Excellent service from Steve. I called to see if they still had a ‘98 Toyota Camry LE they had listed for $4,999 on their website. Not only did Steve inform me that it was still there but he also offered me a ride to the dealership after finding out I’d be taking the bus. He had the Camry ready to go when I arrived and did an awesome job of showing me the car including taking it for a test drive. Transaction was smooth and the car’s been driving even smoother. Considering the 4th generation Camry has legendary reliability and this one only has 114,571 miles on it I’m expecting it to last me at least another 100,000 miles and most likely more. Does not return calls, bad customer service.My wife and I purchased a minivan 4 months ago at their Burien location. After the initial test drive we noticed that the stereo did not work. The touchscreen was unresponsive. We ended up purchasing the van anyways as it was built into the contract that they would fix the issue with the stereo. I was told by the salesman that they would be ordering a replacement stereo unit and would call us when it’s arrived, so that we could bring in the van.A month went by and nobody reached out. I called autos only and they seemed confused. It seems that nobody ordered the part! They assured me the order would be placed and they would again call me when it came in.after another month of not hearing back I called back. The salesperson said they’d find out and get right back to me that day… they never did. Called back the next day and was told the same thing… never called back. Now I’m irritated and call back the third day in a row. I FINALLY get someone from the service department. They ask me to provide a picture of the stereo unit as well as a part number…….. CLEARY THEY STILL HAVEN’T EVEN ORDERED IT! I have reached out multiple time since and have gotten nowhere. 4 months and nothing.The only reason they have two stars in this review is because there was a major problem with the car a few days after we drove it off the lot. Management got involved and got us a loner van while the dealership fixed a recall issue.I will modify this review should they ever wow me and take care of an issue they are legally required to, but honestly I can’t see myself ever recommending this place to anybody. I definitely won’t buy from here in the future.
Had a good experience here. I showed up to buy a car I had seen online only to find out it was sold the day before. The selection on the lot in my price range was pretty good so I found a good alternative. Shawn was very helpful and despite the sales staff being short handed that day they were able to process my sale and 2 other groups at the same time.
Yay I have a beautiful new used car!!!! Stephanie was there every step of the way with paperwork and she even reset my radio that needed some code to work. This dealer specifies on one of the many pages of contract that the 3-day federal cooling off period for car purchases does not apply here. Definitely be wary of that.Autos Only Burien seems like a pretty archetypal used car dealership. As long as you do your research before buying a car from them (and youve gotten it inspected by a mechanic!), Im sure youd be fine.My financial institution doesnt work with this dealership. One one hand, the dealership made it sound like this was common, and on the other, both of my representatives were distrusting of them.Sadly I didnt feel the contract was explained to me well enough while we were going through the signing process. I feel sort of shafted by them, but at the same time I shouldve asked more questions.
Shawn was excellent and was super patient. He prepared two cars within my specs for me to test drive. Overall, communication was very clear and transparent. I did not find what I was looking for only because I needed a newer model than what was available, but I would recommend anyone to shop here and ask for Shawn.

I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie and Shaun from Auto’s Only this past week. I came in, hoping to find a new, used car and trade in my current one. Throughout the process, Stephanie was patient and understanding of my preferences on cars. We sat down, browsed for cars within my budget and finally found one that checked off all the boxes! Shaun on the other hand helped me with the paperwork as this was my first time purchasing a car on my own. I especially admire and appreciate the patience and respect from both Stephanie and Shaun. While Shaun was getting the car ready for me, he noticed a small crack that was starting to web on the front windshield. He immediately said he would order a new one and have it installed at no cost. All I can say is superb customer service! Thank you for making the experience such a breeze!
DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! Last week, I was in need of a new family vehicle, so I stopped by Autos Only on a Friday and had a look at a van I thought would be nice. Told the sales assistant, I would be back again on Saturday for a test drive. Next day comes, and I get in the van with the sales assistant who takes me across the street to put some gas in before I do the test drive. As he leaves us to be on our way, I try to start the car but it takes three turns to get the ignition to work. I should have stopped there, but continued on with our 20 minute test drive. My wife puts on the seatbelt notices mold cover her strap and some of the seat. We look back and see mold on at least one more passenger seat. Try to turn on the radio, it doesnt work at all. Cant turn up the volume and no stations can be viewed. Finally, we pull into a grocery store parking lot to give the engine and other parts a further inspection. Low and behold, when I attempt to turn the car on again, this time it doesnt turn on at all. Luckily a sales manager came with a jumper cable to start the engine, as he grimaced with embarrassment. Finally, we get back to the dealership and the manager offers to have a new battery placed in for free. REALLY!?! I properly declined and got out of there. Three days later I noticed the price of the van has gone up $1,000. BBB gives them an F for a reason. SERIOUSLY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
We recently purchased a car from Autos Only in Burien. While I was hesitant, as we traveled a fair distance to see a particular car, I had some communication with the salesperson, Neil Lingam, prior to arriving. Once there, I must say the overall experience with Autos Only was very favorable. Neil is very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars, and I generally had the impression he was working for me in putting the deal together and wanted to make me happy. He even came in on his day off to meet us. After the sale, he followed up to make sure all was good. All the people we met at Autos Only were very friendly and accommodating, including the Sales/Finance Manager, Noel Bennett; there was no BS inclosing the deal. As we were traveling from a distance, and last minute, he tried to find a shop that could do an independent inspection on the car. Being last minute, they were unable to, but they went the extra mile to accomodate us (we did have the car checked by our mechanic when we got home, and all was well with it). I do not understand the negative reviews-most seem either silly, illogical, or not the dealers fault. Please note that Autos Only is a haggle-free dealership; the advertised price is generally the price you will pay. You should, of course, do your research first as to what a fair price should be for the particular car you want. The price they were asking for the Toyota Avalon we bought was very fair. In summary, we would recommend Neil Lingham and Autos Only highly.
Do NOT buy from these people. I bought a car from them, nine months ago. They replaced the head-gaskets before selling it to me, because those have been known to fail in Subaru engines between the years 1999 - 2011. Now, my car is burning oil like crazy – about one quart every 1000 miles. Ive looked into the problem, and there is substantial evidence that it is because of a faulty head-gasket replacement job.Ive called this company a dozen times now to simply speak to the mechanic to discuss my options, and the salespeople answer the phone, and EVERY TIME tell me they will call me right back this afternoon. Still no word from them and its been a week.

Had a pretty bad experience buying a vehicle from this establishment. My sales rep Noel was wonderful, and made the whole process very smooth, easy and efficient! However, I was sold a car that overheated on me the very next day. Come to find out, the vehicle had a faulty head gasket (quoted $1,900 repair) In their ‘rigourous’ 150-point inspection did they forget to check very basic fluids such as coolant levels (it was only about 30% filled according to my mechanic), and their in-house mechanics wrenched the oil filter on SO tight, it was leaking oil pretty bad from the filter (Another $50 for new oil change in what was already brand new oil) All in all, do yourself a favor and take ANY vehicle you think about purchasing to your own independent, verified mechanic before you buy anything off of their lot.
We had a pretty disappointing experience here today :( The person who was helping us seemed to be a really nice person (thus the two stars) but beside that, not a lot of great things to say.We drove up from Portland to see a vehicle after chatting with the folks at the dealership all week. My vehicle was totaled a few weeks ago and I had my heart set on a very specific make, model and trim to replace it. Burian was the closest dealership that had one in seemingly good condition with decent mileage.Since we were far, they sent us pictures of minor damage on the vehicle (which I thought was nice). The pictures showcased three minor scratches, which I was totally okay with, and I felt really grateful that it seemed like they were being honest with us.But THEN when we got there, there was MUCH more damage than we had been told about. The back bumper was loose. There was significant body damage under the driver’s side door (there was a piece of plastic sticking out from the body!) There was a rear light out. There were unbuffable scratches on almost every panel and a few really large ones in the tinting on the rear passenger window. There were several stains on the seats and upholstery. There were also a few dings which weren’t THAT bad but we had specifically asked about dings and they said there were none. Plus, when we went to test drive, the gas tank was almost completely empty (forcing us to go back within like ten minutes) and even within that time, it was clear the shocks needed replacing.Then, when we went to talk about the price (that was already listed at $2000 over KBB’s Price for the same car in very good condition), they were only willing to take off a couple hundred for all that body damage that they claimed they didn’t notice til just then.Note: I also have a close relationship with someone who is the regional manager of several car dealerships in the state and he confirmed that even with the chip shortage and without the additional damage, this vehicle was overpriced. I also confirmed this by looking at 11 other listings of the same car across the west coast—several of which had significantly lower mileage.Anyway, it all really bummed me out because I felt like they were trying to take advantage of the fact that I drove a long way to get there. They were either intentionally dishonest or were extremely sloppy with their vehicle inspection. I feel like I was very mindful to be respectful of their time and they were definitely not respectful of mine. If they were honest about the vehicle’s condition, I would not have driven the 2.5 hours each way to see it. Even so, I would have thought they would be willing to work with me on the price if they genuinely didn’t know about the additional damage until then. Yikes!Also I think I left a really fair review (no names named, no cars named, just plain facts) and had to update it to point out that the owner left me avery petty reply and he keeps updating it with more pettiness. LOL.Side Note: Despite what the owner said in their reply, I absolutely did NOT leave a wake of death and destruction amongst the used-car-community in Burian. LOL. I spent like 10 minutes at the dealership next door. They were super kind but they didnt have what I wanted.I DID end up finding a car with the same make/model/year/trim at another dealership and I was much happier with the price and condition. No haggling needed as the price was fair to begin with. Woohoo!So for all of you who are forced to purchase a new vehicle during this wild chip crisis: Godspeed! You can do it! Dont settle for less than is fair just because a car dealer says youre being unreasonable.
So extremely disappointed. I spoke with several associates via phone, email, and text in regards to a Toyota 4Runner for more detailed photos of the frame to check for signs of rust since I would’ve been an out of state buyer. I kept being promised that the photos and details would come to me eventually but nothing ever came, and no one ever followed up with me on my inquiry. Would’ve loved to drive back home with one of their vehicles but it seems they decided that an out of state buyer isn’t as important.

I have all pleasant things to say about Autos Only (the Burien site) and specifically Shawn the salesperson with whom we dealt there, and Noel the sales manager, and indeed all the staff that keep the place running.My wife & I are expats, and were a little unfamiliar with some of the surrounding processes of car purchasing in the USA, registration, and those sorts of things; but Autos Only helped get everything organised and really made us feel as if everything was under control. At no point did we feel hassled, or anything like that. We were a little anxious about undertaking a car purchase, not sure if we were doing the right things etc., but Autos Only helped get everything organised.Specifically, Shawn was helpful, friendly, open, and honest about the car we were interested in, and was a pleasure to deal with. He organised our inspections of the car, test drives, and discussed everything with us, and worked with us on pricing and the like. Ultimately, Autos Onlys pricing is good with respect to the market and I respect their stance on pricing--they assess their inventory accurately and seem to only keep good quality stock. Haggle if you want, but they know their inventory is good and they can stand by it and back it up with great customer care.Id even overheard staff there dealing with an unhappy customer (for what in my opinion were that customers own idiosyncratic reasons) and I was impressed with the professionalism and the way the issues were explained to that customer and rectified.Ultimately, it comes down to this: I will enthusiastically recommend anyone that asks me about a used car in Seattle to deal with Shawn at Autos Only in Burien. Hes trustworthy, open, and helpful, and made sure everything worked out for us. Well I would have left they review at 5 stars until after yesterday. Here why I am changing they review to 0 star. I purchase a 2007 Honda Pilot from them roughly three months or so ago. Saturday evening on my way to take my wife and son to then myself to work the check engine light came on along with the VTM-4 light and the VSA light couldnt get it in for service so I take it to Honda of Burien and this is where the problem started after Honda of Burien did a diagnose the real problem show up the Timing Belt break Hind of Burien did tje repairs on the vehicle for 1300$ and the vehicle still didnt run after contracting Autos Only they basically said to bad later when learn the engine need replace once again we contacted Autos Only to make things right they said they could put a new engine in for 2500$. Later that day Honda of Burien call us after learning that Autos Only was unwilling to make things right. Honda of Burien paid off the Polit for to paid for the rapairs and put us in a 2018 Nissan Sentra with 36k miles on it Honda of Burien went above and beyond to correct the problem so Kudos to Honda of Burien. Warning yo anyone doing business with Autos Only or thinking about do business with Autos Only get your vehicle check out at a dealship. The employees of Autos Only are lairers and horrible dishonored about they vehicles and will not help with damages they will only bandaid the repairs to keep the vehicle running.

I have had two good experiences with Autos Only Burien. I bought a Pontiac Vibe from Noel approximately 8 years ago. I was in a pinch to get transportation over a single weekend due to one of my three daughters totaling my work vehicle on a friday, while I was away on a business trip. Noel made it happen. Out of all my vehicles this Vibe has out performed and outlasted them all. So when another married daughter ask dad do you have any suggestions, I did not hesitate to send her to contact Noel at Autos Only in Burien. I had my heart set on a very specific car, and I wanted to get my loan through my credit union, which by using their website to search for affiliate dealerships who use the CUDL program, I found Autos Only in Burien, WA and they had the exact car. Super easy so far! I drove down same day, test drove a nice, clean 2013 Prius V in RED! :) I bought it, And they took my trade in for the price Id hoped, and the loan through the credit union, WECU, was all handle in house. they even through in new wipers.The staff was casual, friendly and energetic. They all wore masks, had the lobby set up for distancing and gave my friend cold bottled water on a hot day! I felt safe and comfortable.Two weeks later, we had our first rain storm overnight which relieved leaks in my windshield seal. I called up Noel at Autos Only and he went right to work, set up a repair with Safelite Glass, in my town, so I wouldnt have to drive back down to Burien, 100 miles away from my home. I have an appointment on the books and am very satisfied. I would buy from them again and send friends too. Great place for used Prius.

Dont buy a car from here they over price there vehicles by $2,000 more then blue book. Customer service is very poor for this dealership. Not willing to drop there prices. But good thing there are many more dealerships that will give better pricing and better customer service then this place.

I dont like to leave negative reviews, but my experience here was not a good one. Their contract you sign gives up your right to take them to court.If you buy a car here, MAKE SURE you get it inspected at a different mechanic shop.The salesman Tim said parts had been ordered to fix a couple problems with a car, so I said I would buy it as long as I had a written agreement that they would fix the issue with the car. Got the agreement, and they said they would call me to schedule the fix. Never got a call. So I brought the car in and they looked at it and said they fixed the issue. Right when I drove away I still had the issue.I brought the car back a few days later, and the salesman Tim said the mechanic didnt work on Wednesdays, but then he realized it was Thursday and said the mechanic works at a different Autos Only location on Thursdays. So I walked to the mechanic garage in the back and saw the mechanic there working.They told me my car was fixed 2 different times, and I brought it in 3 times, and the Manager kept assuring me they would fix it, but there was no follow through and they never made the effort to contact me. I took my car to a different shop and within 5 minutes the mechanic saw my battery was over-voltage and I needed a new alternator.My car also had an engine code the next day, which the manager assured me they didnt know about before hand.Everyone here is kind and great at reassuring and making you feel good, just no follow through with any agreements.
Bought a car all good. But man to bring it back and say they would fix some small issues such as door and ABS light was hard to fit in my schedule. Come back and this eastern male said they going to charge me extra saying cars are sold as is. But i kept explaining to him that they said they were going to fix it at no charge. I could do it myself which is what im going to do now due to the lack of service the eastern guy that was at the front on his phone. Not only was i trying to explain to him what they told me and promised but who goes and talks to another co-worker as i explain something to him. Yes youre a dealer but that does not mean you can just ignore me during our chat. And i wasnt being loud or anything but why stick around people who think youre just going to keep coming back? Overall everyone else was great. BUT you ARE going TO have ISSUES with your car here. It could be small but its something for you to come back to.

Google reviews has a character limit of 4000, which means I LITERALLY cannot come close to explaining how horrible my experience with this dealership has been. I do, however, feel an obligation to warn anyone who decides to purchase a vehicle here: TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC TO HAVE IT THOROUGHLY INSPECTED. They will use a clean carfax report as a selling point, knowing full well that the vehicle has been rebuilt. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE AS A CONSUMER, BAR NONE.
I only was there for a brief amount of time, looking for a new Honda Civic in my price range. But while I was at the dealership, Jeremiah offered me great hospitality. When I’m ready to buy a new vehicle, I will for sure be thinking of him!
Dealer kept getting louder & continuously speaking over me. Dealer did not know anything about the car when asked. Even if i had liked the car, I wouldnt ever buy from him. Also dealership is a one price kind of gig. Which is a massive red flag as a buyer.

Bought a car here for over $11,000. It went through their “125 point inspection,” but they neglected to tell me that the coolant had metallic particles in it and the head gasket was blown. I now have to pay around $4,000 to get it fixed. I called them several times only to get the runaround. I learned my lesson. Never buy from them or any lot that gets their cars from auction. They’re at auction for a reason. These people are crooked.
Bought a 2011 Mazda Miata from here and was financed by Santander . If anything don’t ever accept Santander I paid 3 years of the car just to be still exactly at the same price of what I owe. I was doing car payments from a Nissan dealership and I bought a car for 30,000 I paid 600 monthly and it showed the progress of how much I owe. 3 years later I owed $20,000.Bought a Mazda Miata from here around $13,000 and 3 years later I still owe $13000.Update to response: if what I said was true, first of all I wouldn’t make the time to type a review . 2nd of, correcting a customer trying to have a reason to be right is not going to help raise reviews for your company . So therefore their customer service is a POS. You don’t value customers . Don’t buy here and buy somewhere else that will give you better loan companies and better customer service
I have a son with Autism who has endured so much pain and rejection from his peers that he has little to no selfworth which breaks my heart.He found a car here that he thought he MUST HAVE. Pictures were good but, of course, one needs to actually experience the vehicle.Pre-approval was done over the phone with Jeremiah. A few days passed and we were able to meet in person at the dealership. We live about 75 miles away.Jeremiah met with us to show us vehicles that he thought would be suitable for a 1st car. My son...stuck on a particular car, cut him off and asked about this specific car. I noticed that Jeremiah never mentioned the car that my son initially was interested in when we arrived. I wondered why he didnt mention it but he agreed to show it to us.We saw the car. It was exactly as pictured and quite adorable. However, there were major issues. I didnt want my son to settle however I know this kid wont just listen, he needs to see. So, we test drove it. By the time we returned, I was able to have physical evidence why this car was not the one.My son was stuck on a price point. He didnt understand the variables of financing and asked to see another car in the same price range. Jeremiah was happy to show him a less adorable but much more sound alternative. I knew right away that my son would not agree to this car however Jeremiah was building a relationship with Owen and encouraged him to drive it anyway.Once we returned, Jeremiah already anticipated that Owen would reject the car. And had approval already for a different car that would not only be in the budget but also Owen approved, Mom approved AND Grandma Approved. He also reassured Owen that his mother (me) is very wise and Owen should listen. Of course, Ive been telling him that since he was little but he truly believed it coming from Jeremiah. LOLJeremiah presented a beautiful 2011 Honda CR-Z that was over double the price of the less desired car and the rejected car. Owen lost hope at that point. But Jeremiah reassured him that the groundwork was already done and YES, Owen, YOU can get this car! A MUCH better car!Owen couldnt believe it.Jeremiah stayed after closing hours to talk with Grandma on the phone in another state. He explained everything as the paperwork was filled out. He encouraged my son to not settle for less than he deserves and Owen truly took that to heart.Jeremiah was extremely patient. He allowed my son to go through a process of actually looking close at things and not just taking them at face value. That is NO easy task with an individual on the Spectrum. Jeremiah easily could have just convinced my son to buy a vehicle that really was not the best fit, collected his commission, and then went home without another thought. But, Jeremiah didnt do any of that.Thank you, Jeremiah, for validating my son and being patient while he processed everything that we were trying to do. He is extremely happy and SO VERY PROUD of his 1st car! I really appreciate the time you took and the extra work to raise Owen up to a higher standard! And thank you for encouraging him to dream bigger and work for better! He will not forget this evening. You really lifted him up and gave him confidence that it is okay to say no and want better! I will recommend you to anyone who needs a vehicle no matter where you work!

Called with an offer on a specific vehicle they had and the sales rep on the phone confirmed they could do that and to come in next day. We drove an HOUR to them just to find we had to renegotiate and they were no where near the offer that was already approved over the phone. You know what they told us? Oh, well the guy in finance who approved the offer only works here part time.. How is that an excuse? Wasted our time.They wanted us to pay retail price on a non retail price car. We knew there was work to be done on that car so why would we pay full price for it?Update 4/27 to reply:Your response doesnt apply to my review. We were given a specific discounted amount by YOUR sales rep employee. I had no misunderstanding of the price. We were not told sorry no negotiations, WE were given a negotiated price by YOU.Thus wasting our time with traveling and paperwork all to be told no.Yes, you should train your employees better to understand your own sales.
We had a positive experience overall with salesman Shawn and sales manager Noel. After we bought our car, an inspection by an outside mechanic revealed issues with the battery, tires, and some burned-out light bulbs, and Autos Only replaced the battery and the lights for free.I give four stars rather than five because we had a hard time getting prompt responses while trying to contact them following the inspection. This was worrying because our deal was a three-day return period if major issues were found, and we were afraid time would run out before we could get everything resolved.
Our experience here has been phenomenal. We sent in an inquiry over night and got a response within 12 hours. We came in the next day and worked with Tim closely who was more than helpful and personable. He spent a lot of time trying to make sure everything was perfect for our new car! He was fabulous. We also worked with Noel who made the magic happen. He helped us figure out the numbers to make it work for us. Autos Only Burien is great! I highly recommend.

After getting in an accident I was in a hurry to get a new vehicle and not only did they help me find exactly what I wanted/needed, they also helped by carrying the most affordable vehicles. Ask for Larry. Straight up guy who is honest, helpful, responsible, and a good communicator. This dealership is a “no haggle zone” business. He told us that from the beginning and that was helpful. The car had a transmission issue and he shepherded it through the repair process, staying after hours, coming in on his days off and calling every day with updates.

I just bought a ‘17 BMW convertible 4 series of my dreams @ AutosOnly in Burien. From the moment I saw it I knew I wanted it! Jeremiah was my car salesman, and made sure that I was able to test drive it right away. No hassles. No rush. He let me test drive it as long as I wanted and went to “bat” for me when it came down to the deal. He got me approved for financing. Got my monthly payments as close to my desired payment goals. I would give this 0 stars if I could. I cannot even remember the name of the snake ( he said he was the floor manager though) who sold me a 2007 toyota yaris that ended up breaking down in the middle of the freeway within a month of purchasing putting my life and other drivers at risk. The salesman promised me he liked going home and sleeping at night and would never sell me a car with problems and that they would fix the check engine light. It took me weeks to attain my title and license plate and I had to drive an hour away multiple times when it was unnecessary. I even called to make sure my title was available before making the drive down just to show up and have them tell me there were complications.I was missing a hub cap and the car needed a deep interior cleaning so the day I purchased the car I did not take it home and then two days later when I drove all the way back with a friend so I could drive the car home they told me it was not ready. I took the car home and it was still missing pieces I was given empty promises and there was a sticky yellow liquid in the cup holders. I did however like the finance guy Noel and Hershel tried to fix what the other dealer lied about but was unable to follow through/ unauthorized to fulfill his promises.

They have worst and negative thinker customer service, they don’t even let you to give your opinion. I was asking one of the sale person “can the price is a little low if I pay in cash?” He said “I don’t want waist your time” the he walked out I said “what!”. I was so upset, So they don’t even have good management system. I just went to buy a car and as a sales person he should negotiate instead think negatively. I never see a sales person like him. I didn’t catch his name but he is tall, white guy. I will say to this negative thinker sales person, “don’t judge the book by only the cover, be treat people as equal as a person since you are one of them”
Sold me a car with a ton of problems and when I asked for help with them. (1 day after purchase) I was out of luck.it was strange, when I was asking questions about the car the answer was always, all of our cars go through a 100 point inspection. But when I came back and pointed out the problems their inspection had missed the answer was, well its a used car, its going to have lots of problems.Its also worth noting that I checked the air filter and cabin air filter when I got the car home the night I bought it. The cabin air filter was FILTHY. I wish I had taken a picture of it for this review, but I just chucked it. It had leaves and sand in it and was almost pure brown. 100 point inspection my a$$.This place might have good deals on cars, but they bought them at auction and will pass whatever flaws they find on the cars down to the consumer. My advice is to check the car extremely thoroughly inside and out if you chose to shop here.Edit: owned the car for 2 months or so and the coolant and brake fluid needed to be topped off because this dealership didnt do it during their inspection. They sold me a car with all of the fluid levels low, except the oil which had been freshly changed.
I was very interested in a car listed, put a deposit to hold it and my husband and I took it for a test drive with the sales manager. Getting into the car there was a light on but it wasnt the check engine light. My husband drove first and while driving it up a hill, the car chugged, the engine light came on and the brake light came on. We stopped, exchanged drivers, there was a strong smell of burning and the car would not move while in drive. The manager did something so the brake was released, but the brake light stayed on all the way back to the dealership. While I drove it there was no apparent trouble - no hills, just flat road. The manager said it would go into the shop and would be repaired. Later in the week I was told the transmission would be repaired and the car would be available on Tuesday. when he would return, but he was anxious to return my deposit. I just learned that the car was sold right after my deposit was refunded even though I had indicated I was still interested and he had no problem with me taking the car to have an independent technician check it out when it was back. Just really shabby customer service and lack of integrity. My problem will never interfere with this company not taking care of its customers. He never called back and Steve, the sales person I had originally talked with, was absolutely dishonest when I inquired after not hearing back and hung up on me. How can they stay in business?
This is how dealerships should be. They treat you very nice, reasonable prices, and they work with challenged credits. They help get back on your feet and fix your credit. Noel is very nice sales manager, really understands you and helps with any issues you have. Tim in finance is very honest, give you the best rate, helps you truly understand financing and gives you knowledge that other people don’t. They take the extra mile to help you. Great service overall! My husband and I came into this dealership and was greeted by Moe and he knew my name and had the vehicle ready for me as I arrived and did not have to wait a minute ! He was very polite and professional, he used my name when he spoke to me and that made me feel more comfortable and seemed to care about finding the vehicle that meets my needs. The vehicle drove great! Came back and he introduced me to his sales manager(Rami?) who found me the best bank with the lowest interest rate ! He also introduced me to Sam who was also very polite and pro! I was missing a small part for the car, they ordered it on the same day i was there and I texted Moe a few times and he responded in a timely fashion. Even though I felt like I was bugging him, he still responded and made sure I received my part. It did take a few days but with this covid I am happy he got the part for me. I still have the vehicle that is USED! Any used car is going to have something minor here and there! I am just confused on why ppl are rating 1 and leave the comment complaining about very MINOR ISSUES ON A USED CAR! but they dont mention the great deal they got, the interest rate, and how the vehicle is still driving. ANYWAY great service! from the first phone call to MOE to signing the papers with Rami? and TILL THIS DAY! the vehicle runs smooth and great on gas ! And my husband will be back soon for service! And I will refer friends and family! Definitely coming back in the future !

I can’t tell you how bad the service I received her was. I traveled almost 3 hours to purchase a vehicle. Did everything on my end, had put a deposit on the car. When I arrived the staff couldn’t find the keys, the gas tank was empty, the battery died when we went to fill it up. Terrible experience. I even called the morning I was traveling and the dealership still wasn’t prepared.Go somewhere else. Wasted a day if traveling and taking time off work.
I went with my mom so she could buy a car and it was the easiest car buying experience in 40 years for her (easier than writing a review on google). She only cried happy tears! Tim was funny, helpful and got her an amazing interest rate. He also was not pushy at all and let my mom make her own decisions. Neil, the salesman was attentive, knowledgable and very honest about the details of the car, which was used. Noel, the sales manager was also very friendly and introduced himself to us both. It was an easy experience overall and I will probably go back to buy a car there myself. Definitely worth the 80 minute drive from where my mom lives!!
They might have good cars, but the service at this place absolutely stinks. They just want their cars off the lot and not customer centric whatsoever.If service is something you value, don’t go here. You’ll be disappointed at every step of your journey.
I bought a vehicle with autos only. I am advising anybody buying vehicles with them to be careful. They have terrible customer service and don’t value the customers. The vehicle they sold me had issues and needed to be fixed. The tires worn out. I raised my issues to the Manager and they told me nothing can be done for me. This place is unworthy of your time and money. Please go somewhere else
I bought a used car from one of their other locations last August, but took it here after purchasing because I had some issues with it (some of which they agreed to pay for). Their helpfulness and professionalism was extremely inconsistent at this location. They addressed the issue they had promised after I bought the car (I took a risk by not getting it in writing, they still honored it so that is notable), but it took several months (January of next year) of me making several trips driving up there from Olympia and back, being turned away even when I had an appointment...but they eventually fixed it. I advise a purchaser to get it in writing as well as a service deadline. They for sure gave me the run-around, intentional or not...I had to be persistent as hell to get them to do what they agreed upon. I wasted a lot of time, as well as money, as I had other service-related work done here that was not satisfactory. Michael Daniels was great and patient even when I could tell he secretly wanted to punch me, and the actual mechanics in service are good guys, I gathered that--- there are just a lot of gaps in terms of running a professional business with consistent customer service that shows they care about customers. I will never bring my vehicle here for service again, and hope they improve the interworking of this location in time. For reference, I did reach an agreement with the business owner and have recovered some of my losses, which I appreciate. And had he not done this, my review would have been a one-star review. And a four or five star had it not taken nine months to resolve all of this. But overall, it is probably safe to buy a vehicle from here as long as it is thoroughly inspected, but for service, Id go elsewhere.
I do not post reviews, but want to warn potential customers of Autos Only Burien. Most of the guys here are very personable, BUT DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE unless you have it inspected by an outside mechanic before the sale! Their service department simply cannot be trusted. A car I purchased NEEDED TWICE ITS VALUE IN REPAIRS, including DANGEROUSLY unfit brakes. I tried to tell the initial salesman I had worked in sales and asked him to spare me the usual hook routines, I simply needed to replace a totaled car quickly. Even so, he tried the “we’re getting so many hits for that vehicle, a girl was just in here about to buy it, but she didn’t qualify for financing…” and the “it’s such a good find that I considered selling it to a family member, you know it’s a great deal when the salesman wants to keep it in the family…” shticks. On the test drive I commented that the brakes felt really soft, but I am no mechanic. I understand that used cars are sold as is, but they assured me they had fully inspected the vehicle and it had no major problems. After they fixed the mysteriously detached back seats (it took them two tries to figure it out) I bought the car on the condition that the 72-hour service return policy would be in effect (this is a law in WA I believe). A highly regarded shop did the inspection the next day and identified so many problems -- including stuff that made the car downright unsafe to drive -- that I promptly returned it. The original salesman I dealt with was somehow the upset one, and didn’t understand why I wouldn’t let him try to upsell me or “get me into a financing package for a better car.” THE WORST PART: even though I provided them with the extensive service inspection report which I paid for, they turned around and relisted the deathtrap the next day!? They are clearly hoping to sell the car to some other unsuspecting overly trusting buyer without addressing the extensive issues. THESE ARE PREDATORY SALES PRACTICES. If the 2009 Ford Focus is still listed on their site (it is currently), stay away. But I would strongly suggest staying away from Autos Only Burien generally if this is their business model.
Not a fan. Went in to look at a car. First off, I had an appointment and sat in the lobby for 30 minutes, the gentleman I had an appointment with never showed and proceeded to text me the next day to confirm our Thursday appointment (this is on Friday)? The guy I did work with was quite pushy, acting like I wasn’t worth his time, offered me practically nothing for my car and quoted me a 12-18% interest rate.... I am a first time buyer but felt like they were really trying to screw me. Won’t be returning.

I purchased a car at Autos Only last summer and paid in full at the time of purchasing. The manager required me to sign for a credit inquiry despite me not taking out any loans to purchase the car, and he assured me several times that it wasnt a hard inquiry that would show up on a credit report.It turns out that it was indeed a hard credit pull, which was entirely unnecessary and damaged my credit score. In addition, it took me calling five times for Autos Only to send me a refund for the amount they over-charged me for registration. Overall, there is a lack of financial literacy and competency here, and I would recommend going elsewhere to find a more professional staff.
