The team members were very kind, and seemed happy and friendly. We made the drive out to your Burnsville location to try popcorn chicken, based on images Yelp. It would be helpful to differentiate between franchises on your website, making sure customers know which locations have different menu items! We spoke with others in line and one of the staff, who knew of the menu item difference because others have complained about the same problem. Please update your website so that we go to the right location! Your atmosphere and drinks are lovely, but cost us our evening. Recommended for bubble tea.

Ever since discovering the place a few years back Ive been a loyal customer. The food and drinks are delicious! The staff are kind, friendly and always willing to explain a drink if you dont quite understand what is all in it. They have different drinks during different times of the year so theres a wide variety to choose from. Highly recommend Tii Cup for those new to boba tea and to experienced tea drinkers alike. *In the pictures are the Paradise green apple Tii and The Berry bubble waffle*

My favorite Bubble tea “chain” my regular is a Large Vanilla Chai Snow w extra Boba (tapioca pearls). They have a punch card if you ask for it, after 10 drinks you turn it in for a free regular sized drink, toppings are always an additional cost. Personable staff and reasonable prices. Recommend ordering online for pickup, can be long lines depending on the day and time. #bobasquad

They are HORRIBLE at treating customers. I stood and waited for 10minutes and had to speak up before someone came up to me. There were only 4 customers waiting on their order to be complete! Not only that but when I tried placing my order in the cashier seemed annoyed.

Its a beautiful place. The workers did not greet us when we entered. They were very quiet and soft. My boba was okay I had the Tiger Sugar Boba Milk Tea. It was okay, boba wasnt sweetened it was plain. Ive had better boba tea but it wasnt too bad to where I wouldnt come back.

My daughter and I love this place and go here often definitely 5 stars it’s amazing however …. Our last visit the employee was very visibly upset at the amount of people walking in the door 10 min before close running In the back stating people keep coming in and rolling her eyes. I get it it’s the end of the day you want to go home however it was extremely unprofessional and childish just wanted to let the company know.

My kids LOVE their Icii drinks... No tea in them which is great for kids but still full of delicious boba.

First time, I asked what’s the best drink. She pointed to me the best seller. I told at first the mango but changed my mind and told her Jasmine milk tea. I didn’t give a tip and trying to find a dollar. Waited for almost 30 mins, ended up the people behind me got their order first and gave me a wrong order, ended up drinking a tea which I don’t think it’s a best seller.

My wife just got out of the hospital a couple days ago and our first date since then was Tii Cup. She ordered a flavor she had never tried and when we were in the car driving away when she discovered that she didnt like her drink. I called the store, which was about to close, and asked if we could swap for something else. They gladly made her a different drink for no extra charge and had it ready for us to pick up a couple minutes after closing time. Those small acts of kindness and customer service made all the difference in the world to my wife and me tonight. I hate being that guy who orders something and asks to switch it out. They had every right to be impatient or just say no to my frankly unreasonable request... but they didnt. They went the extra mile. Thank you Tii Cup staff for being kind and generous towards me even when I was most certainly an inconvenience to you trying to close for the day. Im grateful, humbled, and impressed. 6 out of 5 stars. (The tea was great too btw.)

Bubble tea was great! Great place to satisfy your bubble tea cravings. I wish I wasnt so full to try their other foods. I got the Coffee Bubble Tea and it tasted great. Better than other Bubble teas I have had and priced very reasonably. They do have a normal and large size as well and the normal size is more than enough for me. Lots of seating. And they even have a chess board to play on. This is right next to Royal Buffet and I would highly suggest to eat here at Tii Cup before donating your funds to Royal Buffet. If you have eaten at Royal Buffet, go straight to Tii Cup. It is there to save your taste buds and satisfy your hunger.

The thai tea is a little too sugary, but not bad. I prefer Indigo Tea company in Burnsville. The tea is better quality.

Fantastic Teas with multiple options for jellies/boba. The bubble waffles are amazing too. They have board and card games you can play. Lots of space if you want to bring your laptop in and hangout too.

I love how Tii Cup brought bubble tea to the southwest metro area!Their Bloody Mango (mangonada) special is so delicious all it needs is a little tequila. 😆I like how Tii Cup incorporates actual fruits into their drinks, it adds to the flavor profile.The taro snow with boba (tapioca pearls) is my favorite, its blended very nicely and full of flavor!!Theres endless options here and theres usually something new to try!!

Watch out for big lines in peak times but this place is super good and has almost an overwhelmingly big menu.

Good boba tea variety of flavors to choose from. Pearls were soft even after sitting for awhile in the cold drink. Bubble waffle is good as well.

I asked for light boba because the brown sugar milk tea is either packed with too much boba or ice and they charge extra for less ice which is fine but I asked for light boba and instead they gave a cup full of ice. Could have just charged me for less boba and I wouldn’t mind.

A lady made our drink incorrect. We came back but instead of making a new one she tried to fix it adding the missing ingredient, unfortunately she added too much making it too sweet! When we complaint she said it was fine because it was that sweet! To make the matter worse, she dumpped half, put ice and said it was less sweet now. We left!...crazy with covid19, she kept putting back same cup in their machines when trying to fix it, even after we had tasted the drink.

Good drinks. But the staff on after noon is miserable and not friendly, won’t be recommending or coming back. I usually don’t right reviews but I wasn’t too happy.

This was a perfect dessert on a hot muggy late summers day. This isn’t your common American style shaved ice, which is more like ice gravel, with sugar syrup poured on top. There is flavor embedded in the ice which is shaved so finely that it is silky on the tongue. Add some toppings, and voila!!

Great boba treats!maybe not the fastest service but still tasteful. its not the most high quality thing you will find for boba but if youre craving to pick up some bubble tea and chit chat with friends or head home then I would recommend stopping by.excited to visit again and get more bubble tea/try other things on the menu.

They have amazing tea here. They have so many wide ranges of options. My favorite is a jasmine milk bubble tea with extra boba. Jasmine has more of a floral taste.

I was in Savage so I decided to grab some bubble teas. We usually order from Brooklyn Park. We ordered 3 bubble teas and a bubble tea waffle. All our bubble teas were barely sweet, and they forgot our waffle.

Very bad service! Had to wait for 10 minutes just to take my order & another 15 minutes to make my drinks! Bad service & dont highly recommend this place for other customers! Not GOOD! I see a whole line of customers waiting as well & they were tired of waiting for their drinks as well. Very bad service! Dont support their business!

Unacceptable foresight of stock, I and 5+ others waiting 25+ min and still not able to put our orders in yet. Then to be told they are out of Boba, and dont plan on taking the rest of the customers orders who are already in the building over 10 min before closing. This is not how you run an establishment. Your staff should have been able to look at the number of people waiting in the line and taken a look at stock and informed us way sooner that they were low on Boba and also shut the doors early if they would not be willing to serve all that entered before closing. I will never return to this location unless the staff are trained in better food service practices.

I waited half an hour for two drinks that ready in 10 minutes since they were calling the orders in the order they were received in. Only plus was the drinks were good. Otherwise, would not go to the Burnsville location again.

I noticed if you don’t tip, even though you do a walk in to order they take forever and constantly help other guest who were in back of line that do tip .So rude

I’ve supported this business for some time now even after not being a happy customer but today was the last straw. I ordered 4 drinks and had a punch card for a free drink. My free drink ended up being made without the topping I requested. I didn’t notice it until I had already left so I called to let them know that I was missing my topping. The young man told me that it was a free drink and if I wanted to I could come back and he would add the topping in. If it wasn’t for covid I would be all down for that but with covid going on he wanted me to bring my drink back where I’ve already drank it and he would fix my drink. That doesn’t sound safe to me at all! I appreciate him trying to make it right but it wasn’t the safe way to make it right. I know it was a free drink but they made me feel like just bc I didn’t actually pay for that certain drink they didn’t care how it was made. But honestly how do you think I earned that free drink? I’ve been coming here for some time now! Management needs to make the employees know how to handle situations with covid still in full force. This isn’t my first incident here and I know nothing will probably be done. But just wanted to let everyone know that they take drinks back after it’s been in a mouth already.

Got the Biing shaved snow in original flavor and it was a good afternoon treat. Very light and the texture is awesome--its like a milk snow. I recommend going here if youre looking for a unique dessert!

Ordering online and then picking up out front was so easy. I LOVE the iced almond milk tea, but the avocado snow was also surprisingly delicious, so I may have found a new favorite. (I recommend getting 30-50% sugar if you dont want a ridiculously sweet drink.)

Really good, I definitely recommend their Galaxy Motiito which is like a purple gradient lemonade/tea with either lychee or aloe jelly. And they recently started doing bubble waffles which are the cutest thing if you ask for them to-go.

Tea is great but online ordering is a joke. Drinks were ordered 20 minutes ahead of time and had to wait another 15 in the store, just to pick up a drink that wasn’t correct.

This establishment has one of if not the best selections of boba tea in the state. I would recommend anyone to try it out at least once if youre in the area.

This tea shop is such a place to hang out with friends. It’s always clean there and the decorations are absolutely adorable. Service is very fast and friendly and everything tastes great. There’s a huge selection of drinks and little snacks. While waiting for your drink, you can play with a selection of board games!

This was my first time here. They seemed to be understaffed and very unorganizedwas not impressed

I liked coming here until my last experience. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. We arrived about 40 min before closing (didn’t realize they were closing soon since we were coming from Royal Buffet). We weren’t expecting to wait 25 min before we were able to make our order. And by 15 min to close, they were commenting about what time they were closing and that they were closing soon. When they finally closed (and people that weren’t us were still waiting for their order), they announced very loudly that they were closed to kick us out. One of us owns his own place serving bubble tea, one of us works at a Japanese restaurant, and I’m a hairstylist. None of us want to be “that guy” that walks in last minute, but we didn’t. We were there long before they closed. And we also understand that even if someone came in last minute, it takes so long to clean up and we will let them linger around until we are done cleaning. I like their bubble tea, but the employees need to work on their work ethic. I, personally, don’t understand spending hours contouring your face and wearing false lashes to work at a bubble tea place and be rude as heck. I may come back because they do have good bubble tea, but I may not because of horrible customer service.

I love the tea and the boba always has a really good texture, but the customer service isn’t good. Last time I came in, one of the employees was blasting rap music that included very explicit lyrics. Including the N word F word among others

I was in my car so called in an order. The girl who answered said I had to order online, because they didnt have a process for taking phone orders. A process??? How about a piece of paper and a pen???? I said I could not order online because I was driving, and I also wanted to get a $40 gift card for my daughters birthday. I was told I would have to go there and order online from my phone - and then wait 30 minutes after that for my order. I said she could take my order over the phone, or I would go elsewhere. Again, she repeated that there was no process to take my order over the phone. Apparently they are doing really well with their business and dont need a $50 order during this Covid shutdown time!! All businesses take phone orders - WTH. Needless to say, I did not order from them, and got my daughter a gift card from another place. We will never go there again.

Quality and taste are fair. The service however, is horrendous. During the stay-at-home, wait times for orders can range between 30-60 minutes. Im all for supporting food service operations and helping them stay alive, but this is ridiculous. Weve frequented this place several times with the same resulting wait times.

I love the tea here but the place needs friendly staff. Every time I go I’m given a quite shriveled “hi” or none at all. I could barely hear the cashier today! I also may have lost an item there today and tried calling about 10 times and no one picked up. I live a reasonable distance so it’s inconvenient to go all the way back there to check if my item is even there instead of them doing their job and picking the phone up. Great place to check out and try definitely, but the customer service needs a lot of work.

First time checking this place out. Employee was friendly and the Vietnamese Coffee was awesome.. they fresh brew it when you order so it takes a few minutes but totally worth the wait. Looking forward to going again.

Delicious bubble and milk teas. Unforgettable aesthetic. The neon really glows. It has that suburban weeknight type of feel. I love it. The staff is very nice and will help you with the wifi if you just ask. I recommend the Golden milk tea (similar flavor to what most places call Royal Milk tea).Only reason I didnt put five stars is because I havent tried their bubble waffles yet.

I love these places and glad there are ones in the suburbs now so I dont have to go to the cities to get what I like. Everything tastes amazing and its a cute store with esthetically pleasing things to look at.

I got the jasmin milk tea with coffee jellies, and it was very good. Lots of choices to mix and match the bubble tea you want. The cashier was very friendly and eager to answer any questions I had.

This place has quality drinks but heartless customer service (except for the male cashier-thank you for trying and staying respectful!).Drove to MN for business this past weekend and decided to stop for boba and to heat up leftovers. It was snowing outside and frankly Im not used to this kind of weather, so I didnt really have any idea where to go to reheat up food. Tii Cup said they had a microwave but it was for employees only.After purchasing two drinks, I asked for the second time if they could somehow make an exception because there was no way to eat the food I had (it was frozen solid). The kind cashier went to ask his senior coworker again, but what do I hear her say? She called it unprofessional (that I was even asking again?)...I didnt hear the whole conversation and I didnt have to as she avoided eye contact with me and repeatedly told the cashier she didnt care about something. I asked the cashier if he knew where I could go to reheat food and he didnt have any idea.I believe this place has quality drinks. However, when youre given bad attitude and called unprofessional JUST for asking to use a facility not normally available to customers in a dire situation, then I dont care to support your business. I was traveling from the west coast, didnt have time to eat and was starving, had to drive through snow-which Im not used to AT ALL, and needed to get somewhere by a certain time. The point is not that I couldnt use the microwave, its that the girl in the back was heartless and lacked the professionalism to handle a clearly dire customer service request.If ever in MN again, I will take my business elsewhere.

I like this place. But they need to have better standards for their employees. Dress code? Uniforms... one of the girls wasnt helping and was just all over her boyfriend at the end of the night... Not professional at all.

This place serves the best bubble tea ever! There was a bit of a wait but it was definitely worth it for the quality of the tea that I received. The inside was very clean and the receiving options for people who would like to hang out as well as games to play for free.

I know it’s togo order but it doesn’t mean you could do it carelessly. I got my six drinks with no straws. The cups were broken and the cover is not in tight so they spilled everywhere in the bag. I had to drive back for the straws and it takes too much time. The drinks have to be transfer to a cup. It’s very annoying.

Their ice cream was good, but their service suck. They all have an attitude. They’ve screwed up on my drinks multiple times. When I kindly ask them to fix it they start giving me an attitude.

Please please please hire more employees. This is the closest location to get bubble tea, and every time I visit, the line is out the door and I walk out because its a guaranteed 20 minute wait just for a drink. I can tell the employees also get really stressed out when they have that many customers in line.The last 4 times Ive tried to get a bubble tea they have lost my business because I didnt want to wait in that line.I would love to come back and give this local store my business, but not until the wait time improves.Thanks!
