Manager was very knowledgable and helpful. I think there may be staff turnover that has happened resulting in some negative reviews. I did not experience any issues.

Very rude and dismissive staff members, low quality products and very precise return policy rules (none of which are mentioned on the receipt conveniently enough). I have not had such problems with other Radioshack stores I have shopped at previously, however this store has an extremely unprofessional manager named Rick and very rude sales associates. Will not shop at this location again or recommend it to friends. Youre probably better off choosing a larger store with a wider selection and more knowledgable sales personnel.
