Lisa is amazing! I went to pickup a dress I ordered. She asked if so wanted to try it on first. I did and the dress barely fit me, zipper didnt go up all the way😩. But Lisa offered to exchange for a size up. I tried that on and it fit perfectly. the vacation dress is so beautiful, its my first order from Vixen. Lisa was such a delight to talk to and made my experience at Vixen better. Had she just handed me my item and have me be on my way, would have been acceptable but average. Thank you, Lisa. 🙂

One of my favorite places to shop. I am usually an online shopper since L.A. traffic can be a pain. For this current review I did store pickup as an option. Process for store pick-up during the pandemic is very organized with markers on the ground and providing an almost contactless experience. Rachel was working the day I picked up and was very quick and polite. Customer service has been very helpful throughout all of my purchases during the pandemic and I highly recommend. I have been a long time fan since Michelines Etsy days.

I love both designs from Vixen by Micheline Pitt and La Femme En Noir! I love that they create clothing for woman of all body types and sizes. They don’t always have the same stock as online and in store so if there’s something specific you’re looking to go try on, I recommend emailing cs that way you know for sure it’s there. They truly provide impeccable customer service. The shop is very cute and the girls there are always sweet and helpful. If you have a chance definitely visit their store in person!

So I did a pre order for a dress in October with the notion it was going to be shipped by mid to late November. I did not recieve a notice of shipment by Dec 1st, so I emailed they said 2 more weeks sorry. So I waited, then emailed again they then said sorry 2 more weeks. I waited then two weeks went by still no dress that I paid 200.00 for. So I emailed back and they said sorry still waiting .......I said ok well can we cancel & refund my card they said no but I could return the dress after I recieved it for a refund. minus shipping back to them . So I finally recieved the dress 3 weeks later, I returned it promptly the next day with tracking and signature confirmed. AND NO refund, I emailed several times they said they never recived the package, needed tracking blah blah blah even thou I had signature required and it was signed for by someone at their PO BOX. After dozens of emails back and forth they credited my purchase back 4 months later . I DO NOT ADVISE doing business with this establishment, terrible

Every piece that Ive purchased-- I love. CS has held items for me and responded to every single within 24 hours.I only gave one star less due to production scarcity.I wish they would properly forecast demand for their designs. Although, this may be a good problem. It can be very frustrating and unreliable when shopping for future events.All in all. I love this store. 💜💜💜

Visit often. Love Vixen and have am frequently purchasing. Quality materials and construction, amazing fit and design. Boutique always smells lovely like Lemongrass, but wish they had at least one of each size in store to try for fit.

If you know what you want, the shop is great! The guy working was super super nice! The shop is *tiny*. Personally, as a bigger girl I dont want to have to ask for my size. They only have smalls out as samples and everything else in the back. Everything is a little cramped and there are none of the awesome accessories she has. Except for the exorbitantly priced tote bags. When I go somewhere to shop, I want to be able to shop. Her stuff is super cute though and it is super cute inside. Id say if you know what you want, its fantastic. If you kinda just want to shop her stuff, try online :)

Beautiful store, beautiful clothes! I was really impressed with the quality feel of the fabrics. You can tell these clothes are made to last. The designs are all very unique & attractive. Vixen clothes are shapely, comfortable, and flattering for all shape/sizes!

Ive been here three times and have had a great experience each time! The staff are accommodating and patient even when you want to try on a million things. Its very cozy and the boutique is like a showroom with floor samples and then staff fetch the item you want in your size from the back. The quality of the clothes is excellent, and I get tons of compliments every time I wear Vixen. Plus everything is made in LA which I love.

I would have bought the wrong size**Chad helped me out and was honestly just truly amazing and fun and courteous that I was coming in so close to closing (I just got off work and rushed over).Overall, the place is clean and cute, the staff is super helpful and friendly, and I’ll be back much earlier next time to try on more things!

After several years of a very bad marriage, depression, and a lifetime of abuse I made a point to present myself the way I wanted to be perceived. I started being a happier person, and those I had around me were happier. Part of that mission was finding the right look for myself, with a quality that would last.Other companies who make pinup and glamour style dresses have started to go up in price, and down in quality. Thank God Micheline Pitt started Vixen. The fabrics are the very best quality. They have an amazing give, thick, luxurious, and are soft. Thank goodness for soft! The colors are very vibrant and STAY vibrant after washing. The quality of the sewing is fantastic. I have had pieces of Vixen for over a year now, and not one hem has come loose or out, which other brands I have come loose after one washing on super delicate and hang dry!This is one company that is definitely worth the price you pay for your garments. The size chart is very spot on as well (And the pockets on the skirts and dresses fit my galaxy 8+!). I for one will most definitely be taking a long walk to a short pier with my pugs, and be a loyal Vixen for several years to come.

I absolutely love the way the dresses and tops fit my wife to T. the size chart is always spot of for her since she is rather busty. some of my favorite tops to watch her wear out in public where designed and made by Vixen.The quality of materials holds up after multiple washes and wears without seams breaking or the zippers not being made of flimsy china plastics like other such pinup fashion companies.Ill be buying and supporting Vixen by Ms. Pitt for years to come.

Came here to check out the beautiful dresses Ive seen online. Micheline was there, and was so sweet and helpful regarding my questions. Its a small store front but tastefully decorated. Check store hours before you go 😊

The shop is intimate with tones of pink throughout, one size of every item is on the floor for you to touch and feel. Theres one fitting room to try on the clothes that are available so come early if you dont want a wait. The staff is warm and friendly & they wear the clothing themselves so they can tell you how it feels to wear it all day. Ive purchased online and was able to return in store hassle free. They make clothing from XS to 4X and its amazing and the mannequins used represent different skin tones. I enjoy going to this shop and will continue to support the business.

Micheline is definitely one of my favorite designers/stylists. Her shop is cute and cozy, service is great, and clothing is well stocked. The quality of her clothing is truly unmatched. If you want a dress that will knock people’s socks off, come pay the shop a visit. The staff will be very happy to help you choose styles that will suit your body type.

Vixen is one of my favorite places in Burbank to find high quality detailed and most importantly thoughtful clothing the staff is warm attentive and friendly and they always give honest and helpful feedback on fit! They have even let me try on samples before they’re released so I know what size to order ahead of time! If you’re lucky you might also meet the owner! It’s really refreshing to see an owner who has their hands in all areas of running the company!They’re open Friday’s and Saturdays I hope eventually they will extend their hours!PS The front door sticks a little but don’t worry they’re not closed lol!

Ive never visited the store location but the clothing from Vixen is amazing! I also have issues with fit because of my measurements but everything Ive purchased from Vixen fits perfectly to my curves and the fabric they use is high quality. My favorite clothing brand by far.

Russian Roulette with their sizes! Designs(cut) arent made as good other brands...and these are expensive..... Inconvenience to keep exchanging. And a disappointment when you get an item on sale and IT DOESNT FIT! Yeah five stars on the material...unique.They feel like China sizes.....Just being honest.

Ive been here quite a few times and the staff is great. I have also ordered online much more than I go in store. the quality of the items are top notch. I have never had an issue with any of my purchases. The only thing you may have to be wary of is them not having all items in stock(even if the website says they are) which is understandable because the company is small and growing.The sizes are spot on to the size charts and the customer service is very helpful if you have any questions and need advice on sizing or anything else. These clothes have to be THE BEST quality for the genre that you can find in Burbank.

Ive only bought online as live in Australia and the quality is phenomenal and the sizing is true. Will definitely be coming here when i visit LA one day

The Vixen brand store is a quaint little store and the flagship of Vixen. The clothes Micheline Pitt sells here (and desings) are top notch in quality and in fit. I own several pieces and each and every one of them is a definite shiwshopper and draws a lot of compliments and attention. All garments are made really well and keep their shape and color, even after several washes. As she keeps adding more and more to her collection, i will be a returning customer for sure

I sent an email asking about the stock status of an item I was interested in so I wouldnt have to make the drive during rush hour if I didnt have to. The salesperson who replied said if it was in stock online, it was in stock in the store. But when I got there, they didnt have the item I wanted (which still shows in stock on the web site).If knowing what products are there beforehand is important to you, I would suggest making a phone call instead of sending an email. And have the girl actually check stock to make sure. The drive was a bummer, but going home empty-handed was the big disappointment.Ive resigned myself to just paying the extra $7.00 in shipping, that way I KNOW Ill get it, rather than making another trip in traffic

Its a good thing that I sew, as this is the 2nd skirt I’ve purchased bearing the name Micheline Pitt that was a huge disappointment. While her concepts are really cool, her merchandise is 2nd rate at best! I mean has she never heard of quality control?I previously bought her Deadly Damed box pleated Venus flytrap skirt, but had to take it apart and repleat it to compinsate for the extremely poor pattern matching. After that nightmare experience I should have known better.Still the heart wants what the heart wants, so I reluctantly purchased this Vixen Ben Cooper monster mask skirt, only to have it arive damage ( there are snags in the fabric in the ruching along the waist clear a result of the manufacturing process ).I also feel a need to point out that the black of the waistband clearly dosesn’t match the black panels in the skirt.I have contact her company regarding this issue. Unfortunately they haven’t bothered to reply. I advise you save your money for better quality goods and reliable customer service!

The best things come in small packages!! This vintage shop is immaculate and displays make shopping a cinch! Terrific customer service- approachable and Crazy Helpful! Really, they strive to make your visit fun and personal. Prices are competitive and every piece screams not only quality, but forethought and manageability. I Never pass thru town without stopping! Parking is meh, but free, and its corner location makes it easy to find. Dont miss it!

I was so excited to finally visit this store. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The employee working could not even look up from her phone to acknowledge me, let alone tell me that the whole floor was samples that were not to be tried on. Since it was only me and one other customer in the store, she certainly wasnt too busy to say hello or ask if I needed help. It was terrible customer service.

This place is a rip off . Dont shop here, they are rude and dont back there clothes . I bought a dress it fell apart . I thought it was going to be a cheaper version of my high quality pinup girl dress, it was a big mistake, it fell apart after only wearing it twice 😅
