Staff is very helpful and super friendly. I was able to find some beer here that i couldnt find in any of the other stores around here.

Staff were helpful to my Mom who is hearing impaired. She went to buy several different wines. Would shop there again as the staff helped two disabled vets that appreciate good customer service.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! As you can see in this picture, absolutely ridiculous prices on the ORVW and Lot B. Price gouging at its finest! The owner acted like he still sells them easily at that price, but those 2 seem to still be sitting on the shelf. Im not sure when store owners will realize this, but people are more inclined to drink the bottles they buy, if they get them at a price close to retail. Since you decide to inflate your prices and mark up these bottles 1000%, you deserved to be put on blast. Maybe one day you will come to your senses.

Absolutely negative service from a retail perspective, plain social discrimination and disregard for clear as day ethics. I would never shop here again nor will. As an investment to the public and a personal opinion on having a much more pleasant experience Id take my business elsewhere so as to not only have a more welcoming environment but much better prices without discrimination to personal values. Privately owned does not mean you get to treat your customers how you please.

The people there are absolutely great.I have a 9-month old Shih tzu-bichon puppy and I live in close proximity of that shop so it’s an easy walk over.The owner and employees are totally cool with small dogs coming in their store.10/10 will go here consistently.

Great selection, usually has the better of choices for various liquors. Plenty of whiskeys, scotch, vodka, etc to choose from, and above average quality. Being a hard liquor / cocktail guy, they have good choices for many spirits. Good beer cooler and nice folks working the cash registers, small town feel with bigger stock on hand.

The website says closes at 10. It’s not even 9:30pm and the associates are inside drinking with the phone off the hook. Door is closed. I have added photos too.

Great selection for both wine and beer here. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. Recommend stopping in on the weekends as well sinc they will occasionally have some samples of local breweries going.

They didnt have the vodka I wanted in stock. The lady was very nice and offered to order it special for me. I will always go back to the Red Lion!!

Nothing but good old fashion consumer profiling (as in constant observation and relentless pursuit throughout the store, no paranoia here). I wonder what it must be, I dress appropriately for my age, carry myself well, and am respectful. Must be the rock caught between the threads of my boots.

Fantastic selection of beer at fair prices. They have some super hard to find brews here. The store is well maintained and the staff is knowledgable. This beer shop is one of the Metros hidden gems.

They dont have a lot of choices for your size of liquor and its expensive for the size of the bottle. I can get a 750ml here for the same price as a 175ml at total wine. Theres not a huge variety of flavors either.

I like coming here for the hidden treasures that I cant find at my normal spot. The staff isnt all that friendly and can come off a bit rude. Tried a couple different times and the same guy was equally rude. Still a good spot to shop but dont expect much from the staff.

Doors locked at 9:53 PM with 5 people standing outside in 30°F falling snow. Store associate made customer wait until 10:01 to walk out so she could acknowledge customers at door.

Very accommodating, knowledgeable, and willing to help in any way they can. I am currently handicapped, and they carry out my purchases, plus at times go retrieve what I need due to my difficulty walking.

They asked if I needed help, which was nice, but I wanted whiskey instead.They have alcohol

Decent selection (wine selection is just okay), friendly staff and nice clean environment in a convenient location. You pay for the convenience however, as this is certainly not the cheapest liquor store in Burnsville. I shop here infrequently because of the prices.
