Im very sorry that I trusted Google review to pick up Regal Repair for my Lexus RX 330 bodywork. On April 15th, my car was hit by someone who has insurance with 21st Century insurance company. The insurance company was nice to me and informed me that I can choose my own body shop to fix the damage. Maybe it is the law that they have to, Im not sure. But it caused me a lot of trouble and I felt because Im ignorant and Regal Repair took advantage on me. After I picked up my car from Regal Repair, one day back in May (I forgot the exact date). The next day I tried to turn on the engine to go out, the car key suddenly became soft that wouldnt turn the car on, I then realized that its broken. I started to worry and went to Glendale Lexus dealership asking for help. My nightmare started. Service adviser opened the hood, had told me that the damage was only fixed on one side but not the other side. (I have photos to prove). Also on the driver side, there is a dint in the area above the rear tire. I didnt have this dint before I sent my car to Regal Repair and there was no confirmation about this dint when I was at Regal Repair the first day. Of these three issues, dint on my car, broke my car key, not fix the damage completely, only half done, Regal Repair only give me $300. I would rather not to have this $300, instead that I want them to finish the repair job.

I took my car in for a long deep scratch going from the side back of my car door to the front car door and when I got it back it looked like a brand new car again. The staff was professional and friendly from the beginning to the end and on time and kept me updated throughout the process that they made easy. I was very impressed 👏🏽

This repair was a really good experience. It is true that I could not tell the difference from the original paint to the newly painted areas. They fixed damaged areas of the rear bumper, lift gate and quarter panel as well as touching up the side of the car. They went over and above the call of duty. Timely, courteous, well priced and very good job. You normally only get two of those. Very happy!!

I recently sent 2 cars to 2 body shops in the valley the first came back unsatisfactory so I was afraid sending off the second car to regal. Almost immediately after I dropped it off and they had called me to ask some simple questions about the car which is something shops rarely do. When I got the car back I was amazed at how well it looked like better then the day I bought it. I can’t thank regal enough for doing such an amazing job I felt genuinely at a loss before getting the car back with thoughts that it wouldn’t look the same and I’m proud to say it looks even better now.

I damaged my new Mercedes when I drove up against a cement wall. I used to be so intimidated when visiting bodyshops, so I wasnt really looking forward to taking my car to get it fixed. But my experience ended up being good. I found Regal Repair through google search and it was probably the only body shop in the area that had a website that seemed trustworthy and had all the information and details I needed to make a choice. They have an online chat option, that I used and I got response within seconds. Next day I took my car there and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of customer service. They have a very cozy, clean office, but luckily I didnt really have to wait. They fixed my car faster than expected and I was also getting updated with messages throughout the process. Very content with the service!

Just got my car back from Regal Repair and couldnt be happier with my car and customer service! I had a really big dent on the front passenger door and some minor scratches on the rear door of my Jeep that I have been putting off getting fixed for a while now. Regal Repair provided me with AMAZING auto service today! They replied extremely fast with an estimate to fix my broken car door handle (I already had the part). Regal Repair offered same day service and was literally 1/4th the cost of what another sent me an estimate for! I have many auto shops near me but drove a little further to Regal Repair because 1) how quick & kind their response was online for a quote 2) their very reasonable affordable price 3) how professional and helpful their online and in person staff were.
