We took our car in for body work. The staff was knowledgeable and knew exactly what parts were needed for the job. The quote provided initially was exactly what was the price at the end. The shop went above and beyond to do a great job and have the car looking great. Even mid fix we requested additional work and the shop was able to provide us with great service and and a great price.

Very helpful with assisting me with the damages to my truck. But when I got it back it looked actually brand new GREAT JOB on putting it back together even matching the paint (which I thought was going to be close but not dead on) even looked like they shined all the chrome pieces & rims! Do NOT ever take your car for body work to this place. They will RUIN your car!!! You take it in for something simple and end up destroying everything else. They are careless and unprofessional. Spread the word.

Have used Millennium and Joe for multiple cars in the past 10 years and have been satisfied. Fair cost, did their best to handle insurance, got the work done in timely manner, and was always friendly. I drive from Naperville because I support the family business.

Very unprofessional and does a botched job on repairs. The itemized repair sheet is fake double check with a dealership or another mechanic who actually speacializes in specific cars to make sure all repairs are done correctly. If he gives you his word on a one year warranty don’t believe it. He will make unauthorized repairs on your car and will give you the excuse that he made an effort to reach you. He will also steal parts off your car for another car that he’s working on and will make you pay for the replacement.Joe lacks people skills and has a hard time interacting with others. He also feels the need to voice out his unopinionated frustration and unnecessary problems that don’t have nothing to do with the car itself. I forgot mention this shop isn’t BBB accredited but, has been open for over 15 years.... that should honestly say a lot right there lol go to a licensed accredited mechanic or a dealership atleast you know real work will be done and there’s not a problem about checking their work in front of them.Majority of the good ratings are really just him pressuring his customers to give him a good review immediately after receiving their car back. Your best bet is to wait a couple weeks before giving him a review on his work.

Excellent work and customer service. We have used Millenium several times for non insurance repairs because their prices are so reasonable and they do great work. We just had my husbands car there for a big repair job. The owner handled everything with the insurance adjuster and went above and beyond to make sure everything that needed to be replaced was covered. He kept us up to date on when the repairs would be done and had our car ready when he said it would be. The car looked brand new when we picked it up. Its nice knowing that the owner is involved every step of the way and guarantees the work they do. I highly recommend Millenium for any job big or small.

Theyre good but very expensive and you have to pay 50% of the estimated repair cost up front. Which is unusual u pay afterwards not before.
