Amazing service! I drove into Burien Chevrolet 3 months ago when I first started thinking about trading in my vehicle. I test drove a used Equinox and loved it. I didnt want to jump the gun and purchase a vehicle on my first day looking. After spending the next few months searching around at other SUVs and Equinoxs, I found another on their website that I LOVED. The vehicle had yet to be delivered to the dealership, but the second it was, Jason, my sales rep, reached out and helped me get through all the necessary documents before driving 2 hours to the dealership. After giving them everything they needed, I had an offer from a bank in less than thirty minutes! I was in the dealership for less than an hour and only spent MAYBE 10 minutes waiting around for final numbers. Kevin, the gentleman who did my financing, had all the paperwork done and the vehicle was completely detailed and safety checked before I pulled into the lot. This was the most seamless and effortless experience I have ever had at a dealership and I drove off in a new 2021 Chevy Equinox! I cant thank Jason or Kevin enough for going out of their way and staying after closing to help me get into a new vehicle.
I always go here for my oil change and other services. The cost is more expensive but I trust them with my vehicle. The appointments can be made online as well so convenient. The oil change takes about 1 hour. Today my appointment was at 1:30pm it was busy and had about a 15 min wait to check in. There is a snack and soda vending machine also free coffee in the waiting area.
I came with my best friend to buy her first car from a dealership. I came with the intention of doing the talking and asking all the questions. Firstly, Jason was in constant communication leading up to our trek to Burien. Nice touch to have being over an hour away. Secondly, Jason was so patient, funny, and helpful while we were here. And trust me, we are a handful and I had A LOT of questions. Great experience here!

Before I thought all car dealership is scams, I thought they only need your money and all lies, Specialty for a person that English is there second language i though they will take advantage on that but i was wrong!I bought a used SUV to this dealership jason the sales person help me for getting my car.I recommend to any one looking for a car check this location and look for Jason! He is very transparent and guarantee that you will get a right answer for him. He his Very knowledgeable on cars and very polite.I’m having a little noise on my rear end and they end up replacing my entire deferential WITH NO COST! Jason and the owner got me covered. Total experience with Chris Anderson was amazing and easy. Chris was professional and always kept me updated as to shut downs due to Covid or supply chain problems. Assisted in picking the right options to totally customize my car and therefore I am much more attached and have a connection with this new vehicle like none before. Letting the customer choose and design the vehicle down to the last detail was a fun and great experience. I assumed by making an appointment to have service done, only an oil change, my vehicle would be done in an appropriate amount of time. Based off the online scheduling program, appointments are every 30 minutes, I would be done around an hour. I dropped off on time and checked back in 90 minutes later. My vehicle had just been pulled in. I was told another 30 minutes. Also told without an appointment, it could take all day. Two and a half hours later, my vehicle was finished. I drove 40 minutes, past several other establishments who would probably like to have my service, to use your services because I wanted to give you another chance after the same thing happened the last oil change. Needless to say, I will not be back. I hope you can use this information to better the wait time and help reduce the stigma that this behavior brings towards dealerships.
I brought my C-5 Corvette in for some work and was treated like family from the moment I walked in. My car had a few issues coming in but their mechanics Andy and Pablo took care of them with no problem. I also have to give a BIG thumbs up to the Service Manager Dennis. Dennis is the example of true customer service and making things right. He is the MAN !!! Last but not least is the Service Writing Team. What can I truly say but WOW. Ana and Chris are the true stars of that department. Their smiles mixed with that positive energy make you wanna come back every time. Mostly everything was great! One odd thing though: after I returned home, I noticed that my Leatherman multi-tool that was on my keys was missing. I called in to see if perhaps your team had a policy about knives or something but the service person I spoke with said no. Im not sure what to do about this now. Im disappointed because that little knife was not cheap and its the principle of the matter. Im sure you dont want customers possessions going missing after visits, even if theyre small items. Not saying this is what happened, just odd.
I realize people usually write reviews after a purchase but mine is different. My family and I were attracted by a very good price they have on a new Chevy Bolt. I communicated with Jason over the weekend and he was diligent and honest. We ended up deciding to wait for our next car purchase but I wanted to recognize Jasons responsiveness and dedication.
Kind of hard for me to really comment on this one. Thought the time that was allotted for a relatively small repair was Way beyond normal. 5 weeks. Just normal for dealers in todays world. Vehicle went into service center very very clean. Came out looking like it had sat on the back lot for 5 weeks.
Although we looked the Chevy Bolt here and went for a test drive, we ended up going with another brand. The two guys that helped us were incredibly helpful with showing us the cars they had. (Sahil and ???) They were really informative and didnt pressure us to buy a car that day. We went to a bunch of other dealerships too and the customer service offered here was among the best. I wish we could have given them our business.

I purchased my car from here not too long ago, the process was not the greatest but I didn’t complain. Now coming back fro my first oil change and waiting 3 hours is absurd. Very dissatisfied with their service.
Im honestly so disappointed and upset with the service I received here.I had to take my car in because of a manufacturing defect with my engine for my 2013 Chevrolet Equinox and left it there for almost a week. I drove it off the lot for a mile and the check engine light came on, I wasnt able to take the car back until 2-3 days later but I called and informed the service member right after it happened and they said bring it back right away.This time I had to leave it again for 4-5 days for them to fix. When I came back to pick it up there was a BIG crack (top to bottom) on the driver side window. I talked to a member of the service team there and he took pictures of the crack and would make sure that he would get it to his Service Manager.Time went by and I had not heard anything from Burien Chevrolet after calling them multiple times, so I decided I would go to them myself. A new member of the service team came out and looked at the car. He was pointing out little dings on my car and and windshield instead of FOCUSING on the initial crack on my drivers side window that I came in for and saying that, dings happen all the time and was not at all owning up to the fact that they cracked my window. He said he would talk to the Service Manager and get a hold of me. I had no call for several days again and so again I decided to drive there in the morning to talk to someone. As I came into the building the team member said, I was just about to call you and so he follows me to my car. He said that the window could have been cracked from weather, particularly the Sun and that they arent going to take responsibility for what happened to my window.So now Im left with a cracked window on my drivers side that wasnt initially there when all I wanted was to get the manufacturing defect fixed on my car. And they are refusing to own up to the fact of what they did, even after the second time the check engine light came on they told me they test drove my car for 60 miles to make sure everything was good. A lot of factors can happen during a 60 mile test drive.I would not and will not suggest going here. They will not own up to there faults, then make you feel like its your fault after having evidence that its not. Just very unprofessional, also infuriating that I had to go through all this and still not be resolved. Now the crack is splitting which is going to make this crack bigger, so really not happy.
Our family will never return to this Chevy dealer. We bought a car, pretty easy transaction for them.Our issue began after the purchase. My parents(who we bought a brand new car for) were treated like second class citizens. My parents who were understandably upset after their car stopped working right after leaving the lot, were met by our seller Raul with snarky disrespectful comments.We expected them to be more apologetic, and a little more accommodating. Instead, we were pressured to pick up our car on their (the dealer’s) convenience, and they ended up dropping off my parent’s car 40 miles away from their home.We love Chevy, we are a true Chevy family. We are extremely disappointed in the way this lot dealed with our problem after we dished out so much money. Definitely made us feel like we didn’t matter as costumers after getting their money. Please do yourself a favor and drive south to the Puyallup Chevrolet. Their customer service is impeccable, even after giving them your money.

Bought new 2014 Silverado. 85 k miles on in now. Ac failed. This is the second time. $3000 in repairs so far. Ac appears to fail about every 40k. This is not acceptable but it appears chev dont care. 2014 ac is a known problem but no fix from chev. First chev in about 30 years and my last.
There is a good people like any other dealersas well. I bought a nice and clean car from them but one of the door locks button do not work. Luckily I noticed that at the dealer in the moment that I buying it. I told Robert E. Guernsey about the issue. NOW THEY CONTACT ME and I will make time to see whats going to happen in Chevy dealership.

Worst auto transaction Ive ever had. Beware out of state buyers. I am an Oregon Resident and bought three vehicles at the same time (one from this dealership and two from an Oregon Dealership Chuck Colvin Ford Nissan). I financed all three of my vehicles through Columbia Bank. I purchased all three vehicles around December 30th, 2020 and still have not received my title and registration or license plate for the Burien Chevrolet purchase (as of today 6/1/21). Theyve done little to nothing to help resolve this. Do yourself a favor and go through an Oregon Dealer....
The deals offered by this dealership is stellar. The sales person was patient and worked collaboratively.The only hiccup, I had is when I was doing my paper work with their finance person as he was very impatient and behaved rudely with me. Also, none of the accessories are complimentary, you will not even get an all weather floor mats when you buy a higher version brand new car.Overall the buying experience was good and Apart from the finance person remaining all behaved professionallyOverall
Ive been a customer for a long time and Ive found the experience to have gone down hill to a degree. I think the customer service is great as for the people that I have to engage with but the service itself is deficient.Last year I bought a 2020 3500 and love the truck. When I was in for this most recent service I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half tops. That time cam and went and I was never engaged to tell me that they were running over on time until after 2 hours I asked. It took almost 2 and a half hours. They used to vacuum out the rig and wash it but the interior wasnt attended to. Also, I was asked if I wanted my DEF fluid topped off which I said I did. When I looked at it after leaving it was only 3 quarters filled. For the cost of what was done I couldve done it like I always do by myself and save the dough as it wasnt worth it otherwise.I hope this helps bring back the polish that had me coming back time and again even after moving further away.
Very busy this morning. Waited for almost 2 hours but understandable with the short Staff due to the Pandemic. Friendly customer service and the waiting room was nice and cool.
Got there about 9:40 for a 10:00 appointment to replace a tire. I specifically asked how long it would take. I was told there would be no problem for it to be completed by 11. At 10:45 I went to check. My car hadnt been touched. Still sitting there with spare. I felt no one cared about honoring the appointment time, etc. We need a new car, but dont think this is the dealership for that.

Burien Chevrolet Service Department is a hit or miss. Their Service Representatives are either super attentive, professional, and courteous OR theyre extremely grumpy and help as little as possible.Since moving from Arizona to WA, I really wanted to find a great service center to do regular oil changes and maintenance. I cant say I found that in Burien Chevrolet.Everything was going pretty well with my normal oil changes until my check engine light came on. Went to Burien Chevrolet for a diagnostic and fix. They assessed, fixed, and sent me on my way with the check engine light off.Two weeks fly by and my check engine light illuminates again. Take it back, fork over the diagnostic fee and cost to repair. Check engine light is off. Woohoo! Three weeks pass by and the check engine light is back on. Easily spent over $700 trying to fix it over a couple trips back.I decided to go back to Arizona to visit and drove my car (check engine light on and all) back. I took it back to the dealership I purchased it and they suggested a bunch of sensor fixes that Burien Chevrolet never suggested or even recommended be changed. I did those repairs in one day in Arizona and my check engine light hasnt been back on since ... it has been months since those last repairs.

UPDATE: Im astonished to learn that Burien Chevrolet posted a reply implying my credit was at issue. I have excellent credit, and had no problem receiving the correct pricing at a different dealer. All the more reason NOT to work with these scam artists.I used Burien Chevrolets own website to get a lease for a car at their advertised price. After receiving no communication from them, I reached out to sales, who couldnt find my lease. Someone else eventually called back and told me it would be $130 more per month. Above the price. They advertise. ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE. I asked for the advertised price, they refused, and said theyd work on it and call me back. Never heard from them again.I called Chuck Olson, who beat them on price and are honoring that price. What a novel concept! Dont bother with the Burien Chevrolet jokers. Believe the reviews and go with a dealer who has earned a reputation for honesty.

Three words: Work with JASON! We recently just purchased an Audi (from him) and a BMW (unfortunately not from him). With that being said, we had been to many “luxury” dealerships through out the conquests and worked with a lot of salesmen, but Jason blew all of them out of the water by a landslide. He is over the top professional, sincere, genuine, knowledgeable, and appreciative. He even gave us a piece of his co workers pizza through out the process to prevent hanger issues from coming up ha! They were quick to get back to me about an internet sales inquiry. Some dealers never got back to me. I ended up buying a Silverado from them. They should work on coaching there internet sales person on communication. Not the friendliest dealer when you are waiting all day to pick up your vehicle. GM passed us a few times with no acknowledgment.
My vehicle got this bad noise when cold start and went away after a minute. Got my manifold exhaust switch out for a new one cause that was the reason for the noise. I had left the service department and ran my vehicle on the road. And heard a small bubbling sound. Took it back to service department and said it was normal PLUS they wanted another diagnostic fee! 2 years later noise is back. Took it to different Chevy service, turns out burien service department only changed out half of the parts and not as a whole! What a TOTAL RIP OFF! i SUGGEST YOU ASK FOR YOUR CHANGED PARTS AND YOU ALSO HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR ORDER DETAILS. 0 STAR RATING! DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.
Didnt repair my door and charged me for parts they said they wouldnt charge me for. Took 2 weeks and my truck still stalls.

First I was overcharge, and than it got fixed. After I paid my bill, I was given my key and told my car was parked somewhere outside. I wasnt given any explanation on how to operate (open, take off, put back on) the cover that was installed on my truck bed.

New vehicles that have been on the lot for a few months will get dirty. My new Colorado was delivered with dirt in the truck bed and engine compartment dusty. Most of the dirt and dust could have been removed by air hose to make vehicle look better.
Sahil in Burien Chevrolet is the best.I purchased a car on 06/20/2020. The entire process was smooth. Sahil has been responsible and professional. He could answer all questions you have and make arrangement if you have requests. He is also responsive even after a few days after the purchase. Being responsible and responsive is very important if car business is trying to remain successful in a long term. I will definitely refer my friends when they have plans for new cars.
Dishonest ripoffs. I took my car in because of a check engine light and they convinced me I needed $900 worth of repairs. Less than 200 miles later, the check engine light came on AGAIN. This time I took the car to a Pep Boys instead. They told me the diagnostic code was for a loose gas cap. I showed them the paperwork for the repairs that Burien Chevrolet did and asked if it was the same problem as before. They told me yes, both times the check engine light was for a loose gas cap, and all I needed to do was screw the cap on tighter. I am absolutely livid that Burien Chevrolet conned me into spending nearly a thousand dollars on repairs for this. I dont know if they do this to everyone, or just women like me who obviously arent knowledgeable about cars. Save yourself the money and trouble and go somewhere else with integrity.

Just an update on our Chevy volt we bought last January. This car has been great. No problems whatsoever. With snow tires it easily handles our steep snowy driveway. The car is a pleasure to drive. With electricity cheaper than gas we saved $800-$900 so far. Most trips are on electricity.

Im editing my review from 3 stars to 1 star. I bought a used Chevy Tahoe here. I was taken advantage of because the car was full of rust when I bought it and didnt know what I was looking at. The rust started getting really bad a year later so I was forced to trade it in before paying it off. I paid too much for the car and it took me a year after trading it in to actually pay it off.

Do not have your vehicle serviced here. I have had several issues over the past few years. The most recent was the final straw. I came in due to a check engine light coming on, (read oil pressure sensor). A few hours later I get a call stating that I need a new engine and the quote is $10745.00 No details on why I need a new engine.Keep in mind my 2012 Chevy Silverado has 98k miles on it and has never missed an oil change and has only been serviced at this dealer and was purchased here. I pick up and request all diagnostic information, literally no details on why. I then take my truck to a local mechanic, he looks it over. He puts in the (GMC) dealer recommend oil filter for if you have slightly low oil pressure and it works. I have driven several thousand miles since with no issue. Do not trust this dealer, get a second opinion!
I worked with a salesman named David. He was very professional answered all my questions and didnt play any games, gave me the pricing that I asked for but I decided not to buy a vehicle there because it wasnt the exact one I wanted. That being said great dealership great sales rep would highly recommend working with David.
I worked for this company for a month and totally disliked the experience. Everytime Id put a check into my account it would be put on hold for over ten days, I have bills to pay, I cant wait around for yall to pay me and get your money in order.Not only that, but I felt like I had no growth opportunities. I had spent two weeks there before the manager came in and was genuinely surprised I didnt know how to do basic trade-in car information and tasks.Everyday Id come in while my coworkers would make sales call leads, emails, put a car on Facebook Marketplace, and do things all day...Id be watching YouTube because I wasnt given anything else to do no matter how many times I asked my supervisor.David was great, friendly man, I felt like we got along great. I just wasnt given any opportunities for growth.

We had began our day at Good Chevrolet in Renton whom left a bad taste in our mouth and found the same truck at Burien Chevrolet for a great price. Because of covid, we weren’t able to meet the finance gal but she was super friendly over the phone and answered all our questions in a very professional manner. I can not recommend Robby enough. Great guy, great personality, very genuine. Doesn’t make you feel like you are about to get screwed by a dealer like so many fear when car shopping. Would definitely come here again.
I was greeted by a really friendly, courteous and professional service agent, who checked my car in the day before the appointment. Another service agent, John, took care of the details as he was assigned to me. John took care of everything in a courteous and professional way. He explained everything well, and set the right expectations. The gentleman that drove me to the Airport car rental place for my shuttle, was a mechanic, as it seemed that the regular driver was out and about. I appreciated the dealership doing this. We had a great conversation to the rental place. Car pick up the next day was a breeze; all was great. Thanks everyone, thanks Monica!

My review is 3 fold, Jeff our salesman was not pushy at all but rather informative. He sat in the car with us and ran through all features and options and not in a pushy way, but showed us things about the car we didn’t know. We really appreciated it. You truly earn 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️When we sat down to discuss the purchase with multiple managers and from the get go we always said I was buying the car not my husband, they kept asking for all kinds of information about my husband. On more than one occasion my husband and I reminded them my husband was not buying the car not sure why all the questions about him? Of course we didn’t see the actual paper work until we got with the “finance person “.After waiting for close to an to get to finance portion of the sale all the paperwork was drawn up with him as the buyer. We just couldn’t believe. Because we didn’t want to sit there and wait for another hour we left it.I think we irritated the finance lady because when I asked questions she made sure I knew for asking my questions “I interrupted her” . By this time we both we completely disappointed at how they botched things up we just wanted out of there.I inquired about purchasing and installing a bug deflector which they were out of stock on. So I chose to just get one at the dealer 5 miles from my house but of course they didn’t get that and that got rolled into the purchase price as well. Now we have to drive 50 miles to get a bug deflector installed. Thank you Jeff for all your help, but everyone else sure made a mess of a all cash simple purchase process.
