Tire Pros was recommended to me by local Costco since they didn’t have my car’s tire size.I called the place they told me they’ll get the tires that I need next day. They called me early in the morning the tires were there. They installed the tires in no time and I was out the door less then 45 minutes. Good service, reasonable price, professional staff, and fast. I learned that Burbank Tire Pros also provides automotive repair service as well -- not just tire service. Ill definitely go back to them if/when I need auto repair service.

Burbank Tire Pros always takes good care of me. They have serviced my last three cars. I had a nail today in the rear passenger side and they fixed it for free. When I got these tires from them a few years ago, it was from a blowout and they had to order the tires I needed. While I waited for that tires to come in, they even put a loaner tires on my rim so I could drive for a few days to and from work. This goes to show the quality of customer service and why I will keep coming back to this location.

Needed a quick tire change for one of my front wheels and they were able to get me in right away. Fast and easy process. Harry was very helpful on the phone and in person. Good pricing as well! Would recommend.

Fantastic service. I got a flat and needed to get it replaced since I drove in it in order to get off the highway. They couldnt get the exact replacement (brand) but were able to get one comparable. I dropped it off right about 9:00 and it was ready at 1:00.I also found out they did some other maintenance outside of just tires, so I recommended for my son to go there to get his suspension checked out.I will definitely be back again!

We have used them on every car we have had. Everyone is clean, nice and super helpful. Service was always super quick or always ready when they said it would be. We find them to be super professional and honest.

My tire pressure was low and I was from out of town. I called and they were so sweet and caring of my needs. They said they had an opening and to come in. I was pleased. When I came in they were very patient with me and heard my concerns. They checked my tires and didn’t find any problems, and just filled them with more air. They didn’t charge me for their time or service, nor did they try to sell me anything. Great customer service with honesty and patience. What more can you need? They were great! After getting a nail in my tire on a long road trip, and having AAA plug it, I went to Burbank Tire Pros to get it patched up. They were able to remove the plug, and patch it, all at an affordable price. They were quick and exceptionally professional. I highly recommend!

Been here some time ago and forgot to leave a review. Great quality of service.Got an entire brake system replaced. Although I have not had this service done in other locations. The price of parts plus labor seems to be legit here. I’m not a professional on quality of parts, but the car definitely ran smooth and parts come with warranty if I recall right.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had for mechanical or tire maintenance for my truck. This was not a schedule appointment with Burbank Tire Pros but a light in my dashboard that indicated that my tire pressure was rapidly loosing air. In fact when I pulled over you could hear a loud hiss of air escaping. Using my smartphone I found that Burbank Tire Pros were open and headed directly over to the shop. I was greeted with warm friendly smiles and an invitation to their coffee which rivaled a $5.00 Starbucks. I believe the gentleman name Luis who fixed the tire, and he was faster then a gone toupee in a hurricane. The front desk guys were funny and entertaining and bragged most of time about their coffee….which they have ever right to do. If I lived in Burbank I would not only buy tires from them I would asked to them for any advice on keeping my 2020 Toyota 4Runner in tip top shape because I trust them. Went in for a flat tire, but it tuned out I was WAY overdue for new tires. Treads were paper thin. Was quoted a fair price with same day installation, but just to be sure I checked Costco for comparison. Costco was a little cheaper, but I talked to Harry and he didnt just match Costcos price, HE BEAT IT. 10/10 would go there again. Ask for Harry (either one, theyre both great!).

A little short handed on Techs but honestly quality of work was worth the wait . My car has a suspension lift with after market wheels and Big off road tires and they did an amazing job . Considering I did not like the last place I used to align it right after I lifted my truck. So props to you guys and sorry for going to another shop before lol

I need to get a new set of tires. I did not know what to get. I asked the salespersons to explain my options. I was pleasantly surprised. I was not talked down too. The salesperson went through my options and gave the pros and cons on a few choices. I felt comfortable with my selection, bucease of the information that I got. I recommend this spot.

I used to go here a few years ago, but then I moved out of the area. Now that Im back in the area, Burbank Tire Pros will continue to be my go to for any of my car needs. They are friendly and honest, you dont feel like you are getting ripped off or told something to make you do more work on your car. I went in for a possible flat and Harry had all my tires checked and found that some were in really bad shape. He showed me the tires and indeed, I didnt realize they were almost bald and had some cracks. One was dangerous to drive on, so out of concern, he had my spare put on to get me through my work day and ordered tires for me for the next day. First time I went with a BMW with a nail in the tire Harry was friendly, professional and honest and and when I told him I used tire sealant he advised to wait and see if it works instead of just taking advantage and fixing the tire. I brought my wrangler the next day they inspected it and torqued the suspension and not charge me since the car had no problems.I will definitely recommend these guys and will take my cars there for future repairs.

Burbank tire was probably one of the best places I’ve taken my car to for tires! He quoted me a price and when It was time to pay he Knocked off another $40 which I thought was really nice 👍 Plus he asked me if I want an alignment I told him I wasn’t sure if I needed one he said he would let me know and he let me know that I was fine so I felt he was super honest with me and took good care of me so I would highly recommend this company and it’s a small business it’s great to support small business!

Got a tire replaced here on my 2014 BMW. Small puncture but too close to side wall for patch. So fast, so friendly; struck me as quite trustworthy with what seemed to be very fair pricing. Will definitely go back.

Burbank Tire Pros did a great job taking care of my car in a pinch. We had noticed one of our tires was leaking air after our drive from out of state, so we brought it in about an hour before they closed as well as before the holiday. Their team assured me my car would be looked at and taken care of that day. They kept their word and was able to get to it after closing hour. Plot twist - it turned out there was no leak after all. Also, no charge for the service, but more importantly I had the peace of mind that my tires were fine before made the six hour trip back home. Thanks!

The worst customer service ever. The worst mechanics ever.Paid them $800 for changing coilsprings, alignment and tires changing. After this I got a strange sound from front suspension, came back and they told me this is not their fault. Disassemble suspension by myself and what did I see? Hamerred brake rotor! It happened because they don’t have a special tools for removing tire road and they hit it by the hammer!!! One shot was straight to brake rotor!!!Shame company. All 5 stars reviews are fake, I guarantee it.

I just chose the place closest to my house, and was then pleasantly surprised by their knowledge, quality of service and care for my interior. Their prices were on par with other places I called which was the only reason for 4 stars and not 5.

Great experience overall. Got new tires, an oil change, and filter change for what seems like a reasonable price. Hugo was really helpful and accommodating. He explained everything I needed to know, answered all my questions, and was patient in giving me different options too. I was in and out so smoothly. Way better experience than trying to schedule something with the dealership and waiting for hours on end. I really appreciated the communication and customer service here.

Hugo was professional and responsive. He made himself available for questions and answered them patiently and in-depth. I had rear brake pads and tires replaced, the rear brake rotors were resurfaced and the tires rotated and aligned. The work was finished same day at a competitive price. (I gathered quotes from 5 shops total).Despite this being a new shop for me, I was pleased with the quality of the work and the time frame in which it was completed.Gave them 5 stars (overall, they deserve it), but I would have loved if theyd polished the wheels to finish off the expensive job. That touch would have made it seem even more worth it. Next time!

Overheard a story of a customer having to pull their car out of the shop because they found out they had list their job. They fixed her tire at no cost. Class act! I come in to Tire Pros when I have something to repair, such as a flat tire. Its right up the street from where I live so its convenient. Yesterday my wife had a flat tire so I stopped by to get it repaired. I always have paid $20.00 but yesterday I was quoted $29.95. The manager said their prices have all increased. I found this very strange. $30 for a flat tire? I told him I was a repeat customer and he didnt budge. Looks like Im looking for another store for flat repairs!

Just like their name implies, these guys are the pros. I last replaced my tires in 2016, so it was due for a renewal. They did the job within 3 hours, and I was very satisfied.
