Would never have bought a car here if I knew what I know now.Bought a used Tesla and the dealer didn’t transfer the VIN so I’ve been unable to charge the car or register a Tesla account. This leaves me with overpriced and very slow charging options or charging at home which you only gain 3 miles an hour. I’ve called the dealer multiple times and they have not been able to fix the issue. They did offer a free car wash or charging cable but that ultimately doesn’t fix that they still have control of the VIN. This is a safety issue in Tesla as the old owner can still track the car and open the doors/drive the car. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I have the registration and everything, and still cannot transfer the VIN because of the dealership.Worst financial decision of my entire life. Regret this everyday. I’ve asked them for a full refund and they’ve said that all sales are final. That is the only way I’d be happy with how this turns out. Not worth the hassle, do not recommend.

This place is THE WORST place to buy a used car, me and my husband have been in the shop 4 times in the last 5 months I’ve had my car………… the warranty does not cover ANYTHING and the sales manager is rude and unprofessional.

Unfortunately one of the worst experiences ever! We bought a used 2016 Kia Sedona from this dealer in May 2021. At the time, the car was missing a headrest so the sales person told us we will send you a headrest shortly. After 1 month of continously calling they finally sent us a headrest but it was the wrong one and had all sorts of dirt on it. The car itself has a lot of cosmetic issues and then the AC stopped working. It was already pretty bad for a 2016 Van with only 80K miles on it then conveniently after 4 months the engine head gasket failed so that was another $8400. Used car for more than a new car UGH....

I honestly want to give these guys more stars but unfortunately I just can not.I purchased my vehicle back in October. Within two weeks of taking it home I noticed that it was giving me a hard time to start. I called them and told them about the problem. I brought it in, they took a look at it and said nothing was wrong with it but it kept giving me problems starting and they kept telling me nothing was wrong. I finally took it somewhere else and They told me my battery is dying(hence why my car was giving me a hard time starting) I need an alignment and three other things wrong with the car that are not covered under my extended warranty. I knew something was wrong! Lesson learned go with your gut! Now I am stuck paying out of my pocket less then 6 months purchased over 1,000 in Repairs. I did call them recently and they said “ sorry we can’t do anything “!All because I trusted the ‘pros’. I am really upset with myself for not going with my gut I should of pushed but everyone kept looking at me like I was crazy.

Very good experience. Firstly, I love my car, it is super clean condition with very good carfax. Doug helped me a lot with the dealing process and had nice conversation with him. So I bought the car on that day even though I had no plan buying a car that day. But then, I had an issue because of my misunderstanding, but miguel handled the situation professionally by going over all the documents and clarify to make me understand. Let me first say that my wife HATES buying a car because she has never had a good experience and hates negotiating and the let me talk to my manager stuff whereas I enjoy negotiating and hunting for a good deal. We have a big family and are growing yet again and needed a larger-sized van for our family. My wife found a decent price on a newer van and so we visited Legend. I tend to buy from the bigger dealers and usually purchase certified so you get the additional warranty and so I was skeptical of Legend initially but I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was great and were very careful with health guidelines for COVID 19. The van was really well-priced for the market and after inspecting it I presented lower offer, which accounted for a couple little things on the van that needed detailing or repair (minor) and the Sales Manager overheard me and walked out and said Sir, we plenty of crazy, lowball offers but THAT is the the most reasonable offer Ive heard in a long time. Deal! Of course it was nice to hear that :) but where Legend really showed how helpful they are was over our unique financing situation. We were closing on our home later on that week and explained that we needed the larger van right away since we sold our other vehicle but that we could not finish the financing until after our home closing. The Sales Manager was incredibly gracious and accommodated our situation exactly as we requested. 5 stars, great people and great follow up. Several months later, we are loving our vehicle!

Every time you go to a dealership, you always get screwed. The trick is to try to get the least amount messed over. John helped me out and I ended up tradin in my junker for a really cute newer car. The process was pretty fast and easy. I told him my budget and though it went over it included a general warranty for the engine and transmission for 3 years.. so that helps me not be so nervous. The car was a bit overpriced but I was happy to get out from under my old loan and have a lower interest rate with a safe car. 1 star off because he said it only needed air in the tires, yet did not offer to fill them for me...and it turns out the tire pressure sensor is broken. Wish they would have offered to fill the tires up there but I had a feeling they knew it was broken and just didnt want to deal with it. I didnt even think about it till I got home and checked to see the pressure was fine. They will try to rush you so stand your ground and take your time.The guy who helped me with the final paperwork was very professional and made it easy. He explained everything and I was given a copy of everything. Something that some dumps dont do. Really loved this place and will come back here in the future if I need to.

Great communications from the get go. Then at the dealership was able to test drive 2 vehicles before choosing one (2015 Audi Q7) Smooth negotiations in purchasing and trade in price. The entire process from stepping into the lot to going home with the car took about 2 hours. Love the car. Did find some minor scratches and a tear on rubber trunk seal after taking it home, (my bad for not catching them at the dealership) so I definitely recommend full THOROUGH check before purchasing any used cars, here or anywhere for that matter

It is in your repair shop now. Bought a truck 6 months ago and has been in repair shop 3 times already. Got the warrant coverage and it Doesnt cover anything. Now the throttle body is bad and it is part of the powertrain for which is supposed to be covered. But was told it was NOT covered.

I purchased a 2015 VW Tiguan here on Sunday. I went in knowing what I was looking at, having done the research a head of time. the car was clean, just as the pictures on the website, ran great! and the sales man, Nathan, really didnt try to direct me during the test drive, so I was able to really do what I felt necessary to get a feel for the car. Nathan wasnt pushy about selling me this, or any car and I initiated going to sign papers. The office is really nice and comfortable, and the manager even looked into different finance options to get me the best deal. while waiting Nathan was really easy to talk to! we had shared interest in travel and were able to go on and on about that.over all I have no regrets about making a deal at Legend, and would definitely go back in the future!

We test drived and got approved and filled out all final paperwork I went prepared with everything they normally ask for and I had already chosen a car I liked online so the process was so fast. Everything was good to go, i got two vehicles at the same time have the cars about less than 2 weeks both check engine lights come on a day after each other then the Cadillac breaks down they tell me the cars warrantied I bought an extended warranty did not realize I had to pay $250 deductible then they give me a bill because they did not charge me enough not for my tabs they charged me $201 for my tabs and tax and Licensing it was actually $455 so they come back asked me for $254 not happy with this place at all they have some good people there and not-so-good people there if you make a mistake you fix it dont come back and keep charging somebody scared even take the car back up there for anything else they promised they told me they was going to give me a free oil change and inspection and fix all four wheels that was curved just going to have it done myself so at least I know is done right.

Super helpful!! Best sells lot Ive ever been too. Most places are focused on selling you the most expensive car just to make a sale, but Abraham helped us with everything he could & was understanding of my situation. Never had an issue with any of the cars on this lot, & when my car insurance screwed me over, he was able to get me into a newer car, same monthly rate & LOWERED my insurance!! Even insurance companies didnt help us this much. One of the other gentleman that works here also remembered me when I came to get my own changed & remembered my son & asked about him. 11/10 recommend coming here for your first car/trade in.

UPDATE: We contacted legend and they said to bring it in to have it looked at which we did, transmission is bad and torque converter, they offered to fix it and cover half the cost. We said no thats still to much, they called back and said they would fix it FREE of charge! That is really an amazing thing that we really didnt expect! Its currently at the shop at legend getting worked on. They called and said it needs a radiator and one other thing too. So hopefully after all the work is done it will drive fine and not cause anymore problems!. So far we are very happy and satisfied with how this was handled. Will update again when we get the truck back.My boyfriend purchased a 2015 chevy silverado here and has had it just over a month. Immediately after bringing it home we started feeling something weird when driving it and we now realize it is the transmission, this will be a costly fix! Not happy at all.

They are liars, from the management to the employees. They tell my uncle one thing and the next they tell him something completely different. Such frustrating experience. I was completely done with them and i just left unsatisfied and mad at the situation.

What you can expect from car sales. Bought a 2015 Tacoma a few months ago. Good clean truck, fair price, quick sales process (couple hours with loan approval). My rating deduction is because of Doug, the sales individual. He was a real pushy trickster. Tried to tell me the tires were brand new (he meant to say cracking?).Visit them but take everything slowly.

Initially, we had an excellent experience with this car lot. We purchased a Honda Civic for roughly 4,500 here and everyone was nice and welcoming. However, within only 4 months of owning it and VERY minimal usage because of COVID, we have to put over $1,900 worth of work into it. A few days ago, is when we noticed the issues. We visited a few different mechanics to get multiple perspectives on the issues and here’s what they said:The timing belt and serpentine belt were extremely worn/torn, there’s a cracked oil pan, the brake pads were worn down to 2mm (despite me asking MULTIPLE TIMES when they were replaced and I was told they were BRAND NEW when we purchased the car), and a whole other plethora of issues.

Back in December 2018, we unexpectedly had to find a car for our college student. We went to Legend Auto Sales because of a program with our credit card company. Ive held off on a review because I wanted to give a review after having the car for awhile to make sure no issues cropped up that would affect my review.The staff were very nice and helpful. This was just before Christmas, so it was crazy! The sales guy (and unfortunately, I misplaced his card, so I cannot remember his name) was awesome. We told him what it was for, that it was our daughters first car, and she would be away at college. He helped us find a good car that was in our price range. He did not try to get us to spend more than we wanted. When I inquired about a car I had seen online for their inventory, he was honest in that it had some issues, he mentioned what they were, and that he could not honestly recommend it to her. I appreciated that.Almost 8 months later, my daughter has had no issues with her car. Shes driven home and back to college a few times and thats about a 200 mile round trip not counting the local driving she does at school.

Ok so where should I begin...my original rep was the manager by the name of Edgar. Edgars hospitality was pleasant and honest. He explained that he was busy and appointed me to Abraham. Abraham understood my request and what I wanted when I wanted it. Once he realized I was military he thanked me for my service and continued being very hospitable. Overall my experience there was good and pleasant.

Let me start up by saying that we stop by saturday, as soon as we parked our car the sales person came out with a big smile on his face. We was looking for a suv for my daughter, we walk the whole dealership and found nothing, one thing is that the sales person show us lots of patience. As we was ready to leave, the sales manager Abraham came out and told us that they had just received one audi suv. He went back inside and pull up with with the suv. We took it for a test drive and as we pull in the first word that came out of my daughters mouth was. (daddy i love this suv) They gave us a great deal super low interest rate and a very comfortable monthly payment. Dont look somewhere else legend really cares for his costumers.I been at multiples dealerships and this is the best hands down.

Ive had a chance to visit many used car lots that feel flaky and sales people are rude. This dealership truly feels different !!!I have previously bought a vehicle from them. Overall was satisfied. So I came back as a return customer and again wasnt disappointed. Sales manager Arturo promised to take care of me from get go and did exactly that.
