I love coming here! They recently misquoted some work that I needed done, as in they accidentally told me it would be less than what the actual parts and labor would cost. However, they voluntarily honored the first price they told me! Not only that but they were really upfront about the work that I did and did not need done. I trust this place to do honest and quality work and I recommend it to everyone I know!

Verdugo Tire in the Shell station on Hollywood Way & Verdugo are a great local shop. The owner/manager Shant is always helpful, nice and does a great job...fast. It is wonderful to have him and everyone in his shop in the neighborhood.

I have had a professional service in this shop, its hard to find an honest mechanic, but this is one!. I had changed my four tiers with free wheel alignment in a good price and quality with short time consuming. Shant is a very nice, generous and honest shop owner, and I will enjoy returning to my further repair needs. It is definitely a shop I can trust.

My car was having issues and I really needed to get it fixed.I took my car into Verdugo Tires and they took care of it immediately. I was very pleased with the staff, they diagnosed what the root cause was and helped communicate several options for a fix. Most importantly, the work was done with quality and on time.

Shant is the BEST mechanic I have ever known in forty years of owning cars.He is kind, fair, and knows how to keep the truck running!How many times he HASNT sold me something!! How many times I have said: I think I should replace that now, only to have him reply: Not yet, itll go another couple-few thousand! I mean, come on! I feel like Im on one of those reality shows where theyre having you on. An honest mechanic!He has SAVED me several times from having to rent a car by hustling and getting the work on my car finished fast! He is a gem!Most recently the window mechanism failed on Saturday of a three-day weekend; I called at noon- he was leaving for vacation at 1pm. He waited for me and stayed until the work was completed. My window would have been open on the streets of LA for two days! Shant to the rescue!I cant say enough good things about Shant and his crew. Just the BEST.I sort of wanted to keep him a secret, but he deserves much more from me!! If you need car help; hes yer guy!Thank you Shant!

Didnt even end up getting my car repaired by these bafoons. Not friendly...they cant even speak English. Not fair...their quotes were twice as much as anywhere else. Not reasonable...the employees seemed to not want to deal with me at all.
