Great experience! I loved the automated service that allows you to see recommendations, approve/decline service, and better explains issues that you may have with your vehicle. Staff was friendly and courteous with our vehicle and belongings. They even washed the car!
The service department must have more than enough business because they arent even interested in giving a proper quote. I mean really? Whats the commission on a several thousand dollar sale for a service writer these days anyway?
Its best to make an appointment to come get your oil change. They do a great job. You get everything checked on your car. They will tell you what you need and when it should be replaced. The waiting area is clean and nice. When waiting for your car to get done with services. There is a coffee machine. They have hot tea and water.

Awful customer service. Rude and spiteful. The manager gave an appointment knowing she wouldn’t be in the office and that she would need to be make the final say on the issue. So basically wasting our time and gas to come there and be refused service because the manager wasn’t there. They also refused to fix an issue with the sliding door of my van even though it was a part covered by the warranty. They wanted me to pay more then 300 dollars to fix the issue even though it’s a Nissan part and is completely covered by the warranty. I would choose a different dealer in the further. One where they actually fix issues that are under warranty.

Im usually not a name dropper but Dee aka Mr. Bling in the Service Dept was on point! When my tire couldnt get repaired due to its safety he kept it 100 percent honest with me. He went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Words cant describe this moment of being frustrated and then having someone have my back shout outs to Tony the tech that got my tire replaced and my sensors right during my small window of availability. This team deserves a raise and an extra pat in the back.
The staff at service department was great. He was the only one working since morning and was extremely busy. However he was able to accommodate my appt and handle all the paperwork.

My car entered with two codes. and left there with 6. And the abnormal thing was that it was at the checkpoints of them.
Brought the Xterra over to fix a leaky tire. They replaced all four tires with new ones. One week later, the same tire is still leaking. Called them and told them. They lied to my face saying they were busy at that moment and would call me back in a minute. They never called me back. I called them 4 times after that and they never answered the phone again. This is how they treat their customers.

Alway good service for what ever reson I have had to go there in fact I leased a car 3 yes ago and the only reason I have to go back is for my oil change other then that Nissan is a great car with great service
