where I was greeted by another customer service representative that not only helped me look for what I needed but allowed me to try a couple of the cell phone cases before I bought them. Meaning I got to out the phone right in the case. Loved it!
This location is really nice, but, to be honest, the only reason I cant give it more stars is the employee who helped us. We went in for one item that we had thoroughly researched and wanted, and while we appreciated this employee offering us other options, he was quick to insult our selection and told us for another $50 you can do way better, and when he brought us to the item, not only was the display broken but it was actually $150-200 more. The other staff there were really nice, and we wound up going with our original choice, but this one employee certainly soured the experience. I, personally, am not a fan of a pushy salesman.

BestBuy experience itself was ok. 3 of my family members went in to geek squad for a laptop issue. Each of them had a terrible experience and were turned away or left because the agent told them there would be a cost associated with repairs that were well within the support contract.I went in and told them what the problem was and likely what the issue was. I am an IT professional, but used similar language to what I told other members of the household to use. Not sure Ill be making any purchases of geek squad protection plans on anything in the future.
Very friendly and helpful. I had spinal fusion back surgery about 5 months ago. A employee from their return desk came to my car in parking lot and lifted the item into the store. I was able to stay in my car as he processed the return item. I cant thank him enough for carrying the merchandise for me into the store.
Honestly I try to give them a chance everytime I want something thay I would think is there and they never have it. I used to enjoy shopping at best buy but the store is so small now and so much less on the shelves. The customer service isnt the same either
The staff working were very friendly. However, the floor models for the speakers werent working when I came in so I was a bit disappointed.
The best thing of Best Buy is the attention; just you cross the main door always there is a person giving you the best attention. My experience was excellent.

Walked in with an idea of what I wanted, but needed help finding the exact item. I was greeted at the door, that person sent a site to over to the printers, I told her what I needed then ordered it for next day delivery at my house. In and out in minutes!
Friendly costumer service, only issue i had was waiting in line for long period of time other than that everything else was good.
Poor display of tvs and uninformed rep. I we t down the street to Costco and found a better tv at a cheaper price.

Overall pretty good place, I love it because they help you with every question you have and help you find whay you need. But the reason why I rate 4/5 is because every once in awhile, no one offers to help me or when I do ask some questions, I dont get my questions answered, other than that great place and I would still recommend going there.
Had my pickup order ready quicker than I expected. They are friendly. I much prefer supporting a brick and mortar store vs ordering on Amazon when I can.

Drove there to pickup a common TV the website said was in stock but had to pickup at their warehouse instead. Not a huge deal but communication obviously broke down. Understandably current health concerns aside, there is 1 person working each department and you have to put your name on a waiting list. Staff are pleasant but I waited over an hour to pickup a product I already knew I wanted. Store no longer looks the way it did in its glory days as shelves looked like a warehouse rather than a store. Trying to support local business but theres not really reason to shop here anymore.

It was clean but the selection has really declined. Went in to get a printer and most were out of stock. Was also there for a track ball mouse and they only had one. For each of those they only had the most expensive ones available.Store was also hard to navigate with the new setup and nothing was well defined.Id rather shop online than go again.

They have streamlined the store. Still feels like Best Buy, but its not an overwhelming supply of DVDs and crowded technology

This was my first time in a Best Buy. I walked in and was greeted. The sales associate asked if I was looking for anything particular. I told him and he pointed me in the direction of said product then disappeared. Didnt see him again until lights started turning off. Needless to say Best Buy did not have what I was looking for and rushed us out so they could close. Not impressed as a first time customer.

I thought Id walked in the wrong place at first...It looked more like a going out of business sale than a best buy. Tvs and appliances in boxes on the ground, bare shelves and not once was I approached by an employee to offer help with making a purchase, not that it would have really mattered anyway I guess considering the stock they had.
Store is short staffed and has an extreme lack of inventory. Staff that id there is helpful. Most shelves are bare especially in the Audio / speaker department.They processed a promotional transaction on a new credit card to get 10% in rewards. Great deal except when I received my first statement, there was interest on the purchase. It took 1 hour on the phone to straighten that mess out. Makes you wonder how often Citi Bank pulls that trick hoping that people will not notice. Be AWARE!
With the new remodeling it was great. There is everything, and if they dont have it there, they can get it for you at another branch.

Small store that was understaffed. Took forever to get checked out as they have only 1 dedicated check out person. I hope they fix that, otherwise I will not go back and go to either apple valley or Richfield where they now how to adequately staff and stock there stores to take care of there customers
Majid was a wealth of knowledge and calm under the pressure of being the lone salesperson on the floor at the time. The check in person was also very cool and made sure I was leaving happy.

The checkout process here is a total joke. The customer service window and checkouts should be separated. Having both together requires you to stand in line much longer than is necessary. The staff are very friendly is why it still gets 2 stars.
Went in for a printer and they only had 1 type of printer is a fine printer but would of liked choices.
Not easy to spot the entrance when driving at night. Seemed kind of empty for a standard Best Buy. Not necessarily the stock, but what was even available to be stocked. There wasn’t an issue with staffing though, so that was nice.
I like the new layout. Love the same day availability when I order online, and the ability to return something simply by dropping it off. Take that Amazon!!

We had to make an appointment but had 1 on 1 service so we were able to ask questions and get just what we needed. I was shopping for a TV and a lot were out of stock but could be ordered and shipped pretty quickly. However I found one that works great and Im very happy with it.

First time stepping into a Best Buy store this year. My wait time for an available rep was longer than the amount of time I had spent talking with the rep and store manager. My interaction with the rep felt very aggressive and rushed. I went in inquiring about a price match on a big appliance because they couldnt verify the price match via their online chat/help service option. Rep appeared confused with what I was asking, cut me off in my asking, and questioned my inquiry in a way that made me feel my inquiry was far fetched as if I didnt know what I was asking him. His tone and sense of impatience riled me up to where I needed to walk out of the store and take my business elsewhere. It was not a pleasurable experience.

Havent been in a best buy in years,if the bloomington store is any indication of what best buy has become I will never return. Not the same store in Bloomington that it once was. The greater was great,rest of the staff was useless

Its always fun to visit the Best Buy stores. Even the younger staffers know their stuff, but arent afraid to get help. They keep prices competitive with the no service big box stores. I wouldnt buy electronics any place else.
Clean store....a nice sales person, I was impressed ........ Note, I neededa little help with the sound bar hookup at home, so I called back to our store, took a while to get someone to answer, I asked for the tec guy for a quick question,.... No answer from the one that answered.....after 15 more minutes listening to elevator music, a really kind soul, answered Guatamala quite a long drive from Minnesota. :-). He was not privileged with helpful tools, customer tools, thats fine, I understand....... Id trade 10 of our customer representatives...For one Great Employee, like Guatamala gentleman..Tune up the local people, customer service.The Good Ole Days

The man who helped me was super nice, unfortunately someone misplaced part of my online order, so I had to wait for probably 15 minutes to pick up an order that was ready. Prices are very competitive. Location is pretty good. Store was pretty easy to navigate. Not all employees were as helpful, but my experiences have been good.
That had what I seen on the internet and I was in and out. That was GREAT! They were Very Curtious from the door to the department I went to. Thanks for having Such Great Team Members on staff!!!
Lots of good TV selections
Seems like a big change is going on at this location. Customer Service employees need more training including how to speak about a customer with another employee while within earshot of the customer. This guy (me) has a question about... Customers should be referred to as lady or gentleman.
Very helpful staff. Nice laid out store even though its very small, they had just enough display merch to be able to see basically what I needed and make comparisons. They had a nice selection. Although it was very hard to find because even the GPS took me to the wrong side of the building its in. I had to call the store for directions from where I was at.. But they were super nice in helping me.
So its a nice enough store my only problem is how small it is with limited stock
Items are now rearly available with in the stores. Best Buy should close all your stores and just go online.

I was in line at the phones department for while then I was approached by a store representative and asked me if I signed up in queue. I told him no and no one informed me of that and besides several other representatives saw me standing in line by myself and didnt ask if I signed up for queue or if I was being helped or if I needed any assistance. I was then asked to sign up for queue and wait until two more customers get served which I declined to do since I Ive already wasted alot of time waiting to be served. Poor customer service .

DO NOT PRE ORDER FROM BEST BUY. Unless you want to receive whatever it is you pre ordered after everyone else. They also have some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. They will lie to you, keep you on hold for overly long periods of time, and hang up on you. Every person I would talk to (and it was a handful since they hung up on me), would give you different information. It feels like they just give any info they can to end the call, whether its wrong, misleading, or whatever. Avoid pre ordering from Best Buy if you can. Choose pretty much anywhere else to save yourself a headache and a bunch of hassle.
Online order pick up. Went smoothly, all items were ready and waiting. Staff was nice. Only asked once for extended warranty and did not pester.Also security watched the handcart while I pulled around and they wheeled it out for me.Not bad, past experiences in store browsing have not been great. This went rather smoothly.
Went into Geek Squad today for help with my printer that hadn’t worked in a year. A nice man (Idk his name but he had a beard and helped me just after 2pm) helped me troubleshoot and got it working! I’m so relieved (and so are my teens) that it finally works and we were able to keep it out of the landfill and save money by not buying a new one. I couldn’t stop smiling on my out. Thank you!

Hit and miss when it comes to customer service. A couple of weeks ago I went and was told by one employee that they were out of the item and acted angry and walked away when I asked to look in the back. I asked another employee, and that one found the item in the back. Another day, I went for something else, the employee went out of her way to find it without being asked to, and when item not found, she made sure it was ordered. I give a 3 stars because it feels like they are always out of whatever I go buy there.

Just had the best experience. Went to BB looking for a washer/dryer. I was pleasantly greeted by Sam. She was so knowledgeable about the appliances. She answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to see if any other stores had the appliances cheaper. Sam needs a raise. We will be back tomorrow to purchase.
Decent sized store with a good selection. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to help me and didnt feel rushed. The store was clean and appeared to be well kept. I little tricky to get to, but follow the signs and youll find it.
