My daughter and I walked in because there was a pretty reddish/pink dress at the front. I went and looked at it and it was going to end up being too long so I didn’t get it. The salesperson (mgr/owner?) comes over and starts showing me other dresses and offers a 20% discount on everything. I didn’t want to buy anything else but on a whim purchased this soft maxi dress that was well priced at $26 and this other Italian dress that was around $69 but he told me it was linen from Italy. It was really cute- a Kdrama dress for sure (for those that follow kdramas). Anyhow, my daughter said that she saw the salesperson gleefully dancing around to Beyoncé and JLo when I was looking at dresses and just for that I would have bought more dresses!

I really do not know how to start here because I had the worse nightmare here.The most horrible customer service in my whole entire life.I have been in almost all places different countries but overall this place has a horrible manager on the name of Nathan.The craziest part is that he even wear a jesus Cross.It was my first time getting into the store, then I saw this old salesman who followed me to get everything I touched to try and tell me to buy it all and that he can even charge my debit card as credit.I was telling him no. He kept on pushing.He also say that if there is a damage in the clothes, they could give me a discount.A lot of their items looks good but are damaged.You have to look very carefully.I show him the damage in many clothes, he offered me discount, I told him that I cannot wear something damaged anyway.Then there was that one dress that had a scratch at the bottom, we agreed that I could have the discount.Then I bought it and look at my receipt, there is no discount.I asked him. He said let me show that to my manager through the camera on the ceiling.The manager looked at the damage from the camera ceiling and said he did not see anything and called and started insulting me, I could not even put a word, he did not let me. I had just made over a $400 purchase.There is no refund and I was about to cry mostly because of the treatment. I wanted to call and involve the police.
