My wife & I visited this store yesterday and have been for years. Primarily for ice cream, yesterday, we were disappointed when we found the freezer empty & open, obviously out of order. I asked the middle aged gentleman “ there’s no ice cream?” I was thinking it may have been kept in an alternate freezer. The gentleman rudely answered & I quote: “Can’t you see the freezer is not working?” I shot back & this happened in front of my wife. “ Why do you have to be rude?” I asked & just started to walk away. He was still saying something about the freezer.I wish I had noted his name down for this is the second time he was rude to me - once when he was a cashier & was checking me out a couple of years ago. I know he is a long time employee there and he is mostly at the check out counter. The other middle aged lady is nice. Obviously, this has been bothering me still that’s why I wrote this. He has to be at least pleasant to customers. Someone should talk to him about his attitude! If there was another Rite Aid that’s close I would no longer be visiting this store. One rude employee makes a difference!

They lied straight up to me when asking if they had a “list” for LEFT OVER vaccine at the end of the day. The young man in pharmacy said there was a list but the store couldn’t put you on it.I called corporate - no list for left over vaccines at the end of the day.. The pharmacy AND the website need to get this addressed. I have several underlying conditions but need to travel across State lines. Once I leave State lines, I can’t receive vaccine.

I have to agree with the general consensus. The staff at this location has terrible customer service. I only go here for the ice cream, and occasional bottle of whiskey. Their prices on spirits are usually about 20% lower than the local liquor stores. I would never get prescriptions here. You want courtesy and compassion in a pharmacist. You be hard-pressed to find that here.

The pharmacy is a mess. They are short staffed and when getting medicines, sometimes there is only one pharmacist, and I can’t pick up my meds. Many say they are rude, maybe in some way. But they don’t know the process of running this pharmacy. I can go on and on. Rite Aid in Woodland Hills was great and treated me well. I am honestly fearful of not getting my meds on time at Burbank Rite Aid. It is not controlled properly. I asked for a refill which they said will be ready in two hours. I came late at night, and still it wasn’t there. It was an emergency situation. I’ve been to great pharmacies all my life. I move and it all changed. Now I got the worst pharmacy I can conceive of because of my new location. Listen, no one’s perfect. I understand that. But they have to get it together. This is not from anger but from reality of the way things run. The store itself, I don’t know. I only get my meds, so can’t judge them. Hate me, but I’m telling my side of the story. It’s as if the pharmacists have no experience.

I am changing pharmacys because they are slow and I never get a call or text when my prescription is ready! Only after the fact is when I receive the text. Waste of time. The CEO needs to be informed of the poorest quality customer service of this store asap. The ratings keep dropping for this store.

One of the nicest Riteaids ive been to. The new employee didnt know how to refund my item, right away she called the manager, who could have just done it herself.. but she took the time (it was still pretty quick) to show her why it didnt work b4. excellent mentor. lovely employees

Pharmacists here have become extremely rude and combative, had to transfer my prescriptions to Dana Drug instead, and this is coming from someone whos been using this Rite-Aids pharmacy for over 5 years. Theyve got this new short, round pharmacist whos just awful, always has a frown on her face and act like shes running a pre-LA riots Inglewood liquor store. She wouldnt get a prior-authorization form to my doctor, wouldnt refund my payment after the prior-authorization was approved (another pharmacist did the prior-authorization) and wouldnt write down what my new meds were for.

This is my local Rite-Aid pharmacy, which I used to go to for all my sundry items and prescription medication. However, they are understaffed and the pharmacy workers are rude, and there is no personal service is non-existent. I now go to CVS pharmacy for all my needs, and I would recommend that everyone do the same!

I should have checked out the reviews before coming into this place. The people working are super slow and they dont really care to serve customers. I needed a case open to grab product and I roamed for 15 minutes to find an associate, then waited for him to come to the shelf for another 20. Would never come back.

The pharmacist threatened to call police on me, a 63 yo woman alone in the store rather than call my doctors office and iron out a problem!! She also hung up on me and lied to me. She is mentally ill. Somebody at Rite Aid should notice her horrific behavior. She is using her position to abuse people. The short round faced person. I agree totally with the other review on her. Beyond BAD!

I really loathe this place. The pharmacy department is a displeasure to deal with. The assistants are rude, and the pharmacist doesnt speak English. Most of the clerks dont speak English, either. It has gotten to the point where our family will not go to this Rite Aid for any reason.
