Highly recommend for oil change. Usually bring my own oil and filter and it takes less than 10 minutes. Professional 5 star service

When I pulled up my car the guy was completely rude to me. I had sand and dog hair in my car because wed just taken our dog to the beach. He wanted to charge me $55 to clean the inside. I said Im sorry but my budget today is $25, can you just do a regular wash? He would not wash it. No joke. I also took out one of my mats and gently let some of the sand run off of it onto the pavement and he said Dont do that, I am allergic to dog hair! How on Earth is this guy allowed to deal with customers? Horrible!! Do not go to the this place. The sad thing is his workers are very nice. I feel sorry for them that they have to work for a guy like that :-(((

Price are good but quality of car wash just ok they don’t do excellent good job every time I need tell them re do inside vacuum again or go over exterior. Most cases not even worth to tell I am doing my self in home . They just rush to get another car to make another tip $

They didnt clean the rear foot wells AT ALL.Theres still dust on the dashboard.And I cant find my tiny bottle of cologne that was in the drivers door pocket after wash.I remember why I stopped coming here

This is all about the service. I went in for an oil change and car wash. It turned out that I needed brakes. They were able to get me in right away. I could have waited in the waiting area, but the park across the street offered more comfort. When the car was done, I was waved over. The car was completely repaired, washed & dried. My bill was fair & I was treated respectfully. I know Ill return here.

Came here after they had recently reopened from COVID-19 closing. All I can say is for what you pay for just go wash your own car or find another car wash facility. Ive been here 3 times and this will be my last. I kept wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, but POOR WORK . It was 12:30pm and didnt return to pick up my car until 2:00, however who cares that they had plenty of time to clean my vehicle, it still had stains and my tires were not properly cleaned.(Interior screen of my car scratched)Save your money !!

Family owned business I believe and they are always so nice...since they had the chance to reopen from the Covid lockdown, everything has been arranged to be as safe as possible, from payment to waiting area seating are distanced, hand sanitizers always available, offering free wifi for customers while waiting...I hope their business is always up and running, hard working people deserve the best!

I dont visit other car wash places after I found out this place. They always do a thorough job. Weekdays are better though, because theyre not so busy.Its an amazing place worth a visit.

Today was my first time getting an oil change at Burbank Pit Stop and I am now a lifetime customer. The crew did not try to hustle what I didnt need and I got a free car wash! Not sure what all the bad reviews are about...I had a great experience here today. Got an oil change and a car wash.Prices were great, it was very quick service, staff was friendly, and the owner was very nice.I used to go to another place but the staff was always rude.Will definitely be coming back here again.There’s someone in the reviews complaining that the people don’t speak English... that’s a ridiculous thing to complain about for one. Two, everyone I came in contact with today spoke English. That’s not something that should be taken into consideration when coming here anyway.

They are very thorough and offer a great car wash. However, would it hurt the guy to greet you warmly? Im driving in to give you my money! At least be kind.That being said, it is conveniently located near the 5 freeway and right near my parents house. Overall, Id recommend the place.

100% scammers. They act Like they dont understand simple requests for a wash and dry for $7 and they try to charge me $18. The guy said he should have charged me $20. On top of that, i was there at 945am, where they have a big sign that says early bird special of $12.99. WTH. Then they get mad at me for catching their scam. Ugh.

They didnt clean my car very well they ran it through the car wash machine and then they basically dried it when I walked up I had to point out stuff on the car for them to wipe down they told me one of the bird poop areas wont come off when really they just didnt want to put some elbow grease into it. The stain would have come off with a little scrubbing, bird poop isnt permanent. When they did the interior they cleaned off the dust well a good bit of it I had some glue stick to the dash from something and they didnt run that off. They just dont care so I wouldnt recommend I and I wont go back.

I just moved to this area from Pasadena. This car wash is great, used for several times and the guys were very thorough with my cars, way better than in 3 different car washes I used for last few years. Recommend!

Stay away!! They will lie to get as much money as they can. Be aware!!!!I took my car there for an oil change. They told me they were going to charge me 15 dollars extra because they couldn’t open the compartment where they put the oil. They told me who ever did my oil last broke it and sealed it with glue. He took off the sticker indicating who did my last oil change.He couldn’t find for two minutes. I told him I would just take it to them.I took it to the previous place, they said they are lying. These people are crooks, all they want is money.

For $7 I expected a basic car wash, but my expectations were exceeded. They spent like 30 mins on my car! It was sparkling afterwards. Had to give a good tip to the guy vacuuming the crevices in my door and trunk door (this was with the exterior wash). I will be coming back 1-2x a month. And on top of all this, they have a really nice/clean gift shop, lots of drinks, snacks and fancy ass air fresheners.

They tried to fight someone after they scratched their car. Totally got in the mans face. Not the customer service I’m looking for. Shame on these people. The fight was because the shop people weren’t big enough to admit to wrong doing.

Great locally-owned car wash. The staff is friendly and theres a convenient waiting area with WiFi and coffee. A Deluxe Wash that includes vehicle interior and exterior will set you back less than $20. For that price they did an exterior wash, armor-all-ed the tires, cleaned the windows, and did a thorough wipe down and vacuum if the interior. You can watch the team members work on your vehicle and more then once I saw them re-do a window after the initial cleaning to ensure quality.The whole process took about 30 minutes. The attendant allowed me to inspect and make sure that the wash met my expectations: my car looked great and I was very satisfied.PRO TIP: If you are paying with credit or debit card, ask for cash back at the cashier station so that you can tip your attendant. You can get up to $10.

The worst service is terrible a very negative attitude you have to come with your clean car so you dont get paid so much money so much experience was terrible I came here this place because my car was dirty and it was the spice in the morning $ 10.99 but since it was an svs they charged me 4 dls more I agree when they saw that my van came with pieces of cinnamon thrown on the floor I raised the rate to 23dls

They do their work, and they do it rather quickly and very well done. The only thing Id complain about is the lack of human touch to this place. No one really greets you or tries to even engage with you. Very business like, in, out, gone. Some people might like it, others may not.Bonus, though, theyll offer you a free car wash with most anything you do. Prices are very fair.

OIL CHANGE: I went to Jiffy Lube and Valvoline for an average oil change cost of $80???? $40.00 all included, tax, disposal fee, and CAR WASH. I usually pay for Car Detailing so the car wash is not as important as the oil change + car wash PRICE COMBO

Horrible, spent $20, and they just ran it through to get washed & didnt even hand dry it . They didnt even bother to vacuum inside my vehicle nor did they clean it inside . Terrible place, nothing but a rip off. Never returning again.

Beware of CROOKED business practices. EXTORTION. This place advertises a free full service car wash with oil change. When I pulled up and showed my receipt, first he tried to upcharge me with wax. When I said no thanks, he said, well theres some white specs on the car that would require them to first hose it off before going into the machine. (never had anyone mention this anywhere before) and charged me an extra $10! Which is nearly the price of their regular wash. Totally shady business practices here.

Paid extra for car detail. Instead of 14.99 I paid over $45. Car was not clean enough on inside for what paid for and a few days later I realized my change purse was missing.

I usually change oil at the dealer for 60 dollars. They did not know what kind of oil to use and asked for 102 dollars. Plain robbery.
