Not as big as some. But alot of the basics and place was clean. Staff was nice. You can get covid vaccine here if you go online. Has a photoSpot here to order pictures. The pharmacy was great and on top of there game.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Not only is there always a problem with my prescriptions. They are not friendly at all. Today was the best. Power went out at 4pm. I stay in the area, as soon as powered was restored at 4:30, I rush over to get my meds before they close at 5pm. As I drive up I see the pharmacist and the assistants walking to their cars... its only 4:39. Walgreens is opened, customers going in and coming out so I drive up to the pharmacy window and they have sign that says they are closed due to power outage. EVEN THOUGH the power is clearly on and had only been down 25mins. Lazy workers, thats exactly how they act behind the counter too. Im changing my pharmacy.. Ill go to target instead of having to deal with these lazy employees.

A few days ago, I had a wonderful experience at the pharmacy. The pharmacist, Joanna, was so wonderful and patient with me and explained my medication and it’s directions to me without any attitude. She was so helpful! Also the pharmacy tech, Omar, displayed great customer service and helped me figure out my insurance issue. Thank you both! I left the pharmacy feeling confident and will always remain a patient of Walgreens.

Completely I prideful all pharmacy workers! Who doesn’t answer the phone while you’re on hold for 40 minutes? Like what’s going on that you can’t answer!

Stay away, I’ve been trying to reach pharmacy by phone for the past 3 days, called 10 times at different hours on hold for over 30min at a time. When they finally answer they hang up the phone, or put you back on hold multiple times. Unacceptable for a pharmacy, this ain’t Comcast.

Had my appointment set for my vaccine; however, they made me wait 40 minutes in the waiting area for the remainder of the others to check in to save them time. Very unprofessional.

Zero stars needs to be an option. You lost a longtime customer for good. Staff is rude and the asst manager is even worse. Been biting my tongue for years walking into this store because of the staff. Will pay more and drive elsewhere just to avoid this company and location.

This location is completely unprofessional, and never care to be bothered. I can’t stand this location and the “staff” for Prescriptions Drive-Thru, stay away. Same issues different Days, sadly.

Honestly been looking for a specific formula for my baby all over the 60629 area and I finally found this Walgreens had it on stock. I was trying to be nice and ask the cashier, Yolanda, if she wanted me to stack my basket on top of a huge tower at front, and she ignored me the first time. Not to mention when it was my turn, she said with an unpleasant attitude “NEXT”. Then, I asked her again if she’d like me to continue to stack my basket on to that huge tower (over 15 baskets probably), and she looked at me and rolled her eyes and said I could do whatever I want. She also kept asking very loudly for the other cashier, a young gentleman, to come back to the front. Honestly, it’d be appreciated if I ask in a helpful manner to be reciprocated the same attitude. Otherwise, don’t be at the front of the house.

I was checking out and the employee with short black hair was very rude. I was asking her a question about the price on lotion that I bought and she completely cut me off before I could even finish my sentence. She said you dont have rewards points. I didnt even bother to ask her again. Completely rude and unprofessional employee.

Just went there to buy nicotine patches because I was going to make a effort to quit smoking. After waiting 20 minutes for the manager to come unlock where the nicotine patches are kept, I left empty handed and went to speedway across the street, where it took them .2 seconds to get a pack of cigarettes. If customer service means so little to the manager that they couldnt find 1 free minute in 20 to just hand their keys to someone else, then get a different job.

Starting Aug.1st the pharmacy will be closed between 1:30 and 2:30 for lunch. Why cant they stagger their lunch so people can get their medicine. To me they are under staffed. When you use drive thru, they take a long time to assist you.You wait at least 5 minutes.

To say customer service representative Erika fell short of professionalism with me today would be an understatement. Upon receiving my receipt she stated “your welcome” snydly without me saying thank you. I looked at her and asked why would you say it like that? She said “my company sucks thats why”. I was wearing branded clothing of a large corporate company. I was stunned and offended. I asked her for her name she said it’s Erika...E. R. I. C. A. spelling it out for me. Once again I couldn’t believe the nerve of this girl. I was experiencing an unprovoked attack just because of my job?! I’m filing a complaint tomorrow morning. I’ve been in customer service for 23 years and never spoke to a customer like that.

Great clean and friendly environment... Always have what I need and they are awesome there if I need help...

This place and their pharmacist are retards why do I need to wait 5 minutes in order for the pharmacist to get off her lunch so she can tell me what I can read off the prescription note on how to take my meds .....just let me pay for my meds and go on with my life I dont need directions on medication I pick up every 2 weeks its the SAME! THING! ALL THE DAMM TIME!... pharmacist on a power trip she needs to be replaced!.

Walgreens is committing fraud by charging credit cards and not shipping products.
