It was a very good store. Now it is becoming a bad place. Always out of stuff. And most of the staff dont care about the customer. I shop there a lot. I know a few of the good staff members are there. But the knew ones really are not trained well. And have no manners.

This Superstore is loaded you can find pretty much anything. I just got my moderna booster shot at the pharmacy and they have all three boosters and walk-ins are welcome. I showed up without an appointment and only waited about 15 minutes. Smooth sailing.

I been to this Walmart once before during covid lockdown to pick up my order of hair cutter and didnt have any issues. So I came back here today and I was able to find my gummies vitamin here since I was shopping in the plaza. I was early for my appointment at another store in the plaza so I decided to stop by this Walmart to get my vitamins. I checked on their website to make sure they had what I wanted. When I arrived here, there was a lot of parking spots so I found parking easily. I wore my mask inside and I think they check before you enter the store. I didnt know where I2 was so I had to ask an employee. They were helpful and pointed me to the right area. I then used the self checkout to pay. There was actually no line to coordinate where to line up for the self checkout so it can get confusing.

The curbside pickup gals and guys here are the absolute best! Theyre quick, friendly and get your products loaded nicely, Thank Yall!

It’s your common Walmart that a little bit of everything. I wish the toy and video game selection were better, but I understand that not every customer needs can be satisfied.

This location is the closest to my area, they have a good size grocery department, but they lack in seasonal and home decor items compared to the one I usually go to.

Who doesnt know what a Walmart is like?. Meh. They have a lot of stuff for sale, some at good prices, some at bad prices. Store is clean, parking is easy. The biggest gripe I have is no small shopping baskets so grab a cart on the way in.

I used to be an all target shopper. But this guys over at Walmart just know how to bring you in with clearance, an rollbacks .

Of all the Walmarts in the LA/surrounding areas..this is my go to. Burbank is awesome. Location is great. I usually start here and if I cant find something go to Target next-door. Theres a shopping center/food court outside. Lots of parking.Customer Service has hours and heads up YOU CANT RETURN AIR BEDS ONLY EXCHANGE.Great selection. When its there. Food department is great wish there was more frozen meats.. the refrigeratored chicken scares me.Staff are always decent. Fairly crowded but quick flow...nothing you wouldnt expect froma shopping center in LA.

Go here every time Im in town, and I always found something I did not know I needed it till I found it only here. Plus this Wal-mart has the best cleanse items than any other Ive been to. Always great deals of stuff I need.

The new pick up method is insane. I waited almost an hour for my instore pick up cause it didnt say to pick up outside. Waited 20 mins inside then 40 in my car as there were no open pick up spots.Never will do in store pick up again. Be warned

The tire center needs help. They are always short staff or no one is available. Please get more staff that really loves working on cars. Otherwise the service is not where it should be. And staff needs to be better on service time. Store manager please restructure the tire center asap.

The bigest Walmart store I even seen.

I went to this Walmart on a Sunday with my dad expecting a quick run. It was not that at all.We went in to get swim trunks because my dad couldn’t find his. When we went in. It was very crowded, more than 100 people in the store. Very very crowded that you could barely walk without almost bumping your cart into someone. The fitting rooms were not open & most of the self checkouts were taken. We wouldn’t recommend going on a weekend. This is my first time going to this location and I do not recommend.

Great place. You could find almost about anything tools, electronic, cosmetic, clothing, grocery food, western union, Services was awesome great directions, not overcrowded over all it is awesome.

I went for the customer care center. It only took me about 10 mins because they have the lines split up for returns and money center. This location seems well managed and the staff know what they’re doing.

I dont leave reviews often, only when I am absolutely shocked at the service. Rolando in the Electronics department made my day, and I am passing that on. What an awesome employee, and I hope that his co-workers and managers give him a bit of recognition, it is much needed in this world. The checkout lines could be faster but they have a lot of products for cheap, great produce. I buy their strawberries and they last the entire week. Always clean. Customers can be rude sometimes by not being courteous but that’s LA for you.

I went to purchase automobile air conditioning refrigerant. They were completely out of the product I wanted. The can I attempted to purchase cost $27 but when rung up the total cost was $43. When I asked why it was so much higher. The employee didnt know. I returned the can and got a different brand that cost $34 but when rung up the cost was approximately $45. I asked someone else why the disparity in that advertised cost and the amount rung-up. I was again told they didnt know.Then I noticed that the label on the can referenced a charge of an additional $10 but which would be refunded if the can is returned. It did not state if the gauge included with the can must also be returned.Walmart should have a sign posted explaining the additional charge.

Always well stocked and greater variety of products available compared to other nearby Walmarts. Glad they offer organic produce and foods too at a great price.

The best market in Burbank

The pickup is slow, they didnt have the item that I bought, and it took them forever to give me my refund. This is the worst experience I had picking something up and I wont make this mistake again.

The prices are unbeatable. I always shop from Target and Ralphs, but this is my new favorite store.

Felt unorganized, many opened boxes. Subpar experience. Did not feel like going back soon.

It was my first time there and I had a blast.I went to get a camping shower and left with a full cart and 500.00 later I still had 3/4 of the store to see. They have EVERYTHING. CASHIER was friendly store was clean the greeters and the reciept checker was cool.. it was crowded but I kinda liked it.I miss being around people since the pandemic began.Cant wait to go.again and this time by the things I need.

Well as you all know by now I like things to move fast. And while the return line started out slow they quickly added two more cash your operators before I can even think about complaining. LOL. So that was good. I did have to call for service to get to bike inner tubes out of a locked cabinet. That was strange considering they were only $7 each. But Im sure they have their reasons. I would not hesitate to return back to this store. It was clean and the staff was friendly considering everything were all going through at this time.

Guilty pleasure of access to many affordable products at the cost of lots of neighborhood stores gone out of business. Its ok though because robotically delivered products will soon make Walmart obsolete as well.

Ive noticed in the past 2 1/2 to 3 years. The service there went down. When you asked one of the Walmart employees if they certain item in stock? Their response is (whatever you see there is what we got, or I dont know. Let just say theyre not friendly). A real good customer service would check on their phone to see if they have any in stock.

Walmart is okay, although theyre out of items quite often, we need to take into consideration of how many people shop there. Its got to be tough keeping the shelves stocked up. I tip my hat to them.

Centrally located to just about everything in a really big outdoor mall. Its a good spot to shop and they have great deals on a really large selection of merchandise.

Walmart is anxieties playground. Its so many people there, and luckily there is enough staff to handle the amount of traffic flowing in and out of the store. Its just an experience that I try not to take often.Additionally whenever I Instacart no produce or product is available, as well as the online shopping menu does not match anything that is actually in stores. Its very inconvenient and disappointing to the guests that order when a driver is unable to accommodate that order.Its a big headache to be honest. hence why we do not visit Walmart often.

Always nice and clean.. my 1st complaint is the slow moving lines, open more registers when you see the lines going into the aisles. My 2nd complaint why do I have to then stand in another line to exit and show my receipt after I just stood in line over 25 minutes and spent over 200 dollars 😡.

I went in to buy my father a t.v. and try to surprise him before he gets home from work. When I got home and unload the t.v. it was damaged so I had to drive all the way back to return it and by a new one. A waste of time 3 hours I wont ever get back. Best buy would be a better t.v destination.

Very large supercenter. I usually order online from this location. They provide delivery, as well as pick up services. Service at this location could be improved. They need to hire more employees to accommodate customers, especially because this location is usually very busy. Other than that, I truly love this supercenter.

Had to stand in line twice because I purchased body lotion And it has to be paid for in that section of the store, even though you are shopping for other items in the store as well. The womens bathroom was filthy.
