Worse service ever. The clerk is not a competent kid. He can not determine an emergency. Terrible service. No Wonder there is no success at this business.

The worst service of all the cashier Marco wasn’t even professional. I paid for a car wash the machine was not working the proper way I went and I told the cashier Marco and he said that he cannot do nothing for me that I lost my money That no refunds. I just wanted my car to get wash. I pay for my car. He basically kept my money. Shell is making money on their car wash not working the proper way. I feel someone needs to check on how the car wash machine is not working for the public. The green light is go and the end doesn’t give you any service.

Horrible service, staff is rude, harassing customers. I had emergency and needed to use bathroom, two workers at the store with heavy accent told me that the bathroom is closed due to Covid but if it is an emergency I can go on the street outside of the store.

The payment machine doesnt give change, but there is no warning. It says wait for your change, and then that its out of cash. It gives you a receipt saying change underpayment and says in plain English Please show it to the cashier for your refund. The price was $7.99. I paid $10, the change was $2.01. The cashier refused to pay! He was extremely rude too. Its not about the couple of bucks, but Im sure it happens to bunch of people every day and he makes some extra money by lying in their face... not cool. Will not return.

I wanted to get a car wash there. When i enter the car wash room it didnt work. I went inside there and a old Middle Eatern guy with moustache was the attendant. I ask to help me out to get back and get my car wash or give me my moneyback. He refused both. I didnt get my money or my car wash. Shame on you.

Wish I could give this 0 Stars!!! This Shell car wash malfunctioned and the big roller crashed down through my back window. It destroyed the window, scratched my car, got nasty smelling suds in the car and glass. Shell has not taken responsibility. They do not follow up on calls like they say they will. The manager Andrea is polite on phone but her lack of action says it all. I had to pay for the replacement deductible $250 plus pay to have all the glass removed and have the car detailed to remove scratches and get the odor out of the car by having it steam cleaned another $250. Plus the car wash cost $7.99 and it never actually washed my car...instead it smashed it up. Oh and I had to pay for alternative transportation. Shell should take responsibility for their faulty car washes. I will never get gas nor car washes from Shell.

Most rude employee and waste customer service. I paid 12 dollars cash for a car wash on the machine. Then I went inside the car wash, nothing worked. The cashier was saying bring the receipt, I’ll give the refund. This idiot should know no body pay for car wash to get refund, plus, if I come out the car wash, I have to go back in the line. I’m gonna go to corporate with this .

Poor service, i Purchased car wash from this place and because of other driver mistake I stuck in the carwash for a-few minuets and no one shows up, i puled my car out and stepped in to be able to get a new code, the latino guy refused to give me service and her asked me to leave the place.

The pumps here are weird. i have no issues with any other locations i use. this location, doesnt matter which pump i use, also screws up. it would fill up for about $10 then it would stop and when i manually hold it after a few cents itll stop again. i wasted $25 on two instances. the third time when i gave them $30 cash, sure they refunded me the remaining money but the amount that i spent i didnt have that amount of gas in my car.

Two things. Room mate got robbed here and the attendant staff refused to allow her access to the security records, or to comply with the police requesting the footge, as they had decided to delete the footage instead. There was a really dirty feeling, like these people may have actually been the thieves.Also went through the car wash, the machine broke before even beginning the wash. They refused to provide a refund, or to manually turn the machine on when provided with a receipt. They only provided a complaint sheet (specially tailored to the car wash, meaning that this happens rather often) and said that a formal complaint to the supervisor would have to be made to get the refundDo not support this business, they are crooks and will rip you off.

Lots of driveways easy pumps, next to off & on ramps, for both North & South directions of freeway.

Great prices in Burbank/Glendale area by the 5 north/5 south fwy entrances/exists for a shell gas station. Also has automated carwash & 2x Industrial strength vacuums for cleaning your car. My theory is since theres an Arco gas station right next to this Shell it keeps its prices lower than most Shells to compete with Arco. That means better prices for us!

Automatic carwash left back side of driver brush doesnt work properly and doesnt clean that side.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life by the man named manual the employee there. I will never ever use this gas station or a car wash ever again lesson learned.

Prices are not too far off from Arco, better gas and car wash too, but tends to break down a bit. Wash is ok, but doesnt get whole car clean. Edit: I dont recommend as they do not work with you on refunds or even another wash if it breaks down or if someone backs up on the car wash. Manuel is rude and wouldnt easily give me the number to the manager or owner. I have opted to not go there again.

AVOID!!! THIEVES working there! The car wash was broken and the attendant was EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE. I was 1 of 3 people in a row who had problems, but yet, the attendant not only refused to give any of us refunds or a new code, he aggressively accused us of going through the car wash wrong. Bought gas there last night using Ralphs Rewards. The posted price for regular was $2.799/G. I entered the Rewards # on the pump and it was accepted and then stated that I would receive $.20/ off per gallon. When I started pumping gas, the pump price went blank and didnt show an amount per gallon. Then when I got my receipt, I was charged the REGULAR price without the Ralphs Rewards discount ($2.799 instead of $2.599). I showed my receipt to the cashier who called the manager and spent 15 minutes on the phone keeping me waiting. Then they refused to give me any adjustment for the $2.86 that I was overcharged and told me to call Ralphs Rewards. Dont buy gas here if you want to use Ralphs Rewards--theyve programed their pumps to cheat you out of the discount and you dont really know unless you look at your receipt.

It is a gas station, so pretty standard. Car wash seems to have problems about half the time I want to use it.

Mostly good experiences here. The one exception? They have to turn off the pumps during shift change. How foolish! I sat and waited 10 minutes before leaving to buy gas elsewhere.

I suggest to avoid the car wash here in general. I didnt place the car on the right spot and the car wash never even started but it still ate my money and the cashier refused to give me the car wash that I paid for. She even told me a lot of people have difficulties with this car wash.

This place is a dump. The prices are higher than they say they are here in google maps and all the pumps are scratched up to the point where you cant read any of the screens
