Small selection. No one said hi or helped me at all when first walked in. The employees just stood behind counter together talking. Went to check out & one employee said I could buy another product for 30% off, which is great….but she didn’t bother to inform me the item I was buying was non-returnable. Not friendly staff overall.

Absolutely the worst customer service, they don’t even know their own policies so if you call in with questions expect wrong answers.Manager Tim was extremely rude and could not understand a thing asked of him, I’d recommend not shopping here until the staff changes to people who actually know about the company they work for.

Waited 45 min in line to take my 7 year daughter in but since there was one person coming out and we where 2 they did let us in and jump person behind me since they where two but where able to go one at a time. Which didnt make sense since I had to wait again for two to come out. And once again one person came out and the person behind me was only she went in. I got skipped twice so it seems that the task is not that bright. Didnt even make it the store and waited in line for 45 min to get skipped cause we where 2 people and was letting person at a time. My daughter is 7 and I am not going to let her go in by herself. Plus I was the one that was going to pay.

I always love Hot Topic and this place was no different. The employees were nice and made sure to give their attention to those waiting in line and were very efficient when asked for location of things or checking out a customer. I liked their selection of items and was more than satisfied with my purchase. Would definitely come here again 😊😊

This place is a hidden gem. If your into all the newest anime and trendy shows, this place is thee spot when you would least expect it, kinda like a toy store for collectibles and clothes within the anime, cartoons, movies, and popular things. The manager at the Burbank store was awesome! Great stuff for tweens to 50+. If your into cool trendy collectible stuff!

The mall location seems packed but they almost always have some sort of sale going. I got my Rick and Morty issue one comic book here. Always find something cool for the wife. Be prepared for a line on weekends recommend weekday visit.

Hot Topic is a fun store. Big selection of shirts and other merchandise for music and media fans! They have a very good online store as well.

Hot Topic has always been a fun dive into pop culture. With merch from everything the younger generation currently fancies to culture from the way back machine for the more mature whose tastes are still young. The variety of items, from socks and tees to ear buds and backpacks to name a few, fills the smallish store from floor to ceiling. Enjoy the immersion and ask the very knowledgeable and helpful staff for help finding what you are shopping for.

I buy a lot of my clothes here. They have stylish tops for girls and really cute dresses. I can usually find sexy skirts that are perfect for goth clubs. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their makeup selection is great if you like dark, grungy sparkley colors.

The clerks were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I didnt find exactly what I was looking for but I got advise on other places to find it. I appreciated that I want sold something I wasnt looking for. The store is very welcoming, clean, and organized. I will certainly return to shop here when the need arises.

Love this place . Greeted as soon as I crossed the threshold. I was advised of the deals of that day and walked out happy for the things I purchased for my grandsons.

The people working there are amazing. Although I have never seen the same people over and over again they are super nice. I absolutely love Hot Topic but this location takes the cake. My partner and I walked in because in the window we noticed they had the Funko Pop figurine of Jon Snow and shes been wanting that. After walking in and noticed they had sale, the 2 wonderful girls working at the time gladly helped us one finding a few more characters.They went over and beyond standard customer service it was refreshing to see that at a retail location.

Good store, always have whats on trend but always packed. My suggestion, only reason to go into the store is to check the quality of the product. If youre really going to buy something do it online and do store pickup.

They had the shirts I wanted and I saved 30 dollars off because I had a 30 dollar hot cash !! I love all hot topic stores !!

Used to find a lot of metal bands tees, not anymore... Anyway, you can find some tees from movies and TV series. The staff is very nice.

Hot Topic in the Burbank media City Mall pretty busy today customer service is okay but not great.... maybe with a little more training that could be a little more friendlier

Friendly customer service, fast checkout, the only thing I dont like is how cramped all the hot topics I been to are. Besides that good selection of cool merchandise and always up to date with the newest trends.

After being in the store for awhile, not one employee came up and asked if I needed help. It was as if they were trying to avoid talking to customers. Once I received my item to buy I stood in line for what felt like forever. An extra cashier wasn’t called and to make it worse I was cut. Thankfully, one of the nicer employees, a gentlemen, told his coworker that I had been waiting for awhile and told her to pay better attention. The female cashier continued to have an attitude, even though it was her mistake. I don’t know if she was agitated over the customer before me, who was being difficult about a return, but it was unprofessional. I get that retail jobs suck, especially with minimum wage, but don’t blame the customers.

I would give this place no stars if possible I called early in the morning to ask about a product being in stock and staff member was so confident that it was and come to find out it hasn’t even been received. You had one job and that was to check inventory using your inventory system.
