So I went to Journeys today with the expectation of getting every day shoes. I selected these Adidas and immediately the sales associate asked me if I needed help. I requested my size and she explained to me, without my saying so, that these were the perfect everyday shoes. She even helped me understand how my usual shoe size could possibly be different in an Adidas shoe, and why, making the selection and process much smoother. We even ended up buying a second paid of Adidas! She was extremely nice, friendly and I definitely would ask for her help next time I buy my shoes. Which is pretty often!!! Thank you! 😊

Theres usually a decent selection here and not priced too high. More than likely a friendly face will greet you as you walk in and provide their assistance. I like coming here even just to look. They have some clothes, socks and even little backpacks!

Great store, wonderful staff. I was assisted by Meagan, smart, pretty, friendly. After my purchase I received an email from Journeys everyday asking if I wanted to receive emails from Journeys. I called up and asked politely to be removed from the email list. Well this couldnt be done apparently. So, I returned my purchased items and will never do business with the company. I do not understand why I need to be harassed to buy shoes. It was a dream come true turned nightmare.
