Didnt know Neal Adams had a store, so had to stop in when I came across it while visiting Los Angeles. They had a lot of cool merchandise, such as toys and figures, and art books signed by Neal. They carried new releases, and had a small selection of older comics to dig through. The comics looked to be kept in great condition. They also had key issues for sale and graded issues.
Im absolutely obsessed with this place! Nick is awesome, super friendly, knowledgeable, and has a ton of great recs depending on what youre looking for. I came in with some trades and they gave me a fair price and helped leave with a dope new book!
This is the place to go for good comics and for good conversation! The hubby and I come here on a regular basis and will spend at least an hour looking around and talking to Paxton. I love how they have stuff for children too!! Def one of the best comic book stores ever.
The man working behind the counter was very friendly. It was my first time there and I appreciated him checking on us as we strolled through the store. He showed us around and talked about up coming signings, and we even got to meet a writer who works for marvel at he came in with his son. A fun experience I look forward to repeating in the future.
If you want great comics for nice prices, this is not the place to go. If you want to be treated badly and rushed out, man I got the place for you! Crusty Bunkers. Atmosphere just made me feel uncomfortable, and if your a comic collector they dont let you take your time to decide. I brought in my own comics to compare it, and when I asked if they had any of what I needed, the worker looked and asked me to not take out my own comics. He then went to the back to look for me and he never gave me an answer. They were whispering about me saying I looked poor...hello? I can hear you. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable like I said. Ive never been to a comic store this horrendous. Usually comic lovers are enthusiastic and love what they do. I didnt get a Hi when I entered and I didnt get a Have a nice day as I left. And I was so uncomfortable with how I was treated, I didnt even want to walk pass them going out the door. Then at the end the worker told me to Finish up and thats when I left. Makes me sick thinking about this place.
This store is soo chill an it has good selection of comics and toys to choose from
So cool. Loved finding so many toys I used to own!
Nice store. Has a good selection of new books and back issues. Found some good books in the dollar bin. Decent selection in the $5-$20 boxes of silver and modern books too. There are books signed by Neal Adams on the shelves as well. They are doing expansion construction to make this place somewhere people can hang out and watch TV or play games. Thats pretty cool.Best part Neal Adams shows up and signs every now and then. Follow their socials to keep up with his appearances. Sometimes there is CGC witness but not always. Great chance to meet and sit and talk to Neal. Thats the best part about going.
Its a great place if your looking for a very specific thing. If your just looking its a little harder.
Very nice people that work there
Absolutely fantastic store . The customer service was on point. Plus the bonus of the store is its owned bye the most amazing artist in the business Neil Adams . The guy at the counter was Absolutely one of the most friendly guys i have ever met top notch 👌 whenever im im that area its MUST GO 2
Really clean and offers great selection. They have something for everyone. The staff was really nice and insightful without hovering over you. Definitely coming back
Great place for comics toys and nerd games. Set in the heart of Burbank, CA. Great Space owned by Neal Adams and Continuity Productions
Disappointed. Been wanting to come to the shop for awhile. I wasnt greeted upon walking in, even though I spoke and said hello. I asked a few questions, I got one or two words answers. Saw two different people the 2nd person didnt speak to me either. I didnt feel welcomed at ALL. Also, new release wall is confusing. Theres a mixture of trades and current issues, I had a hard time locating certain current runs or understanding the wall system. Also, the bags and boards that are given, arent the correct size for current books. Theyre too small. (However, I will say this is a common comic book store mistake.) The reason this gets a 2 and not a 1 star, is because they do have a very nice selection of both comics, toys and funko pops. There were tons of new pops and I would have bought literally like 8-10 had the service been better but i decided to spend my money elsewhere. Give it a shot, you may have a better experience. I may try again in a year or so.
Awesome comic book store the best
Lots of cool collectables here... We ended up in a 30 minutes conversations with the staff about comic based movies, comics, and artists! Loved the staffs passion & knowledge
This place is the bees knees! Eric James and Anne are the most gracious of shop keeps, and Neal himself is a treasure trove of information. He is literally better than Google when it comes down to the nuances of comic book lore. Which is very important when trying to determine a winner in contested comic book facts....but I digress! This store is fantastic, helpful, well stocked and well organized. And for those of you who enjoy spending more for those elusive alternate comic covers: they have em! Conclusion: Best Comic Store ever! 🐝
I’m a Burbank local and we were excited to be out for a walk when this shop was open. What a wonderland we walked into. The guy working there told us so much about the marvelous programs and community opportunities. We got on their mailing list because there were so many events that sounded appealing. Feels like a neighborhood jackpot. I love the selection. I love the philosophy. We will be back. So excited for the treasures that await, and they are well beyond a comic purchase or two, true artistic nurturing is happening in a very special way.
This place is great. Parking is a little tough. Inside they have all kinds of statues and art prints along with the usual game store things. The guy behind the counter is very friendly. Prices are fair and theres space for gaming.
Great local comic and collectibles store. Super friendly staff.
This is so amazing. If you are a big time comic book fan then this is definitely the store for you. Trust me youll love it. 👍

Awesome place with a ton of comics. The staff was so passionate about comics it was infectious. I left feeling extra excited to read the comics we got.
Stopped in today to check it out and really had a great experience. This looks like it will be a primo spot for comics folks to hang out and have a great time. Ill be back, for sure ...
Love the crusty bunker....wanted to makeout with the pretty lady that works there(nice lips)
Amazing customer service. Cool autographed options. Its still not a completely finished comic book store, and it is a bit pricy...
