Staff was very nice and service was good. The reason for the two stars was due to the cleanliness of the place. Overall the entire store needed a deep clean and the floor looked as though it hadnt been cleaned in quite a while. Youll see in the pictures theres a hairball and lots of general debri.

Love this Caribou. I have been going there for over 15 years, and they are consistently awesome. Super friendly, well trained staff, consistently great drinks. And a fun atmosphere to sit and hang out. Being right next door to Great Harvest is also a plus :)

Good service, nice atmosphere. Feels like your at a cabin. Coffee is good. I will say though one of the best reasons to go to this Caribou is because you can walk over to the attached Great Harvest Bread company and grab a free sample of their amazing bread.

Nice coffee shop. was quite when I visited so I got my drink fast. they have a really good bakery shop next door, I had some delicious scones from their.

I prefer my coffee at home. Just as good, maybe better. Certainly cheaper. But then again Im only speaking of black coffee. I dont drink enough of their other drinks to really rate and compare.

This location has some of the nicest and sincere employees! Great coffee that is served with a smile. Fireplace burning upon walking in, sets the mood for a nice relaxing conversation with a friend. The only thing I found rather strange, was that there is no drive thru for such a busy location. It sits fine with me because talking to the staff is a pleasure!

My favorite is a green tea lemonade with still water. Store is nice because it’s next to the bakery so you can get a drink and scone. Staff is usually friendly. It store is usually busy.

I love visiting Caribou Coffee when I visit from Seattle but Im pretty sure my vanilla breve didnt have vanilla in it today. Doesnt mean I wont go back BUT I will make sure my drink is made right before I leave.

This store is one of my favorites. They are always busy but the customer service is always top notch. I recommend planning ahead if you stop in on the weekend mornings. But well worth the wait.

Dont get me wrong! I love Caribou!! But this location is unbelievably slow. Its not the amount of customers, its the staff. Almost every trip here I wait for needless reasons...with lines of 4-5 customers the cashier decides this is the perfect time to clean out the drip coffee or wipe fingerprints off of the display case the guy making drinks is just standing there, doing nothing!! There are a hundred more examples. My absolute favorite is having a conversation with another employee about a movie they both saw as the line of customers reaches 6+. Anyway, I experience this only at this Caribou.

Though I love Caribou in general, I was disappointed today to be given two single-use, disposable plastic forks with my two bagel sandwiches that Id ordered for here (not to go). Lets stop distributing plastics which are unnecessary and not requested.

The service was efficient and pleasant. Its rare at several locations, but they asked me for my Caribou Perks number! The ladies behind the cash wrap are a little too friendly (referring to customers as sweetheart, honey, etc.) for my taste, but they provide great service!

This Caribou is well managed and clean. Great staff and positioned right next to a Great Harvest bakery for an excellent additional selection of snacks and treats.

The people who work here are soooo nice! We get coffee and a morning sandwich several times a week, then shop at the great harvest bakery connected to it for something to take home!

So disappointed in this Caribou! Im staying in Burnsville right now and this is the closest one in Byerlys. Bloomington France and Old Shakopee Rd I MISS YOU GUYS!! So far out of 5 visits 4 times my drinks were screwed up!!! Hot latte was cold, 4got to add caramel, old espresso or bad quality, bad customer service!!!!! Never busy but still u seem to be a bother and no excuse 4 making bad drinks!!! Been a perk member 4 years and I did say something after the 4th bad experience I said something and nothing was done!!! Not $ back, not free drink, not a few points etc. Bad all the way around. Starbucks I guess till I move back to Bloomington!

This is a review about the Caribou in Bloomington which is in the office building off of Nomandale and 84th streets. Ordered two large hot lattes. One was okay, but the other tasted like the smell of bandaids. Yuck!!!😫. I had to dump it. 😭 I lost $6 and had nothing to drink at the office. My friends was fine though.

I stopped at this Caribou for a drink and to get my $1 off any drink Wed-Friday. I have been to this one before and had a bad experience, and this time was no different. I like how to you kid working the register mentioned, after he swiped my perks card for the Caribou dollar off, said, It worked for everybody else, I think he did something wrong and they would not take a dollar off my drink, even though as a long timr Perks member, it could have been applied, I also had visited a different Caribou earlier in the day and I did not use the dollar off, even though said kid cashier mentioned Did you already use it?....This is one of the reasons I dislike Caribou Coffee, as I have had problems before. Uppity and rude most of time....I guess not me, even though I know for a fact it is s Promo Caribou runs and everybody gets it;, even though the Barista making my drink mentioned to him that, I dont think everyone gets the dollar-off... Yeah, well whatever. It was around closing time. Which I did not relaize was 8 p.m., as ever CC I have been to closes at 9 p.m. They wanted to get done with their shifts and close up shop, very poor service and my drink was made in a hurry, which is never good and it was also how my last Hot Chocolate was NOT made by a Caribou Barista....She also mentioned real fast, Whatca gonna get....? After I maybe looked at the Menu for a nano-second....Not happy with this suburban Location.....I wont come here again....There are no Caribous in MN or its northwoods and this is not Alaska....

Very nice staff; I spent about 3hours at this location working and never heard an awkward or wayward comment from the staff...which is difficult to experience in almost any setting; so, I would say that the caring and friendly staff is definitely genuine. Great experience at this Caribou!

The last couple times I have been to this location the staff have been rude and appear to hate their jobs. I always forget to mention I have Caribou perks, because Im distracted with how rude the staff is...and shouldnt they be the ones asking? Also, Im NOT paying for a cup of ice water when Im already purchasing a $6.00 coffee beverage! This location never offers the kindness I receive from the Caribou Coffee locations in Fargo!

My friend and I visited the Burnsville location located at 1100 county Rd E for the first time on 9/11/16 at 5:30 pm. I was highly unsatisfied and disappointed in my service and with my drinks. I bought 3 drinks . 2 coolers and a smoothie. The Barista treated my friend and I like we were invisible and could not even offer a word or a smile. Not to mention the beverages did not taste satisfactory. When we asked for a cup carrier she didnt say a word instead she sighed and started smacking the carrier loudly. I have never had such horrible customer service by a caribou employee and I would like to bring this to your attention. I have always chosen Caribou Coffee over any other coffee shop for my beverage and experience. To deal with something like this at this location has made me rethink my loyalty with Caribou. Not only did I experience such a horrific experience my friend did also. We will probably never visit this location again. I hope you bring this to your staff at this location. The employee that served my friend and I was name Genna. I hope you take this complaint seriously. I would like someone to discuss this situation with me. Both of our experiencea was less than satisfied and so was my beverage.signed,a unhappy guest.
