I was having a bad night and Anna the cashier was super nice and very helpful. Honestly made my whole day! Great service!

On Saturday October 9, 2021around 8:50 am I went to pump gas and spent $50. I then proceeded to the store and asked if I could use the restroom. The lady/ cashier said in a rude tone- bathroom is out of order! What a low life, horrible attitude. Never will I use this gas station, shame on Chevron for allowing this type of people to work and represent Chevron. Foreign lady, maybe parents did not teach her good manners. Fat lady needs to get on a tread mill, maybe exercise will do her some good.

Not sure why so many bad reviews... best Chevron price in the area... stop by here after trips to Walmart... doesnt charge higher for credit cards... have not had problem with pump... actually gives paper receipt (usually out of paper at other gas stations)

I received extremely rude service here not only was the gas high compared to other locations. The owner (I only state because he claimed stuff was his) was dismissive when I went up to prepay trying to use the new secured no touch card. He made rude comments about me breaking his machine instead of explaining how it worked. So I was told to I move to another pump and had the same issue. Then he rudely told me you have to click in the holder on the pump after I had to firmly state I know how to pump gas. Not all stations have that rule. Never had no much rude exchanges pumping gas in my life.

Bad customer service. No restroom for paying customers.

I am sorry. I don’t like to write bad reviews but that was the first time when I couldn’t use a restroom on the gas station. Cashier was a bit rude and didn’t let me use a bathroom saying if I am not put the gas (just buying something) I am not a customer of the gas station then. Well he said it’s a policy of Chevron. So not customer friendly policy Chevron! 🙁

I would like to speak to the management of this location immediately as soon as possible regarding fraud that was performed on my debit card at this location. As soon as I hear back from you I will update this review to a five star review

I bought gas and wanted to purchase oil. I asked for restroom they said its out of order. Didnt purchase anything.

Restrooms arent open at this location. Cashier was rude.

DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE. GAS ATTENDANT DOES NOT BELIEVE THAT THEIR CARD SYSTEMS ARE UNSAFE. I ONLY USE MY CREDIT CARD AT THIS GAS STATION AND MY INFORMATION WAS STOLEN! THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER FOR GOOD. DONT COME HERE!!!!!!

Avoid this place like the plague! The pumps all have signs on them that you have to pay inside. When inside, you are met with the rudest cashiers.Tonight I went inside and was greeted with, How much?! I gave him the amount and said I would like to use my Vons card. He gives me a look of disgust, then angrily says, You should have told me that before I started! I responded with, You dont have to be so rude about it! He says, What?! You think Im rude?! Im not rude! I said, Im a customer! You shouldnt speak to customers that way! He then says, Have you never used your Vons card before? You have to give it at the start! I told him I always pay at the pump and never have to pay inside so Im not familiar with the process. He then says, Go now! I dont need your business!! And then he shooed me away with his hand.Okay, well if you dont need business, then Ill let everyone know to go to the Chevron just down the road on the corner of Riverside and Hollywood. Im sure they would be happy to have the business. Or really any of the multiple Chevrons within a mile radius. Whatever you do, just dont go here.

Stopped to get gas, wanted to use the restroom first. I asked if the bathroom was open, the lady responded rudely with “it’s for customers only” . I just left, but wanted to say something. What’s the point. Just rude.

Nice looking station. However the pumps dont usually want to read your credit card. It has a very limited stock in the store despite the large size. No milk and few sugar free drink options. Also extra charges for buying stuff in the store on your credit card. Staff is humorless.

The nicest (museum lookalike!) gas station I ever saw, with friendly and competent staff.

I received very bad service here. I wanted to get $6.00 worth of gas handed the lady a $5 bill, 3 quarters, a dime and 15 pennies and told me she can not accept the 15 pennies. She had no name tag so I asked her name and she said Mary. She was very unproffesional and rude. This will be the last time I will be going to any Chevron.
